Nice room and comfy bed. The pool is really nice with bar service. The drinks are really expensive! I paid $18 for a martini that was served in a plastic wine glass.

I enjoyed the pool area ect. I checked out two weeks ago. a day aftermy check out I called about an item that was left behind in the room. I was assured housekeeping checks all the rooms before new people get into them. security kept telling me that they would call me back and I never received one. when I called back again I was spoken to rudely by security. I called back again and was advised that nobody has handed the shirt it. it is obvious that housekeeping were the only ones with access to the rooms and kept what was found. extremely disappointing, especially since I stay there frequently.
Great hotel & venue for hosting events! Staff were all extremely accommodating.
Awesome place to be whether you're staying here or attending a professional event.
Amazing Hotel....Amazing staff......don't confuse this hotel with the Beverly Hills Hilton owned by the Sultan of Brunei that wants to stone gay people.
Beautiful old gal. Interior is outstanding. Clean well kept, a pleasure to be in. Great place for a convention.
I paid $585 for one night and got a room with two beds (not big ones) and a small sofa. In addition, the bath room is really small. Frankly speaking, If you were me and saw what I got by comparing what you paid. You won't be satisfied either. This hotel is too old and looks a motel!
Courteous staff, clean everything, very organized and helpful. The decor is beautifully understated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
My favorite hotel in all of Los Angeles!! I love staying here! Such an iconic place.
Beautiful hotel great staff and location.memorable
stay . Love it
With our Hilton points my husband and I prefer it more than the expensive Waldorf.
My hotel room was robbed on 7/19/15 maid stole diamonds out of my wife's handbag. The hotel really doesn't care nor will even bother to pursue the maid who created a felony, I will be pursuing legal action.
There are hotels out there that are newer, more luxurious and offer higher-end amenities, but they still will not match the level of elegance, sophistication and rich history that this hotel has to offer. Time spent here is not a stay, it's an experience. Management and staff know it and try to cater to it and that sets them apart from any other resort. There's always something going on at the Beverly Hilton: a gala, a fundraiser or a function of somekind that bring out the one percent in droves. So much has gone on here over the years that if walls could talk, they would tell a story that could easily trump the best of what Hollywood screen writers have to offer. The food is very well made and the service is terrific but that's almost a side note to the main event: a history lesson with a healthy dose of (rich) people-watching.
Great place but the signage for entrance into the parking could be done better very difficult to spot from the street and navigate around to where you need to go
Better than expected. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside it's actually not bad. Nice pool area. Great location.
I've attended several real estate and charity events here. Great venue for big crouds.
Stayed in the presidential sweet for quite a bit of time with my family and we really enjoyed it.
I have stayed here a few times. When out on the town or at Universal CityWalk with family. Very clean hotel. Very reasonably priced. It s a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. At least if you re looking for a expensive hotel. It s top-notch. In that category.
The grounds were lovely and well kept. You get the feeling that you might be Sean Connery in his prime
Clean comfortable rooms. Spacious bathroom. Courteous staff.
Hello!
Thank you so much for honoring my Hilton certificates! I had a truly beautiful stay! Even better that 2013. I love the L'Occitaine amenities, and a big thanks to Valentine who accommodated all of my requests. Also, it was my great pleasure to utilize the breakfast certificates in your lovely restaurant. It was my first time dining in , and the food and service were great! The Beverly Hilton is where I attended my senior prom, and where I go for rest and reflection. I'm able to take the shuttle to Mass at Church Of The Good Shepard. I'm so glad the pool was available for me to swim in as that is a big attraction for me! And, the cable TV has expanded since 2013. Once again thank you for your generosity, and all of your kindnesses to me!
Sincerely,
Angela Maria Pritchard
It was a very nice hotel, no issues at all. 4 stars because it was really nothing special. Saw Chuck Liddell, so there's that...
No hot tub at the pool. And the pool water is freezing. Should be heated! Or more heated.
Woman at the front desk told us our room was on the 4th floor... But she didn't mention that there are multiple towers i.e. multiple 4th floors! We schlepped our luggage all over the hotel because of this. Annoying.
Expensive hotel - which is fine if the service, amenities etc. are top-notch. But I don think this place lives up to its reputation.
Came for a community event which rented out one of the halls. Lobby has couches, concierge, bar and some shops.
Parties at the Beverly Hilton are always a great time. Beautiful hotel too
This hotel has ghost but it's a great mixture of old original and new future I'm not upset with this hotel at all everybody was very nice especially the valet driver an older gentleman I was there for the TCA's he was amazing.... Please keep him
Met with a friend here. Looked nice but didn't have any real experience with this place.
Everything about the hotel is great. Except their preparedness for close to a thousand guests at the valet parking. There was only one cashier for all those guests at the close of the event!
Service with a smile, clean, and overall EXCELLENT hotel.
Went there for the Coach Arts event. Good food. Left my phone in my car, and the valet got it for me. Good place to hang out for drinks downstairs.
Such a great hotel. Was under construction while there but it was mostly unnoticeable. The staff are very helpful, including free shoe shine service if called upon.
Great welcoming as a visitor of a guest. The restaurant did a great job even if they were understaffed that night. I am also in the industry and hope the management really say thank you to the out stand service for how busy it was. My uncle's is staying there for the month and Love's it.
The location is just stellar. But, the rooms do need a little update. The fact that you are right next to the Waldorf Astoria, actually on the same property, doesn't help.. But, the service is great, the restaurant service wonderful food and has nice servers. I enjoyed all the amenities too. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to anyone coming to Beverly Hills and looking for a convenient location to enjoy the town
The Bev Hilton is ok I've stayed many times and in the penthouse. It can use an update
Awesome fun place with a good restaurant and good food.
I could feel the glamour of years gone by. Apart from the rooms in the main part of the hotel being brought up to date which were ok, the rest of the hotel especially the hotel bar and pool side were wonderful.
Nice hotel airburst for a party that was held for a class of 2017.
My wife and I stayed over the weekends on the 7th floor one bed hotel room. It had a patio surprisingly but the view was not that good as our room was facing inward into other hotels. As being an old hotel, the room shows some signs of age however it was clean and service was excellent. When we first arrived, they served us with some welcome snacks. We weren't particularly keen on sweets so we didn't eat much of it but the gesture is appreciated. The parking is not free as it is LA, but that was to be expected. The Rodeo was close by, about 10-15 minutes walk. The hotel pool was kinda full most of the time (very hot weather) so we didn't bother visiting. The area around is mostly clean and good for shoppers if you're into luxury brands. We mostly eyeshopped and had dinner at 208 Rodeo restaurant. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It has much history and was an interesting place to stay.
Absolutely fantastic hotel. So cozy. Best location as well
All of the staff are super friendly and accommodating making sure that you have the best, most comfortable stay as possible. What a treat to stay at such an iconic landmark!
Here for a black tie event and the service was excellent as usual. The food was actually very good. They still do things very well.
Superior service at its best. Very nice hotel. The staff is extremely helpful.
Had work event at one of the conference rooms. Breakfast and lunch well appointed with delicious meal and beverage options

I wanted to connect to the Internet wifi, called the receptionist from my room, but they responded that I should speak with the Department of communication. When they switched to them, they I asked address hotels, telephone number; asked questions that ask usually hotel workers. In a word, they could not do anything. I called back to the receptionist, where I roughly answered that they are not able help me, which shows their poor service. Very dissappointed. They did not even call me back to solve the problem.
The glitter and glamour of old Hollywood in Beverly Hills
Nice place, employees are super warm and approachable
I am sorry that in some cases this hotel has garnered unjustifiable bad reviews. I was born in 1963 and have been coming to this hotel with family since 1972. Although I now live back east my uncle and aunt still live on North Linden Drive in Beverly Hills. We always go there for lunch after mass at Church of the Good Sheppard whenever I am in town.
The staff is all courteous and helpful even though we are not guests of the hotel but over time have either had party(s) or other activities at the Beverly Hilton.
When I was in the service and arrived in Beverly Hills only to find that my uncle and aunt were away the staff made a young man in the service feel right at home.
Everyone at the Beverly Hilton hotel is top notch.
Continued success.
Food was fantastic. Rooms were really nice. Great area. Loved it.
Worst Hilton ever. As a diamond member they do not offer free breakfast but a voucher that gets you a free orange juice and a muffin, after that reach for the wallet. Shoddy rooms, poor service, horrid.
Chill place, great burgers by the pool, excellent service
Disappointing for the price honestly, but I did meet Arnold Schwarzenegger there so that's a plus. The rooms felt dated and the bar was SHOCKINGLY overpriced. You can go to Ruth's Chris a mile away and get the same drink for about 60% the price. Legitimately a tourist trap.
There is some historic significance to this place, and you can sort of feel it--feels very LA. That said, having arrived an hour before check in, at 2PM, there were no rooms ready. No worries--they said they'd text me when my room was ready. By 4PM, and having received no text, I went back and they proceeded to tell me my room had been ready for some time... No text, no apology. Not befitting of Hilton.
I only went to the pool and the bar by the pool, but it was pretty nice. Good mix of people and chill vibes. Was able to walk around the hotel and wasn't bothered much. Overall decent service.
The luxurious Beverly Hilton has always been an elaborate and stimulating experience, from the accommodations to the concierges, banquet servers, host/hostesses, luncheon tea and decor was lovely.
Love this hotel! Always a delightful experience. Staff is extraordinarily attentive. Rooms are very clean. Food & Beverage options are really good. Great breakfast and great to have a Trader Vic's drink by the pool. I cannot imagine that I would ever want to stay anywhere else not just because it is amazing but the valets get your car fast and you can easily and quickly navigate to pretty much anywhere, it seems.
Despite the earthquake that we experienced for the very first time in California everything was excellent
This old guard standard in Beverly Hills is always a decent spot for tourists and locals.
The matresses are like sleeping on a cloud. Rooms are large and well appointed.
Great Hotel and Staff, beautiful views of LA. Iconic.
It has a very good location and according to my research it is very famous, so we decided to stayed there.
The hotel is kind of old style, and the restaurant of the hotel near the pool is good but not excellent.
Excellent service from the bellman area.
And the car for transportation was very useful.
With the do not disturb sign on my door, and because I was sleeping days and working nights, I was rudely woken by hotel staff doing a "room check". Absolutely unacceptable.
Awesome place. Better amenities than almost any other hotel I've stayed at. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. One of the best brunches I've ever been to, especially at a hotel.
Only stopped by briefly, but the interior was lovely!
Great, was referred here by Kris Herzog of The Bodyguard group of Beverly Hills
