The hotel was nice and clean. Service was good. The room was large and the pool was nice as well.

Such great service from The Beverly Hilton! The rooms, the pool, the restaurant, everything was absolutely wonderful. It's extremely close to shopping on Rodeo Drive, which was what we were looking for. We absolutely plan on coming back for more fun in LA!

Rooms are well maintained and clean. Service is friendly. Access is very easy.

Rigoberto, Donoteo, and other banquet servers were so attentive and gave exceptional service. The food was delicious, the hotel is beautiful, and I would definitively recommend this place to host events. Great hotel.

They have a new chef and excellent food. The AV team is amazing. but expensive. Valet and self parking is not conducive when they have large events. Great sleeping rooms.

Thus far the staff has been extremely hospitable and the amenities have been great.

Great historic hotel in Beverly Hills. More glamour than luxury, but service is excellent from housekeeping and front desk, and the linens are probably the best I've used in a hotel.

Beautiful room, plush lobby. Only downside was no obvious way to access the lobby/building on foot except to walk up the very long driveway.

Check-in and check-out was fast and easy, staff was great. I was provided with a free room upgrade bonus points for my gold status. The room was very elegant.

One of the nicest hotels I've had the pleasure to visit in quite some time. Was in town on business and my only regret is not having had the opportunity to enjoy the amenities more. The staff were excellent and very welcoming and friendly. Why, I'd even spend my own money to stay here.

Nice place and service. Considering the cost of it I expected more. It was comfortable and had all things a Hotel should have but for the $ we paid I have had better at half the cost.

Bad stay. No walkway to street due to construction. Air filter was dark brown indicating they are way overdue to change in room air filter.

This hotel has a great spot in town. Love the accommodation they had here. Well mannered and friendly staff. I got so comfy bed and clean room. Food was great it was all worth it.

Service was nice but the rooms were filthy, hair was on knobs, the ceiling, and bedding. Construction was happening, and the view was horrible. Food didn t come to my expectations and overall I wanted to come to a 4 star when it felt like a 1 star.

We have a conference here every year. The staff is impressive, the property is well-maintained and it is very easy to forget about the outside world when you are here. They are very consistently impeccable no matter our request, and they have been consistent about that for years.

Nice hotel with rich history. Nice pool. I like getting a room that opens up to the pool area. Recommend breakfast or brunch and get a table outside overlooking the pool.

The Beverly Hilton doesn't disappoint. Great venue for large (Golden Globes) or small (family birthday party) events.
Concierge is super helpful staff are really friendly.
Circa55 has great poolside seating and tasty food offerings (I had the Chop Chop Cobb). Don't miss the cool Hollywood memorabilia at the bottom of the stairs.

My husband and I stayed here two nights and overall, the hotel is a great spot. The offerings and rooms are, somewhat average by all accounts, but you can't get past the history of the place. The pool is beautiful and the service from the staff was great. We would definitely stay here again as it was convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Our room on the 7th floor of the tower gave us a stunning view of buildings sparkling in the night of Beverly Hills, doesn't everything there sparkle? But the gorgeous, bright red sunrise with the city of LA. in the distance was breath taking. Our room was beautiful! Immaculately clean. A wall of glass with large sliding doors that opened the whole wall to a large balcony for a view of the pool or city. The personnel were very pleasant.. We'll be back and plan to stay here again!

Great service, good location, the grounds are really nice. The room itself isn't special for the price (but the location may be the reason for the price).

Very friendly and accommodating staff. House keeping is excellent. Property is well kept , and in a great location.

It is a place where Whitney Houston passed on February 11, 2012. But, this place is awesome!

This was my first time staying here but it will certainly not be the last. Stopped to do a little shopping on Rodeo while on a road trip to Napa. Decided to spend the night and where else is there to stay in Beverly Hills? It's iconic, and for good reason. Awesome, awesome staff. Suite was spacious, and the staff super friendly. Thank you for making an impromptu overnight into a great experience.

The room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated and covered all needs. All staff members were professional and pleasant.

Very difficult to get service here... they take orders and request timely, then... nothing. Such a shame. We tipped well, and now regret the gesture.

Top notch 5 star Hotel....Banquet halls are beautifully structured ..private catering from Hazmics party services was excellent there services was so professional and they were very attentive!!!

The maid service and room with a balcony were wonderful. The staff helpful. I loved that both Hanukkah and Christmas were being celebrated with arrangements . The turn down service was very sweet. Only reason I did not give this hotel a 5 star rating was breakfast. At breakfast on the patio I had to actively try to get someone s attention for service for more tea and food. That was a downer of an experience that I was not expecting. I would definitely stay there again. The bartender was super sweet. The room, immaculate and very well appointed.

Parking lot was easy to enter and use. The interior looked attractive and well maintained. Security was present and made the event safe. Catering was professional.

Only 5 regular suites. 1 is right next to the circle drive so when car alarms are going can hear in room.

Came here attending a benefit event. Considering it's $10k per table, service and food are quite poor.

Everything was fine until the Valet attendant called me a dumbass for driving over a parking pylon. Never back there again.

The only complaint I had was that housekeeping comes in your room late in the evening after 8 pm.

I often host events at this hotel for clients. It is a great location for parties both formal and not. What makes the hotel unique is of course it's history in entertainment. If you are a tourist or Hollywood fan you will love it's decor. You might even get s chance to meet or see a celeb. In addition, I've always had a pleasant stay in the rooms. Even when I'm not on official business I love to stay at this hotel. Now if your. It looking to spend a lot on hotels, it is slightly on the high end, but if you book through Travelocity or Expedia or some other buying site you can prob catch a deal.

One day they'll have to renovate this place. 'Old-school Beverly Hills charm' has turned into just plain 'old'.

Jose the bartender at the lobby bar has been working in this hotel over 42 years and he makes some of the best cocktails you can ever imagine.

Stopped by as a chauffeur to pick up a guest. Staff let me wait as long as I needed to and didn't say anything when the guest approached and got into my car in the middle of the driveway. I appreciate that.

The hotel was actually pretty nice. I m used to staying at Hilton s in Asia. So it was Hilton garden inn quality. As a diamond member they gave me a sheet of paper saying each guest got 20$ a person food and beverage credit including the mini bar in the room. Plus diamond members got two free waters per day. So after checkout all my mini bar items including the water. Plus breakfast gets charged to my CC. Funny how when the hotel overcharges. It s always in their favor lol. I also believe the free water benefit is a Hilton thing and not hotel specific. Also the parking is 42 a day which is a tad bit high for the area. I also live in china. And when I call the hotel I have to call back during specific hours. So they mess up and then I need to call back in the middle of the night at their convenience. So yea make sure they add in all your diamond or gold benefits before you checkout.
