With the new Waldorf Astoria right next door, the Hilton is the iconic hotel of Beverly Hills. I've never stayed at any of the rooms. Only for special events at the various elegant ballrooms. Great service. Great staff. A bit steep on parking rates. Best location in Beverly Hills.

Great location in the center of the city, I don't know why but they made it weird to get to the main lobby, we had to pull over and ask some pedestrians to show us the route. Overall great experience!

I was expecting a lot more from the hilton. when I stayed there was construction going the whole time, the rooms were equivilent to like a small ramada or freeway side hotel. You can stay there when you don't have another option but if you're going for luxury than this isn't really it. A over 400 for our room we were expecting a bit more of a luxury room. But I'm not saying it's bad. everything is fine, it's just not that luxury style you would expect.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I loved how your name is in the iPad welcoming you and you can ask for blankets and amenities all through the iPad! They make you fell like they're your friends when you call the front desk.

Spent halloween weekend here and really enjoyed it. Would have given 5 stars but all the construction is a real mess and some parts of the building definitely show it's age. It was refurbished recently so the lobby and the rooms are wonderful. Service was ok. Couple of the bartenders (Trader Vics) were pretty grumpy, but didnt really affect us. Decent location, can walk to many places if you don't mind a mile walk or so.

The hotel is a beautiful place with tons of history. It is a lot of fun just walking around. The room was very comfortable. My only complaint is we had a hard time adjusting the temperature in our room, but keep in mind this building has been around a long time (even though it doesn't look this way).

Very disappointing...We were placed in a room that should have overlooked the pool but instead it overlooked the seating area. I believe our room was called The Cabanas (a more affordable room..I guessed based on the appearance and size of the room)
Definitely needs updating. Bathroom was small, no dual sinks. A glass had shattered in our room and there were pieces of it all over the room. Instead of transferring us to another room...a gentleman came in the clean it up which required sweeping and cleaning up broken pieces, liquids and vacuuming up the pieces. Twice we were visited by Management to see if we were 'ok'. In other words to ensure that the Hilton is not sued. After what seemed like forever the place was cleaned up and for all the inconvenience we were given bed slippers...yeah(can you sense my sarcasm). Perhaps if we were in a room that was actually inside the hotel, we would have been treated better. Very very disappointing.

We hosted a huge event here last evening and it was Great!! The event staff here including Paul and Jay were top notch. They were so accommodating, warm, friendly, helpful and just a pleasure to do business with. And the other facilities here are like no other with pools, spa, great views, lots of history, awesome restaurant, and of course outstanding rooms with all the bells and whistles. Anything you even think you want, the staff will find a way to get it for you!!

This place accepts pets, but you have to cross a busy road to take them potty. Plus you have to pay for parking even as a guest, and we didn't have a refrigerator in our room. For the price this place sucks.

Our experience wasn't all that pleasant. Our room was so hot we hated having to come back to it at the end of the night. We complained 3 times and were told each time it was fixed only to return to our room to find it just as hot.

Let me start off by saying this is an iconic, luxury hotel. It's amazing and truly represents the Beverly Hills lifestyle, in many ways! So much to do around the hotel onsite and off site! The rooms are spacious and the decor is nice. If you get a suite, you most likely will have a balcony overlooking either Santa Monica Blvd, or Wilshire road I believe. Staying in a corner suite, the views were pretty good and my balcony was OVERSIZED. Glass almost all over the room, felt great to wake up to that! TV in the bathroom and nice tub, and shower as well, bathroom amenities included a vanity mirror and in bathroom TV. There was an iPad in the room where you could request items, order room service, ask for concierge help, arrange dry cleaning services, and much much more! Its also personalized with their hotel system so it knows your name and the weather report is listed for you as well. Truly a great Hilton hotel! Whats more to love? You get plentiful of options for room types as well. Suites, and room in the Oasis building which offer a different type of ambiance. NOTE: Ask for Yamileth at the front desk! Shes amazing, and very helpful. Also room 556- amazing room on the corner!

Do not get to this hotel! Valet parking are disgusting and racists. Do not know how a hotel gives cooperation to racism and staff that is a joke. I used to be the client of Hilton, but now I'll go to another hotels that know a personal attitude to a woman when you have to go to a minute toilet who does not respect women do not deserve it to work. And certainly does not deserve customers.

This is a really nice hotel but prepared to PAY for parking.
They don'tgive very much away for free in Beverly hills and parking is definitely on the list of high priced commodities
The hotel itself is very nice.
The staff is very courteous and friendly
I don't remember her name but one of the girls at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I had great customer service and left happy.
It's a great location just down the street from Fox studios with a view of the hills

I cannot say enough good things about the staff.

The accommodations were old school Hollywood (which suited me down to my toes).

Let s start at the beginning when i checked in. There was nobody to take the bags i had to take them in myself (Mind you this is supposed to be a Four star hotel). After finishing up at the front desk i was promised that my bags would be handled and they would be taken up to the room. After an hour i was fed up of waiting and went down to the lobby myself where surprise my bags were where i exactly left them. No one even moved them (Thank god they didn t get stolen). After taking the bags to the room myself i decided to open the window and surprise i find a cigar from one of the previous customers on the window rail. Moral of the story is don t go to the beverly Hilton. and if you re going to stay at a hotel for the first time don t prepay for the stay choose the flexible rate so you can walk out on the first day with all of your money.

Was in the Oasis Tower. Really small, extremely outdated. Not ideal for business. Reminded me of a motel. The gym is also small with old equipment. There are modern hotels close by but this one has lots of history.

One of, if not, the nicest hotel I have ever been to. The pool area is beautiful is an excellent area to relax, even on a cool winter evening since they fire pits you can relax around. The room and service was excellent from the direct hilton staff to the boutique/baristas.

Great valets, let's start there. But, housekeeping is tortoise slow, property is inconvenient as hell when there's an event in the hotel, and $22 for a 2 oz pour of Jameson?!?!?! I'm pretty sure that's criminal. For the price they charge you can do better within spitting distance. Very disappointing.

I remember coming here as a child with my family. What a beautiful place. Memories of great times at the pool and running through the kitchen with friends as a kid. (My first kiss was behind the front desk!).
What a beautiful and nostalgic, charming hotel. The staff makes you feel like family. I've been many places in my life, but I'll always come home to Beverly Hills and the Beverly Hilton. Thank you my family and friends. Rico

I've been here a few times (not my bookings). Nice hotel, but a bit over-hyped. The rooms are nothing special (not for the rates they charge; non-conference rates). Sometimes, feels like the staff is only friendly when they think you will be spending money. Example: I pulled up front in a standard rental car on the day I was checking out and the valet was completely dismissive of me before I had even put the car in park. They no longer have a spa on site, which is just silly for a hotel like this. One time that we stayed here, there were fleas in our room, apparently from some pet-friendly convention the week before, and the hotel didn't even offer to cover the cost of of taking our clothes to cleaners (we didn't want to chance bringing any of the critters back to our home...which is only about an hour from this hotel, and where we have no pets so wouldn't have otherwise had fleas in our home). Oh, and the pool area at this hotel is nothing special. I have stayed in many 5-star resorts/hotels, and they were better.
Okay, I have to say something positive - the food is very good. The historic elements of the hotel are cool, it has a good Hollywood/Beverly Hills vibe, and very good conference space (though the rooms get very cols, so bring a jacket). Also, aside from the spa, it has all the services and amenities important in a large hotel
