Good drinks during the hot weather. Nice pool area.

Nice hotel with lobby bar and restaurant. Used to have a Trader Vic's but it has unfortunately closed.

The efficiency of the on-site hotel reservation department is horrible. I've made the same reservation multiple times and they've messed it up everytime. So now, 3 cancellations later and 1 re-booking. I thought it was right. I had to speak with the Front Desk Manager, Hairston, who was the only bright light throughout this entire experience. I give him a 5-star! In re-booking my reservation, I added a room for my elderly relative and requested they be in the same tower. I was told this was done. When I called back to re-confirm, I found out not only was she in a different tower, the front desk representative/person who answered the call had an attitude as if I should know which room types are located in which tower. Hence, I ask to speak with someone on site in reservations. This representative made the change ( to my specifications I think), but it seemed as though he had something better to do as he rushed me through the call and hung up before I could get him name. Definitely not the type of service I'd expect from the Beverly Hills Hilton. What's been more disappointing, with the exception of my experience with Hairston and maybe one other representative, I have to spend my money at this location due to an event I'm attending. It adds insult to injury when you have to spend boat load of money at a property whose service doesn't even measure up to Holiday Inn.

I enjoyed my stay here based on the rich history of the hotel.

I stayed for three days with my friends and the weather was outstanding and the pool area is amazing.

I loved the energy in the building just buzzing with Hollywood celebrities and excutives.

The reason why I knocked off 2 stars is because the people that worked there from the front desk staff to the house keeping to the room service folks where so so rude.

Also, the rooms can definitely use some uodateing. But if you love old Hollywood go there!

Was loading in a small show in the Ballroom so limited review besides the loading dock is tight and the freight elevator is small and old.... Besides that .... It's a nice place.

This hotel, is terribly worn and shabby. It has a sad feeling of faded glory and glamor. Furnishing, carpets, upholstery are dirty and worn down. The service is indifferent, from the receiving bellmen, to the front office staff. The rooms do not come furbished with basics like soap/shampoo/slippers though if requested they will provide them at no cost - but you have to ask.

I attended a professional event hosted in this venue, so my experiences are limited to those in the main banquet hall right by the pool and self-park elevators.

It was a breakfast event. The food provided was good, and service was great. We had to wait a while for the servers to give our food, but thereafter they have been responsive and prompt.

The venue looked very nice, especially the ceilings embedded chandeliers. I liked the stage and presentation area - 3 screens seem to do the trick. Restrooms were also nice and clean.

There came a point when the emergency alarm sounded, and staff over the intercom communicated somewhat effectively - they had not statused with the guests whether it was an accidental pull, or if something wrong was really happening. Really made the people in the venue paranoid, some seemed to leave just to ensure their own safety!

The parking can use a lot of work. The garage is super cramped and there is little room for movement.

Such grace, and the people are wonderful. Get a room with a balcony the views are wonderful.

Construction all around right now. Valet can be slow but very nice rooms and great staff

Poor service. Rooms have 1 inch crack at bottom between connecting rooms! Rooms are never ready when they say they will be. They will tell you 20 minutes four times. Check in is at three but prepared to not get your room until 5 PM

Very classy hotel and the staff and chefs are super nice 6 stars if I could keep up the good work guys.

We went to look at the hotel as a possible wedding venue. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive of us...theyir loss, we'll book elsewhere for venue, catering, rooms for the entire gust list for a week, etc.

Great service, cool vibe in the common areas. Good location to the area attractions. While we only stayed primarily for the location, the room was definitely in need of an upgrade. Next time I'd book a poolside cabana.

Great hotel with excellent service. The rooms are nice, though no different than most Hilton's (maybe a bit larger) but they do have nice robes for you to wear. You can buy them too - $140 though!

Was there for a function, a lot of history cool place and worth a visit

Overall a pretty good stay. Good food, good service, good and safe location when visiting LA. I am not used to paying so much for parking.

Our room was a double bed standard room. One bed was sinking in the middle. The rooms do not have coffee makers, unless requested. The refrigerators are weighted with drinks so you can not store anything. Extra refrigerators are available upon request for $25 extra. The parking garage is not free, $42 a day...which seems a bit too much. The rooms are probably due for an upgrade soon. Most of the few outlets did not work, the bathroom mirror light was out. The staff is very friendly, the neighborhood looks very clean. Overall is was very nice just a little upgrade needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you so very much to all the staff for making our time at your hotel so pleasant, you guys are awesome!

Went for lunch with a couple who were guests at the hotel. Service could've been better. We waited overly long just to order food. The waiter never came to refill waters or drinks. Even when asking for our server to order more food/drinks, they never came back. For the Rep of the hotel, I expected way better service.

This hotel offers 5 star service no doubt. We were originally put in a room that faced a construction zone and was very noisy, no balcony. We called down to the front desk and asked if they had another room available and they upgraded us to a larger room with a balcony and overlooking the city and the pool. It was fabulous! The restaurant in the hotel was delicious, the staff are all wonderful here. We sat by the pool in the morning around 9am and did not realize there is no poolside service until 11am, but the staff still brought us coffee and menus beside the pool anyways. Fabulous hotel.
