The Beverly Hilton Review

We were so excited to visit the Beverly Hills Hilton. The room was ok and view was great but... I'm sorry but when you pay so much for a room you expect the bed to be comfortable!! I needed so much sleep but I couldn't sleep past 6 hours because the bed was so hard. I seriously though about sleeping on the floor! And to top it off the toilet did not flush properly from the time we got there. It was a mess! On a better note the Sunday morning brunch was awesome!!

My experience at the hotel was marvelous, full of nostalgia of old Hollywood, and glimpses of would-be celebrities walking about. The front desk greets you warmly (I had already checked in on my phone), so i just needed a room key. After being directed to our room, we left the lobby and walked around the surroundings, enjoying the small shops and such on our way to the elevator. The floor we were on was extremely clean, with pictures of old Hollywood actors and actresses that had stayed at the hotel. We were celebrating my mom's birthday, and it was neat to know the hotel opened the same year my mom was born. Anyway, the rooms were small-ish, but stilll adequate for two adults. The beds were typical Hilton property beds, aka AMAZING. That's the best part of a stay at a Hilton, you know. The TV had tons of regular channels, there were vending and ice machines in the hall, and everything else was fairly status quo. However, the aspect of the Beverly Hilton that will put you in that cosmic, nostalgic, embraced-in-luxury feeling is the bar and pool area. Getting an original mai tai at Trader Vic's sitting at an outdoor lounge overlooking the pool area, wondering what famous people I'm unknowingly looking at....smoking a cigarette on the 2nd story balcony smoking area with plush chairs and a great view of the pool area really made it a 5-star stay for us, The ambiance was absolutely unmatched! We were only there a night but I hope to stay many more nights in the future! I would take off 1/4 star if I could just because there's no refrigerator in the rooms, which sucks for me because I gotta have a morning Monster energy drink. Also, the sliding door separating the bedroom area from the bathroom area is very flimsy and provides little to no sound-proofing, and thus no real privacy. Someone in bed can hear every single slight noise that goes on in the bathroom in far too much detail. Hilton, please do something about that! Even the closest of couples don't want to hear each other poo. Seriously.

Went here for a work event. Staff was friendly and professional. Premises were kempt. My coworker was charged for parking even though the event had validation. That wasn't cool. I've noticed at other Hiltons too that the staff isn't always synced up when it comes to event parking. This can be frustrating. Not like I have a choice whether to go to Hilton hotels for these events, but still.

Beautiful hotel with very good customer service. Got my suit pressed in minutes for the event that evening. Got the crib right away. Extra towels. Only negative was they serve glass at the pool and the floors are slippery. Will definitely go back. Nice big rooms and great facilities.

I just had the worst experience I never had on my entire life. I went to see a friend at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, and when I got at the hotel doors I feel like to cry, and a very sorrow cry, the reason? I felt like I was invisible, first I don t know why I was super ignored like I wasn't there, first there was this guy dressed like a general at the door, I stop my car in front of him to ask about parking, and he pretend didn't heard me, then I called again, again and again, since I wasn't about to give up , he approach me and answered my question like whatever. Then inside the lob, nobody, absolute nobody look at me, even the guy who was pushing the baggage cart , look at me, I have to get out of his way or he would pass the cart over me, then I also have to get out of the maid away, and other people. I try to look the guests and workers on the eyes but nobody, absolute nobody look me back, so I thought, they are busy or I m dead! Then I try to call my friend to come down and meet me, my phone a LG G4 whatever, last generation, very expensive, super drop dead on my hands! I couldn't call my friend, so I said; I think I m dead It was a very scary feeling! Then I went to the concierge desk, there was a girl in there talking to a man, I was right on front of them waiting to them to finish talking, they finish , the man pass right in front of me and the girl turn her back on me and left, and I was there, what ? She pretend she didn't see me, it was really , really scary!, And then I thought no, no, I m not dead . And then I see another girl, I stand right in front of her, and again, she didn't look at me, she was pretend doing something on the computer, she never ask if she could help me, So I said, hello! She finally looks in my eyes, OMG! Thank God I m not dead! I ask if she could do me a favor to call my friend, I gave her the room number, she call the room and pass the phone to me and left. She didn't say anything, totally ignored me, I even didn't had the chance to say thanks. But everything changes when I meet my friend! She made me happy again like I was somebody; she is divine, funny, and alive! And then I felt better. But the feeling of being ignored was very sad, very depress, therefore, I tell you my friends, don t ignore other people, be kind ,be friendly, look in their eyes , give love, and a sense of existence. I never ever felt l like that; I never ever felt like I was invisible. Beverly Hilton Hotel ,shame on you!

I attended the Milken conference there. Enjoy the first class staff, top-notch service & beautiful accommodations.

Event was excellent. Kosher food was catered by pat's... the food was incredible

A very classy venue for a social gathering of dapper individuals. A place that makes you feel like a celebrity. The spacious room was an elegant setting for my very dear friend's grandiose birthday party. Service was top notch, and I expected nothing less.

What an amazing opportunity to stay at The Beverly Hilton! Great service and rooms at this hotel. Loved the convenience to downtown Beverly Hills!

I was here for LA fashion week. The Hilton was one of the venues. Everything was organized and the hotel was beautiful and updated. I would stay as a guest in the future.

Has lost its old grandeur. Staff needs to be retrained and upgraded. The banquet rooms in need of upgrades.

Lovely hotel - iconic, famous, swanky. Event room was well laid out, easy to see the stage. Easy for Uber to pickup and drop off.

I didn't stay overnight, only came for the brunch with a large group and they had so many options that everyone was happy, from the two year old to my 83 year old grandmother.

Amazing front desk staff. Yamileth took great care of us upon checking. Room with a terrace was beautiful. Staff is just amazing. Only negative experience was waiting too long for service at the restaurant but the food was still amazing.

Great location for an event! My work place holds their annual Fundraising Dinner here and it is always elegant and top tier. The staff are a pleasure to work with and the food always taste amazing! I recommend this place for all galas and fundraising events if you are looking to elevate the ambience and appeal to the $$$ to give your org money! A plus, I believe this is where the Oscars (the Academy Awards) takes place!

I was out of my element. That being said, service was good and the rooms were clean. Most likely won't be back again anytime soon but I would recommend this to people who have money to burn. It was overall a good stay.

The location is superb and upscale. The security is high in the area, which makes a good environment for the elite, and high profile individuals. The hotel and customer service is great.

Stayed overnight and i was placed on the first floor. It was very noisy for most of the night.

Excellent property! Suite is very spacious, large bathroom, very well done. The Wilshire Tower was recently renovated.
Pool was more of a Las Vegas vibe, not very family friendly.
Overall wonderful service! Highly recommend.

Ive stayed at this hotel and have been to quite a few events here. It never fails to impress.. also to note the beds here are probably the most comfortable I have ever tried.. great customer service and parking is convenient

The Beverly Hills Hilton was great! We stayed there with our family, including quite a few kids and the staff was especially helpful and accommodating. Especially Stephen at the concierge desk. He helped us get extra cribs for the kids to sleep in and showed me where to buy the best chocolate. Grateful for people who go above and beyond ! Stephen is one of those!

Was there for gala. Very nice very vintage hotel. Fun to watch people.

Very experienced at providing excellent service at large events, even on an extremely wet Thursday night-the first big rain of the season.

What a classic property. Everything about the stay was lovely from the staff, to breakfast, to the room and amenities. Lots of stuff nearby to do, as well as a new shopping mall under construction. I would recommend this highly to anyone.

Was just visiting a friend who was staying there from out of town. Most of our activity occurred in the lounge area near the front desk which, for whatever it's worth, was quite comfortable.

This hotel is very nice. I like the fact that my room had a tub. The customer service was good. My room was clean and they address you by last name which is nice. My room had no issues which was a plus

It's a gorgeous hotel with impeccable service. The staff there treated me well, though I was only there for a press event.

Love this hotel, so welcoming, the staff are friendly and so helpful. Our room was amazing with a large balcony we could enjoy the views from. The pool was great, plenty of sunloungers available and not too cold for swimming.

Beautiful hotel. I was there to attend a conference. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't stay overnight, however, so I can't comment on the rooms. Parking was difficult.

The new section of the hotel is nice, the rooms in the old section are really dated. Staff is friendly and there's nice shopping nearby.

Excellent services, refreshment was good, especially the decaf coffee was truly high quality and so was the half and half and the protein bar was good. The most important part was the security - I felt safe 100%.

stayed in here in high school for my birthday because it was were the jeopardy contestants stay. it was ok. it looks like it was updated. i like the old days when there were more strange hotels but i guess it is good that they are modern and corporate. i am writing a better review you people are a waste of energy many of you. also i have worked in housekeeping. it is really disgusting for gross people to leave their pubic hairs in the sheets with fast food wrappers laying around and grungiest toothbrushes i could ever imagine. you people aren't that great

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were large, clean, and beautiful. We had bad weather last week, but nothing we could do about that. The breakfast buffet was the best. Highly recommended property.

Customer service is better here than any Hilton I've stayed at there attention to detail is excellent. Great rooms, good food, the only company I have is that the wifi kinda sucks but other than that it's a great hotel.

The Beverly Hilton has excellent service and accommodations. The frequent warm weather in LA allows guests to enjoy the pool year round. Even the maid service and Valet Parking are exceptional.

Service was over the top, phenomenal! Never had to open our car doors, very friendly. Location kind of sucked but only because of the traffic. Very nice lobby and decor, but you can tell the decor has been there since the 60's, but the rooms are very modern and clean. Oh... And there was tv in my bathroom!!!

Brunch was great!! The food delicious and the mimosas were flowing.

Cool hotel to stay at and you will most likely see a star during your stay. Amazing breakfast buffet thru the week and brunch on Sunday. Was here for 5 days and had an amazing time. Close to rodeo drive and many other popular spots.

bruh I've slept better in area 51 with my hot alien gf.

Room check-in was delayed for 5 hours. When I was finally able to get a room, there was an abundance of hair (previous guest?) around the bathroom floor and in the sink. In addition there was a thick coat of dust on the bathroom fan. I called housekeeping, and departed for dinner. When I returned 4 hours later, the room was still not clean. I had to stand in the hall at 12:30AM while the overnight crew cleaned my room.

In addition the decor was dated, and the carpets throughout the property were worn. Not Beverly Hills quality, not even close.

Today was my girlfriends 102nd stay at the hotel. She loves this hotel and they always take immaculate care of her and me when I go. They even sent her up special gifts to celebrate her birthday and over 100 stays. This is a fabulous hotel with great employees!

Feels like home, but better! Perfect position and fabulous customer care! I'll be back soon!

The property overall was dated. The Golden globes room is amazing though. You can't bear history.

One bottle of water is 12 dollars. Only the place of the hotel is good, there is nothing else in the hotel. Do not stay there if you have any choice.

Classic LA hotel. Breakfast by the pool is over the top. Rooms were classy and well appointed.

My sister came into town and was staying here so I decided to pop by to check it out. Valet was pleasant and there was no waiting around even though it was a Saturday night and a party was happening. We decided to sit at pool deck and right away a servrer came to light the fire where we placed ourselves. Right after him the server came along to take our drink order. Got the gin and tonic and it was standard. The helpful staff was what made it though. Would love to actually stay here overnight despite its old age.

I was attending a wedding here and the Ballroom looked Fabolous.

I love, love, love The Beverly Hilton. The only place we stay when we go to LA. Convenient to everything (by LA standards). Pay a little extra and get a room with a balcony. Starbucks franchise in the lobby off to the left as you enter; it's also a bar and they probably serve alcohol at 7 AM but I don't know about that.

It's built on a little slope so there are a couple of subterranean levels, which have a big pool area and cabanas and the last remaining Trader Vic's in the country. The food is disgusting but it's fun. Also, and it's kind of difficult to get to, there's a top-floor restaurant somewhere in the complex where we always get complementary brunch passes to and it was the original home of L'Escoffier. I always feel Don Draper-ish walking in there, even though the patrons are 21st-century overweight tourists from America and abroad.

Can't recommend it enough.

Great rooms! Valet gives you could water in your car when they bring it. Pool is great with large terry cloth covers on every lounge!

The service was exemplary as usual; there's a big construction project next to it right now so the view was great.

I attended United Way of Greater Los Angeles Women's Summit in the International Ballroom (where the Golden Globes are held), and the space was perfect for the conference. The larger Beverly Hills Ballroom was wonderful of the large sessions, Wilshire Ballroom for the medium sessions and International Terrace for the small sessions. The beverage and snack service was tasty and the lunch chicken was amazing. Overall a huge success, due in part of the Beverly Hilton's hospitality.

We went to Circa 55 for weekend brunch. Staffs were super friendly and there were many variety foods. Loved crab legs and oysters.
