This review is for the service department. I have come to expect apathetic people working in the service dept. at Ford dealerships. I was surprised, shocked and delighted with my experience at Auto Park Ford in Sturgis, from the first phone call to the final outcome. They have set the bar high! Thanks!
UPDATE: 12/12/18 A wheel sensor stopped working on my F-150, I called and made an appointment (they get you in quickly). I had the very "REASONABLE EXPECTATION" of having to pay for this repair.
OUTCOME: Zero charge for repair!!!!! I had driven 3000 miles with the sensor working before it failed, when the problem was looked at, Auto Park Ford determined it "may" have been their responsibility for the failure.
There is a reason I drive 30 miles to use this dealership, (there are several that are closer to my home)..... FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT dealership.....WITH INTEGRITY!!!!!! The trifecta of dealerships!!!!
