Room check-in was delayed for 5 hours. When I was finally able to get a room, there was an abundance of hair (previous guest?) around the bathroom floor and in the sink. In addition there was a thick coat of dust on the bathroom fan. I called housekeeping, and departed for dinner. When I returned 4 hours later, the room was still not clean. I had to stand in the hall at 12:30AM while the overnight crew cleaned my room.

In addition the decor was dated, and the carpets throughout the property were worn. Not Beverly Hills quality, not even close.
