No conscience. I drove 100 miles with an appointment to look at a truck only to have them tell me it was sold upon my arrival. Their explanation? Appointments mean nothing because most people don't show up. So my word is worthless due to the actions of others? Listening to them justify this policy made me sick. In no other industry could people be treated this was and the company remain in business.

Sandy and Moe were great to deal with. They went above and beyond to get me my new SUV. They were honest and upfront with all the details of the purchase. Sandy was very knowledgeable about the vechicle and help us get everything setup. I would gladly refer anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle to go see her. She truly cares about her customer.

it would be nice as next door neighbor, if they would stop using our emergency entrance to park their cars to sale. I wish I can contact the police department to see if there is a way to ticket them. Its the only entrance we have to enter and exit for our building. They always use it to park their cars. Don't buy your cars here...they have no respect for neighbors........

Went to Auto Park looking to refinance our vehicle that we purchased from a different dealership. Carl Flowers helped us with all of our questions and ended up getting us into a different vehicle that better suited us and that we were happy with! He was amazing and honest with us (which is hard to find someone who truly wants what's best for you!) He listened to all of our concerns and helped us with everything. I would definitely recommend this dealership! They truly do care about their customers!

Worst place in Sturgis to get a car. They have a sale and tell you yeah we can get you into a car but they lie. They tried to almost double my payment for a newer car but it had 28000 miles on it really please.

She is very friendly, courteous, and very attentive to customer's needs. Staff treats you like family. I highly recommend Auto Park Ford.

Bottom line: Don't purchase used from this dealer....

Bottom line: Don't purchase used from this dealer. Their inspections are poor, and customer service worse. I've owned the truck for three weeks, and only been able to use it 3 days, and have over $1500 in parts and service work sunk into it.

I recently purchased a used truck from Auto Park Ford. A 2014 F250 Powerstroke, with only 75k miles. Due to my distance from the dealership, Matt, the salesman, took pictures of the underside, and any damage to the truck. He even changed his day off to come in for me to look at the truck.
My wife and I took it for a test drive. Aside from a few minor scrapes, the truck seemed in good condition. We were shown the service records, including what was done at their dealership- we were assured that the service department made sure the vehicle was in great shape, and all issues- warrantable or not, were repaired. I was a fool to believe them. Less than 45 minutes after buying the truck, I found that a trailer turn signal relay was fried- and had obviously been pried on previously. Graciously, they offered to cover that relay, and I was on my way. Before I even made it home, the truck began falling apart. The radio began to behave erratically- cycling through sources, changing stations, buttons wouldn't work. It began to have a major hesitation, so bad it felt like a hard shift. It also only got 12 MPG, versus the average of 17+ that others see. Right when I got to my home town- it went into limp mode for 'overheating', despite having no symptoms! Frustrated, I emailed the salesman. He put me in contact with the service manager, Rick. He attempted to troubleshoot from afar, and asked me to return for him to trouble shoot it. Unfortunately, due to the distance, and the issue, I didn't feel safe taking it back to them, I asked if we could work something out with the local dealership. With no response, and needing a vehicle, I went to my local dealership.
It was only then that I was told the vehicle was still under powertrain warranty. Matt and Rick both neglected to mention that- should I have known? Sure, but why would they avoid mentioning that? I found that suspicious. I left the vehicle with my local dealer for diagnostic. After 3 days, and 3.5 hours of diagnostic on the engine hesitation, they determined it was a sensor wiring issue. They also identified a number of other issues that Auto Park had overlooked, or intentionally neglected to repair: weak batteries, incorrect coolant in the main coolant loop, and hadn't done a Ford instructed reprogramming of the PCM- a warrantable repair. They also found that the fan was stuck on, which I had suspected from the poor fuel economy, and loud engine noise. I may have missed that in the test drive- so I should have known it sooner- but so should have Auto Park. The fan and PCM reprogram would be covered by Ford, but I would be stuck footing the bill for the other $350 (it would have been more, but luckily, I'm handy with wiring, and said I'd fix the sensor wiring myself). They also recommended that I flush the incorrect coolant, which would run about $550. Armed with that, I contacted Auto Park- only to be told that I'd have to wait a week, while the service manager and general manager were on vacation. Great.
So my local dealer offered to return the truck to me until I sorted things out. Wouldn't you know it... on my drive home- less than 500 miles since I rolled off Auto Park's lot- my truck had a "Death Wobble" occur (google it, it's terrifying). I limped the truck home, and began to work on that issue, eventually having to take it to a local shop- where in addition to the parts I had already put on it ($250), it'd be another $300 to replace damaged components.

If you figure in the radio, (another $150 in troubleshooting, and it'll be $150 for a new radio)- I'm in for well over $1500 in parts and labor. What does Rick offer? To split the hour he would have spent: a measly $55.

The vehicle I purchased was in decent working order other than needing break work and a new tire. The reason for this review is that I had purchased a new plate for the vehicle and it never arrived. I contacted Auto Park Ford and informed them that the temporarily plate had expired and I didn't receive a new plate. They informed me that they had me sign the wrong title and didn't send the plates. I never recieved a phone call to tell me there was an error on their part and they said they could send me the title but wouldn't send another temporarily plate. Therefore, I was driving to work on an expired plate for over two weeks before my plates arrived which is illegal.

I recently purchased my third vehicle from Auto Park Ford. I have never been so completely satisfied with the level of customer service I have received from Sandy, Moe, and Andrew!!! Also Kristol in the service department has been truly remarkable!
The amount of time they put into each customer to get to know exactly what your looking for and then making sure that it also fits your financial needs as well!! I will be a lifelong Auto Park customer because of the amazing talent that this location has! Thank you for your continued dedication to customer satisfaction excellence I am do impressed and thankful for your work!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They were able to help me get into a vehicle when I thought it was impossible. If there is a way they will make it happen. They have amazing teamwork and work together to make every customer leave satisfied. Keep up the great work!

I got a good deal, but my salesman tried pulling the "If you don't want this vehicle, I got someone else waiting" line; acting as if I was desperate. Stated they could not do anything about what I observed. The sales manager then spoke with me about something I pointed out before purchasing the vehicle. Then had the nerves to state " If you would have spoken to me, I would have helped you out. Really!! All in all I got a good deal because my salesman hid the keys from his fellow employees because I stated I was on my way.

My Wife and I had been on a hunt for a full sized truck for a year that could pull a fifth wheel and just could not pin one down that we liked or could afford. Enter Jackie, Matt and their team. They not only found us a 2010 F350, but was able to get us a bed liner, extended warranty and great truck at an amazing price.

Others have complained that the car they wanted was over their payment cap or that the car Autopark tried to sell was over priced but folks need to remember a lot goes into selling a car; YOUR credit, YOUR income, YOUR Payment history. The dealership has to make a buck, its a business, but all the vehicles we looked at were WELL under book value and looked nice. We never got the impression we were being taken advantage of or being screwed.

If you are looking for a nice car or truck, give these guys a chance. If they can't help you, they are honest enough to tell you up front. Let your own experience prove what I said is true.

Good Luck!

Wanted to purchase a truck they had got at auction was told the price was$ 35500.oo tried to work a deal for $ 600.00 less they would not budge so I didn't purchase two days later they listed that same truck for $31995.00 . I know they will never get any of my buisness . They must of thought i was a sucker so glad i didnt buy it , but i guess that how the game is played !!
I guess you need to talk to your finance manager Andrew . I drove all the way from jackson last Friday and spoke with him! Called back on Saturday to go over the prices he quoted me friday . We were $ 1300 apart and I told him I was willing to come up $600 . His price to me 32,633 after a 4,500 trade allowance even after I raised it to 32,000 out the door - so no sale ! Like I said glad I didn't but it at that price !

Really disappointed that I spent almost $400 on 2 new tires & wasn't informed about tire care protection until a week later when one of the new tires went flat and couldn't be repaired. Now I have to buy another new tire and pay for labor costs.

Have had my oil changed there in my truck 4 times. The last time I made an appointment and the service receptionist asked over and over to repeat what i was saying .Rudely asking me to repeat. I do have an accent but have no trouble being understood. I was given an appointment on Thursday. I arrived and was told it was Friday .I said ok...another service person overheard and said we will get you taken care of . Like I said it was my scheduled appointment anyway. Truck got serviced. They never replaced the oil change sticker. I also get my truck washed with every oil change. I had to mention this too. Rude disrespectful and I won't return. It's the closest to my home. But worth the extra time and gas to go someplace else.

I have been looking for a used Cherokee SRT for a ...

I have been looking for a used Cherokee SRT for a long time now. I finally found exactly the one I wanted here. I traveled 3 hours one way to see it. I was dealing with Don Howe via text before my visit, asking any questions about it. Don was very helpful in getting me all the answers I needed. Jackie Williams helped schedule a appointment on Dons behalf while he was off one day so that I can see the vehicle. I obviously did want to travel if the car was no longer there. Upon arriving early Saturday morning, I was greeted immediately by Don and the car was pulled up front ready to be looked at. Although we never were able to make a deal on Saturday, I drove home without the vehicle but had some more time to think about my big purchase. Moe was able to come down a bit on the price for me. Rick in service was able to answer my questions about the vehicle mechanically and put my mind a bit more at ease. I called back Monday morning, and we made a deal happen. Andrew was very helpful in all this also as I was adamant on using my credit union, but he was actually able to get me financed through a different lender and a much better rate. After the deal was finalized on paper, I was trying to figure out how to get back up there to pick up the car. Don called me up and offered to deliver the car to me that same day, I was 3 hours away! I did not request this, they just came out and offered it to me. The was the icing on the cake and going above and beyond for my situation. I had the vehicle delivered to my driveway on a Monday evening. I wish I had the names of the two gentleman that delivered my vehicle, as they were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They even filled the tank back up for me before it was in my driveway. The car arrived clean and better that when I went up to see it. Don texted me a week later wishing me a happy birthday and to see how things were doing! I would travel again to this dealership in a moments notice as everyone there is friendly and easy to talk to. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! Thanks again!!!

Amy Muller was a great sales associate. She's friendly and outgoing without being pushy. Andrew did the finance paperwork and was very friendly and made it very stress free and easy. Moe congratulated us on our new car and wished us well. Over all it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

what can I say about a team like Auto Park Ford, every time I bring my car for service or just stop by
to get free coffee on my way to the toll road.
I am always greeted by a service team no matter who see's me walking in the door.
Even when I am not purchasing a car Sandie or someone from sales always says hello.
Also I love the new building and the way you can pull into the service area without getting out of the car. It makes it so easy to go there especially with the MI weather!!!!!

My husband is a marshmallow covered by a sometimes tough coating but Jackie made him melt. Jackie doesn t argue or fight with you. He kills you with humor and positivity. Just be honest about your wants and needs. We were and he made it all happen!! We were going to buy used and happened to stop after driving a used truck we wanted until we drove it (Note: this could ve been strategically done by my husband). We aren t a full bells and whistles needing family but he demanded an extended truck with the big bed. We got that and so much more!!! Perfect truck!! Happy customers who didn t spend an entire Saturday at the dealership. Everyone treated us respectfully. Everyone seemed to be working in our favor. We asked and we received.... love it!

Friendly people and pleasant transaction, good prices. I found 3 trucks on their web site that I wanted to look at, Sandie went out of her way to show me all 3 trucks and answer any questions that I had. I decided to buy from Auto Park for three reasons, the first was that compared to other dealerships the prices were better at Auto Park, the second reason is that Auto Park offers a lifetime warranty on drive train which none of the other dealerships offered and lastly the assistance I received was terrific. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend Auto Park Ford.

If your shopping for a used car and the paper says "AS IS".... AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!

Bought a 2010 F150 Lariat Supercrew. Stop into my oil shop for a fluids check and put nitrogen in the tires.... turns out, 1 QT low on oil. Coolant was BROWN, Power Steering fluid was almost black with silver shavings in it and the differentials were never checked... Alignment off, even after I paid for an alignment my steering wheel is still the same halfway from 12 to 1 o'clock pointing. Ball bearing in the front end needed to be replaced and a whole lot other mass problems. Even the PCM is programmed as a King Ranch Edition. After my $1,500 credit, I still had to pay $1,126.00 and I still need to get both my differentials flushed as well as the trans axel...

If they did their "120 point inspection" like they said, then they must have Ray Charles as their head mechanic. Sooo pissed at how much this is gonna cost me to fix.

UPDATE 19 April 2018
So they did a "Safety Inspection" but then once it's sold, it's just over $2,600 in parts and labor to fix the things wrong with it, then try to bring up "Well, how do we know that it was an issue when you purchased it"..... I've had this truck less than a year and Have spend almost half of what I paid for it to Fix things that were wrong when I bought it....
