We had such an amazing experience recently with Alecia Larimer! She s so easy to work with and was committed to finding the perfect vehicle for our family. Thanks for her honest selling, our vehicle will last us for a long time - but next time we need to do some car shopping, we will be back to visit ALECIA!

Reported a problem with my A/C blowing very warm a...

Reported a problem with my A/C blowing very warm air and brought my car in for service. The staff were helpful getting my appointment setup, and offered to pick up my vehicle at a different location, which was very convenient.

1st visit: Quick and easy, the staff worked quickly to bring the car in, and had it ready within a few hours. They stated the system was recharged, but there was no mention of the other components being checked. The car was dropped off in a timely manner, but the problem was not fixed.

2nd visit: After discussing this with the staff, they asked for me to bring it in when the problem presented itself. I did this, and they, again, worked quickly to help me out, and were able to loan me a car while they waited for the part to come in.

Overall, a 4-star visit. They had been having problems contacting me at the number on the job slip, which I had been asking repeatedly for them to change as that was an unreliable number - hopefully, that change goes through this time.

I recommend this dealer for repairs and maintenance.

I had been shopping around for a new vehicle for a couple weeks now and found a couple that I was very interested in at Auto Park Ford. Even though it was 3 hours away I'm glad I made the trip because they treated me well and I was able to drive away with the vehicle I wanted. I'd like to personally thank my salesman, Dontae for all of his excellent communication and help during the whole process.

I went in their to get a red Ford Fusion and the wonderful employees their were very professional and nice and they worked really hard and after a while they worked everything out for me and got me the car I wanted with the beautiful red. I am forever grateful to them for my wonderful car and wonderful service. My fiancee is also happy as can be with everything. We were a hundred percent satisfied. I completely recommend Auto Park Ford for a vehicle purchase. I will be a loyal customer for years to come because I know Auto Park Ford will take good care of us.

I always service my explorer here. I like the drive up service bay. The waiting area is nice and clean. They offer Starbucks coffee and tea while you wait. Staff is knowledgeable and I love that they do a full inspection each time I get an oil change.

I checked out a pre-owned vehicle at the dealership, made an appointment to have the vehicle inspected elsewhere (it was a brand other than Ford) and on the day I was scheduled to pick it up for inspection I emailed the sales person to confirm my appointment and was told it sold last night.

When at the dealership for the initial test drive, I told my sales person that I was interested in purchasing as soon as I had inspection results. I went so far as to schedule the inspection before I drove the vehicle. I was not offered to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle. Likewise, if someone had called to let me know there was another interested party I would have confirmed my intentions and asked to leave a deposit. The lack of communication is frustrating and I m disappointed by the outcome of my interactions with Auto Park Ford.

Edit: I raised the rating to 2 stars because the staff I worked with were pleasant.

Edit 2 after a response from the dealer: Hi - your response paints a good picture of how I'm feeling I've been treated: unclear communication. I'm not angry (that is your word), I'm frustrated and disappointed. I've lowered my rating back to 1 - Star based on this response and mis-information provided in it. I wish Auto Park Ford all the best, however I will not return.

Arguing on the internet doesn't make anyone look good. Instead you may consider showing people your customer service and let the Auto Park Ford priorities speak for themselves.

Sandie in sales was awesome but the day we took our car home the brake light stopped functioning and being LED there are no bulbs to replace and they did not stand behind their vehicle. Asked what they would have done if I had noticed at the dealer and they said they would have fixed it but since I drove it off the lot for one day I am buying a 425$ tail light

Watch out for these people. They will let you leave in a car and lie to you about your financing! They commit fraud by running your credit repeatedly to get financing. They don't keep their promises on the WE OWE's either. WATCH OUT FOR LEMONS!

Well, Auto Park Ford ran my credit and took a $500 deposit to hold a vehicle for me. Got a call today that the vehicle that I put money down to hold was sold to someone else. So now I get to suffer credit consequences because they ran my credit for no reason. would not recommend.

I requested the look at my car due to my enhine light xoming on and informed them It may be the result of the loud noise coming from the engine. They misdiagnosed my request as well as charged me 130 dollars for it. I have only had the car a month and already having engine issues. They did not offer a resolution or seem to care as long as they get their money.

I bought a 2013 Boss 302 mustang from this dealership and drove 240 miles to come get it. Upon getting it home I found out that the whole undercarriage has rust damage everywhere. The car has only 6,000 miles on it and was neglected and they failed to mention that the car is rotting underneath. I bought this as my dream muscle car and now I m forced to sell because I can t keep a 40,000 dollar car that is rusting away. The transmission is also having issues going into 3rd gear. The next day after bringing the car home I tried to tell them that I would ship the car back to them and cancel the sale but they were no help. I trailered it home so it would have been in the same condition and mileage that it was sold as. Now I m stuck with a 5 year old muscle car that going to be impossible to sell because of rust damage. I was looking to buy a used truck that they had, test drove it, liked it, but there was a little more corrosion than I thought there should be, but nothing I couldn't take care of, so I asked for a little better off a deal. "We're not going to drop the price and we'll give you $1200(half off what my trade in was worth on the low end) for your trade in." I walked out. The next day i went too Cole Krum, got a truck 2years newer, doubled my trade in, less miles, for just a grand more.

Great service, new facility, and a renewed effort to provide friendly customer service.

Went back to Auto Park and purchased another vehicle from them. Carl Flowers was my salesman. He was helpful in assisting me with the narrowing of my search and helped me choose the perfect vehicle for my family and I.
I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Not too pushy and humble enough to tell me he would get the answers to my questions.
Very positive experience.

I just wanted to share the recent experience I had with Auto Park Ford. Having worked on my credit very hard over the past year, I thought I would give it a shot at obtaining financing for a vehicle I so desperately need. When I walked in, I made it very clear that my credit was still not perfect, but thought it would be worth at least taking a look at, and that I did not have a co-signer. I was told a "Soft Inquiry" could be pulled to give us an idea if I stood a chance or not. After the salesperson did the inquiry, she came back with keys to a beautiful used truck. I told her I didn't think there was any way at all I could qualify for that. She indicated that based on the inquiry, it was very much possible. The sales manager Moe, insisted I test drive it. Based on the input from the salesperson, I gave the go ahead to run it through. I was instructed to call back the next day to set up a time to come in and go over everything and possible other vehicle options if I did not want the truck. I called multiple times the next day, and at the end of the day, was finally able to reach the salesperson who proceeded to tell me I needed a co-signer if I wanted the truck. I again repeated I had no co-signer. At this point, she indicated she was going to go back to Moe and see what other vehicles might be an option, and indicated she would call me back that same day FOR SURE to let me know. I HEARD NOTHING FROM HER AFTER THAT!!!! I proceeded to leave voice mails for the finance manager as well as Moe, and heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FROM ANYONE. I then decided to email another salesperson who my parents have purchased multiple brand new vehicles from throughout the years. She indicated to me she was going to work with Moe to see what could be done. Well, after several "I'm still working on it emails", she has now disappeared too. All I asked for was some input on what I could do credit wise to improve my situation, and an answer on whether they could or could not get me financed. Apparently, that was too much. They misled me from the beginning, getting my hopes up, then completely ignored me as though I was trash. Having been in sales myself, I would NEVER treat someone like this. I am beyond disgusted, as the inquiries seriously impacted my credit score, and I still have NO EXPLANATIONS!!!! How much effort would it have taken to simply call me back and talk to me? Moe, Sandy, Andrew, Alecia, can you answer that question? Thanks for making me feel degraded and unworthy of your time. And thanks for getting my hopes up for nothing.

Bought my car March 2017 Service, Mo, and Jackie are great however with the rushed paperwork no option for extended warrenty made for a bad experience for me. However today they went above and beyond to regain my business while fixing my car they loaned me a brand new vehicle to drive until it is done so I'm very satisfied and will continue to do business with them

Sold me a vehicle with issues. Wheel bearing $500 At 37,000 miles, just out of warranty. Had to get new tires also at 38,000 miles, All identification labels under the hood had been removed, no idea which motor is in it. Probably won't buy there again.

Kind of disappointed in the fact I hadn't had my truck a full year and the things that are going wrong with my truck should have been caught with your inspection when I talked to your service agent she said well a lot of highway driving would cause the issue I said my husband drives it to howe everyday then she said well not driving it a lot could cause it too. Most definitely wo t be coming back.

I was very disappointed in dealing with Auto Park Ford in Sturgis. I originally made contact by email. I was told the vehicle I saw online was available but in Plymouth, IN. I ask if it could be brought to Sturgis and was told yes. That never happened. I emailed, text, and called to follow up but could not get anyone to return my contacts. Apparently I don't matter and am unimportant. I have to wonder how they stay in business if others are treated with the same lack of care. I took my business elsewhere and bought a truck. I guess my money didn't matter to them.

Great financing, great warranties , and outstanding customer service. If I can, I will always buy my cars here after this experience!

I had a blast working with Tonya. Deducted one star because my dealings with the staff following my purchase were less than satisfactory and the staff were far less eager to help me and solve my issues following my purchase.

The service department was an amazing help to us. My wife and I had been grocery shopping and tire pressure light came on. As we had groceries they checked it quickly and gave us a loaner til they get a tire to match ours. They were all very courteous and especially helpful. Thank goodness for Auto Park Ford.

I went into the dealership to have an oil change and normal service done on my 2014 Focus. I asked Sandie Owen to work up the price of an escape while I was waiting. She asked a few questions, went and found an appropriate Escape, talked with me and the sale was made. I like dealing with Sandie because she doesn't do the normal wheeling and dealing and game playing that most car sales people do. The sale was simple and easy and I feel comfortable with her and would encourage anyone else to go to her.

My experience with autopark ford wasnt to great, felt like the staff didn't want to work or help get me into the vehicle. - My reply to the owner- I was never informed of the oil change, or car washes, and when the vehicle was sold i was told I get 2 keys, the second key doesnt even go into the ignition, tried calling and left 2 voicemails about said issue and no response. That's the reason to my 1 star review.

We came to Sturgis to look at a truck at a different dealership and then we were just driving around looking at other dealerships, we happen to come up on this truck with no stickers in the windows, so my husband went inside and asked what year and how much it was and the dealership was busy, but Andrew Eger was more than happy to help us he brought out the keys explained how they got the truck and started it for us, got it ready for a test drive and he even did all our paperwork to close the deal, we were only at the dealership for 1 hour and walked a way purchasing a vehicle, Andrew made the sale go so smooth, it was nice not to be told we had to wait til Monday to close the deal, we were able to purchase the vehicle and drive it home the same day

Service department is great. Highly recommend them, but this review is for their used car department. I wanted to buy a vehicle they had listed, but at another location. Followed the link via their website to request a showing, salesman called us and vehicle was "on its way". Fast forward five days later, never heard if it was there or not. Called and got the same run around: "it'll be here today at noon." Noon came and went, then 2:00 and they called; vehicle "got lost en route but will be here tomorrow." Turns out they sent it off the lot and sold it. I'm fine with them selling it, it's what they do. But don't BS me for 3 days making empty promises. Huge waste of time. I would have gone to their other location to purchase it but they wouldn't tell me where it was. Lol. Oh well. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Kudos to Rick, service manager at Autopark Ford! He nailed the trouble with our 2019 F450 motorhome, it was worth the trip from West Virginia. I wish I would have been pointed in his direction at the beginning of the summer. Three other Ford garages had no idea how to get it fixed! One of them being the biggest in the Dallas, TX area. Great facilities at Autopark and customer service was beyond great!

Talked way to fast during closing the add ons killed the good price I had. And they did not form it as a question whether i wanted them or not just you get this and that i should have paid more attention to the final sales slip but they have you sign so much you stop reading after awhile. But they are awesome with post customer care. Except i had to figure out why my touch screen would not show my apps or showed them and they did not work. I had to update my 2016 by USB drive which is no easy feat. And my escape was making a funny noise less than a week after I bought it and they did pay for it with me having to say anything. So overall a mixed bag.

I bought a 2012 jeep patriot from them for 12,830 or something like that and was talked in to it by 3 people and got home drove around and thing is junk bald tires popped 3 of them so far water pump went out but they fixed that had a problem with jerking I told them and they said drive it and see if that fits it still jerking this thing is junk I call no call back I bought it Oct 17 2017 and this place suck I would go somewhere else to get a car or truck I have never had this many problems with a vehicle I rather drive my 1998 truck it's safer

Scheduled a time for a tech to figure out what's going on w my car, reserved a loaner vehicle. The tech sat in my car, hooked it up to diagnostics and "couldn't duplicate my complaints" so I was sent home same day after sitting in waiting room. Auto zone could have done that. My car still "hiccups" while driving and ruff idols. Not happy w my service, or lack of service.

Sturgis, Michigan. Very nice and clean, especially after remodel. Sales manager is very knowledgeable and attentive to customers and assisting the sales team. Nice selection of vehicles, and if what you are looking for is not on the lot, a search and recommendation to their other stores is implemented.

their service department staff is the best I've dealt with in a long time. I had my motorhome in and they had it ready quicker than I expected. Great service at very reasonable price. I will be back for regular maintenance for sure even though i have to drive an hour to get there but well worth it.

Scheduled an appointment well in advance, to have a rear door that wasn't unlocking Fixed ,suggesting numerous times that it is probably the lock actuator. I didn't want to fix it myself hence scheduling an appointment. Needless to say i was charged $160 for for them to tell me it was the lock actuator and my truck still isn't fixed so i ordered the part and am doing it myself what i should have done in the beginning i guess. They did try to order a part that day but couldn't get it same day which is understandable but not sure why the large bill to tell me what I already suspected. I was expecting a larger bill taking it to the dealer i just was hoping to have my vehicle repaired in the process.

The service department used to suck really bad. It is pretty good now. I am very happy with the service I have received at the dealership. I bought a used car from them last year and I love it! I had a leak in a tire a few months after I bought the car and I took it in expecting to get charged for a tire repair. They patched it up for free and sent me on my way! I recommend this dealer ship.
