Beautiful Hotel! - I've been there so many times mostly covering special events such as red carpets of Awards. it's located at the heart of Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive shopping area is less than 10 mins in a cab.

Staff is friendly, the hotel has a beautiful pool and a restaurant by the pool.
It's a nice place to stay if you are coming to the Beverly Hills Area.

Really nice bars and restaurant at this hotel. Rooms seem a little dated but overall I would stay at this hotel again.

The location was great. The rooms were OK. The service was abysmal. Room service had to be called twice and the wait was outrageous for delivery. We had brunch at circa 55 where the table service was really friendly but very slow and the hosts seemed unorganized and indifferent.

Really nice. Obviously it's iconic but the standard rooms really aren't that different to any other good hotel. Great location. Always something going on at the hotel.

The Beverly Hilton was very comfortable for our 10 day stay in Los Angeles. Our room was very spacious and the beds were confortable. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants and Rodeo Drive.

Nice lobby area with comfortable seats. Pool area is very nice with restaurant serving food and prior lounging by the pool. Guest rooms are pleasant and good sized although the bathrooms on the small side. Service is good. Gym is larger than most hotel gyms and is nicely maintained.

Just ask an employee how long they have worked at The Beverly Hilton, I usually get a answer of 10 years and those are the young one's, 48 years is the oldest I know of and still friendly as ever (Bob). This place is iconic. From the first time my dad took me to Trader Vic's to now with a great "new" hotel chef. I can't thank the staff enough, Thank You Beverly Hilton.

Great place for a event, or just to have lunch or dinner

Stayed here several times and will keep coming back. The staff is amazing and extremely attentive. Hotel is close to everything and anything you want. The pool is simply awesome and if people watching is your hobby, this is the place for you. Looking forward to our next stay!

I was just delivering to the hotel the receiving area was clean I assume the actual hotel must be better

Pros: The restaurant downstairs was cozy, the fire decor made the place special. The personnel kindly organized the charging of my phone
Cons: no any sign of the restaurant in the main hall area. Tricky to figure out which elevator is going there. Even with a help of the personnel the Wi-Fi didn't work

This is one of our favorite hotels. The room's and service are impeccable. The location is one of the best for shopping and restaurants you can walk to.

Staff was friendly. Didn't stay in the hotel, so can't speak to that. I did however attend an event in the international ballroom and have to say it was niceer than expected.

Friendly people. All around great service from the second you pull in to the hotel.

Waldorf being built next door so some construction going on but the staff was very helpful.

I didn't stay at the Hilton, I met family at the poolside restaurant. Everyone was helpful and attentive when needed; leaving us be for the most part. The food was good. If you come here expecting inexpensive, you're not thinking ahead.

Realy great location. Perfekt for holydays, if you have enough money.

Beautiful, elegant hotel. I came for an NBC event but I would definitely return as a guest.

We were so looking forward to staying at The Beverly Hilton but there was just one issue after another. Some of the staff tried to help and were lovely but at first didnt seem able to help. Our room was adjacent to the lift so was noisy from the lift and from noisy people using it. We couldn't turn our bedside light off as it had a strange switch on and it took till 12.30 pm for someone to help. We wanted to use the pool but it was closed for a private party and we were not told until we got a note through the door in the afternoon of the day it was closed! No water is provided in the room for you, only chargeable items and you have to pay for wifi in the room too. It was all just a little disappointing for this level of hotel. However, they did offer to change our room but it was late at night and we were leaving the next day so they gave us free breakfast instead. I would consider staying again but ask for a different room.

Overrated hotel. Tired and needs renovating. Bathroom sink was cracked. Shower was week. Service is good.

Went there for the Make a Wish gala and the venue was incredible. Hospitable staff and the ballroom was exquisite. Perfect for a social event like the gala.

Seriously Devon and the night team saved me. After the Horrible Mondrian in Sunset sold my room, the BEVERLY Hilton stepped up. My room was great and location was seriously perfect. Thank you very much

Attended a corporate event here. Facilities are beautiful, all employees are as nice as can be. Parking was decent, luckily the event validated

I stay here 3-4 times a year due to a corporate rate we have. It's fine. Rooms are pretty nice - plenty big. Good location for the hotel. I don't like the gym. It's down in the basement, but it's a larger space, which is nice. Room service is expensive and just ok - so pretty normal. Check in always seems to be a hassle. Go next door to the rooftop at JG at the Waldorf if you want a cool spot for drinks.

I have stayed here about a dozen times and each time I find a new reason to keep coming back. Love the staff. Beds are very comfortable and I love the rooms with balcony's.

Dirty, destroyed and the staff doesnt even act suprised. A real disappointment for the cost. A tourist and business traveler trap that keeps new suckers coming in. I hope to never stay here again. If i knew better i wouldnt have come here. If you are looking to party this is probably your place..not good for business travel or family's especialy with the weirdos in the lobby. Locals refer to this place as a classic dump..i wish i knew that

Participated in the firefighters ball last night and the staff was wonderful, very polite and helpful the entire evening. Great night!

Went for am event and the space was beautiful. Went to the bar in the lobby before the event and the waiter was very helpful and friendly. The drinks were very tasty, also!

Wonderful hotel, all staff were very kind and helpful, and the room and pool area were terrific. Did sadly not eat at the restaurant, however I have heard that it is quite nice.

This is high class for the elite. Nice clean hotel with fabulous rooms. There is a parking garage and the staff here know what they are doing.

Incompetent staff at car park facility. Allowed us to park then once we got to the entrance we were turned away, due to a conference then tried to charge us for parking.

Very comfotsble. We had a cabana room, so easy access to pool, restraurant, fitness room.

Awful service: can't connect to wifi with honor membership(their server problem); no hot water at our second night; room request takes forever; noisy vent in room at night; air conditioner switch is broken; staffs are cold and pretentious.
Price: very overpriced company with the real quality of the room and service
Location: great, close to airport and many good restaurants nearby
Amenity: the pool is not bad, nice to grab a drink and relax on sofa

I have stayed here MANY times. The rooms vary in size, but all of them are nice. Staying in the Cabana pool rooms is a very different feel. I love it, sort of has a stylish retro 70s feel - in a good way. There are also a lot of big award ceremony nights here, so I often saw celebrities in the lobby. Quite a fun LA experience and I recommend sitting by the pool at night for a drink or dinner. I love the movies they project on the wall, especially the surf movies.

Great place to stay in Beverly Hills. Staff is fantastic, amenities are great, and rooms are comfortable.

Was really really a nice place to perhaps take a nice bath, hahahahahah but overall this place exceeded my expectations. I absolutely enjoyed everything about this beautiful hotel...well except maybe the parking structure could use a nice renovation, the turns on the up & down ramps where a wee bit tooo tight for the average driver...(luckily I had no problem )

We had a great stay! We had a nice room with a great view and the concierge was more than helpful. The food was excellent. The salon was a little snooty and the girl who did my hair for one night was EXTREMELY rude. Other than that, we had an excellent stay.

Though a bit older, the Beverly Hilton is still a nice hotel with friendly staff. The location works for me as it is near my work and still relatively close to my favorite LA neighborhoods.

Attended Golden Globes after hours event and was impressed with elegance of setting, beautifully decorated along with being on the receiving end of The Beverly Hilton's exceptional, attentive service. Concluded engagement with a delicious breakfast, what a way to end an exciting night!

The Beverly Hilton is a classy place. They have their special events down to a science. I highly recommend self parking, which is easy to get in and out of and super convenient.

OMG..I truly recommend this location the greatest experience and quality services from the staff.

Really nice pool. Fitness room has more yhan the usual fitness rooms at hotels have (barbells, cables, etc). Really nice rooms.

Visited the bar after the DGA awards for a few drinks. They were pricey but good. Had a lounge vibe that was very comfortable.

We had such a wonderful time here during my sisters wedding. What can i say they have the best service that i have had in my lifetime. I hope that i can afford to come back again.

Beautiful location, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Room is nice but average, and the bathroom is quite small.

AVOID STAYING HERE - Spent a few nights here and it seemed quite abit out dated even when paying extra for modern rooms, the facilities where there but it did seem like they did the bare minimum to qualify for example the gym doesn't even have a bench press or squat rack. Lastly our entire experience was ruined on our last night as there was an event hosted there and a majority of the guests were underage kids who got blind drunk and began randomly roaming the hotel banging on doors - unfortunately this happened to us on our stay and we had young adults screaming in the halls and banging on our door from midnight up until 5 am, despite asking reception to intervene they did nothing and allowed it to go on all night completely ignoring the experience of hotel patrons. The restaurant and bar were Okay however there are much better options in nicer locations at a better price.
