Great experience shopping at The Arts Music store in Newmarket! Fraser and his team were helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. AND I got a fantastic deal on a beautiful Little Martin. They also set it up beautifully for me and now am as happy as a pig in mud. Can t recommend this place enough! Big thanks guys!

Had a wonderful experience from numerous emails back and forth with Carl who provided updated information regarding inventory. I had been shopping for an SSS Player Strat and didn't know how to approach it in the COVID environment. The emails were very accommodating.

On the day of, I called the store to do a last check on inventory and worked with Fraser (The BEARD!) who set aside their last Buttercream SSS. When I arrived, he set me up with a case and even provided me options in anticipation of any need I may have! Fraser provided awesome customer experience with absolutely no pressure at all. Full-on support for any questions/concerns I had.

Very happy with my purchases and will repeat for all my future musical needs.

I popped in there today. Fantastic selection! They didn't have what I was looking for in stock, but I found it online and they were right, they had the best price for the item out of all the bigbox stores in T.O. and even Musicians friend! Plus free shipping orders over $199!!! Friendly staff but not pushy or aggressive. I really was impressed. Definitely pop back in when I'm in that area.

advanced with their help over the years. My sons and I always look forward to the glitter of the instruments and the scent of acoustic guitars as we walk into the store. Fraser was a great help with our order, and as always,

Great music store, came in for some small bass supplies, the staff was very very friendly and helpful, and didn't try to give a sales pitch on other items.
This is definitely going to be my regular place for new equipment for myself and my band.
