We stayed a night here for our first night away from our toddler and it was great. Cool art throughout the hotel while the lounge and room had a nice trendy set up. Free snacks and lilly coffee in the room were nice. Room service was surprisingly reasonable. Even though we live a mile away, we'll stay there again.
The Fire lounge was cool but it seemed that our server left for the night and folks forgot about us. We sat around for a while with a messy table before a manager helped close us out.

Very nice hotel with lots of art throughout. Rooms are large and clean. Beds are comfy. The drinks in the room are complementary, which is nice, and they're quick to refill if you call guest services. Great central location in the city.

Only nitpicky thing is that there is a frosted window between the bathroom and the room which allows light to shine right in your face if you're in the bed and someone else goes to the bathroom.

Friendly, helpful, young and well informed staff. Everyone I spoke to at the hotel (valets, front desk, waitstaff/bartenders, and maintenance personnel) were all quick to smile and greet you.

I called in advance of our stay and spoke with the concierge (Marc) about arranging some amenities for the room. He contacted a local florist and had a bouquet ready in the room for my wife, who was checking in before me. The valets were all awesome. With a simple text the car was waiting by the time I got off of the elevator. I also enjoyed talking to Tom, who gets to drive a new Lincoln Navigator around town as the hotel shuttle.

Rooms: spacious, clean, and stocked well. Espresso machine, some sweet robes down pillows and a waterfall shower were among some of the highlights.

Art: Leo Villareal's entry piece is reminiscent of a Vegas scene on first approach, but as you watch the 22,000 LEDs splash patterns across the ceiling it becomes something much more subtle and elegant. Claus Oldenburgh has a small sculpture in the entry as well with other artists paintings and sculptures.

If you're in the area I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Cons: no pool or hot tub. The espresso machine was tough to figure out at first. The lighting in the room is not very intuitive either. But, if these are the kind of things that turn you away, you should probably just stay in the safety of your home.

We went for drinks and light food. I ordered lamb sliders and ate of the cheese board ordered for the table. Everything tasted delicious. Service was slow, but everyone was friendly. The overall atmosphere was welcoming. They have a great outdoor patio space and are super close to the capitol and art museum.

Beautiful and trendy Boutique hotel! Rooms are stylish, spacious and comfortable. Hotel is THE PLACE to be on the weekends with an upbeat crowd on the lobby/ bar level on the 4th floor. Valet, front desk and employees are all very customer service oriented and helpful! Nice location just outside the Denver downtown area.

Not only were we wowed by the simplicity and comfort of the thoughtfully appointed rooms, but blown away by doorman Timothy Walters' rich explanations of enticing and intriguing artwork. The hotel is a delightful combination of whimsical sophistication and friendly, frank hospitality. The location is a must for anyone hoping to appreciate Denver's cultural milieu.

Love this place. So many little extras in the rooms for free. Definitely a boutique hotel. From the time we checked in until we left, they made us feel very special. A must when staying in Denver. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

Nothing wrong with this hotel, and nothing spectacular. It is not a 5 star hotel. Would be a good 4 star hotel. Beds are not very comfortable. They aren't great beds, but not bad. Sheets and towels are average quality, I've had better in nice Marriotts. They don't do a very good job cleaning the room (mine had used cups in it my whole stay,) but the room designs are modern and relatively large. Snacks and sodas are included in the room. Bathroom is nice but again nothing spectacular (although the fish shaped soap was great.) The art everywhere is great, and the restaurant, while slow, is fantastic. Small details of hotels such as four seasons are missing though. Overall this would get 5 stars if they billed themselves as a 4 star hotel. I'd stay here again, but for the same price, the four seasons is much better.

Our experience here at The Art hotel was amazing, yes all the food is pricey but excellent, the rooms and the complex are extremely nice and well designed, service was beyond the best I've had anywhere here in Denver. Worth every penny, I will definitely be returning.

The room was clean and neat but I judge a room on two factors neat , clean room. Second is a good shower. I stayed two days with both days having a cold water shower until 1/2 hour the water warmed up but went cold again. This is not a quality hotel. Way over priced for what they think they are. Food service was not cheap but the server disappeared after serving. Was about to play hide and seek him but caught. They have a long way to good to be a class hotel.

The room design was very nice with a stylish bath area. It could have been a little cleaner looking, as there was old debris along the bathroom floor/wall and the carpet looked a little room down, to where it started to look dirty. The service was good and front staff was very helpful when arriving.

Beautiful, modern hotel in downtown Denver. Right across the street from the Denver Art Museum. Stayed a number of times on business. Cannot find anything bad to stay.

Try the rooftop bar for really good drinks.

Beautiful hotel and conveniently located right next to The Denver Art Museum. The hotel is a bit pricy but you receive much better amenities and excellent customer service. Room service was delicious too with a late night menu! They also offer free drinks and light snacks in your room which is awesome.

Nice room and clean. I think the bathroom is the highlight, love the shower. Lighting could have been a bit brighter and maybe softer towels. Bed was comfortable. Great location and easy access to a lot within walking distance. All the art is unique and super cool, love the candy bar! Overall the price is pretty inexpensive for the quality of stay.

Very pretty modern room, enjoyed the view of Denver and the mountains for our Mountain view Suite. The location is also great for anything you won't to do in town, or if you just want to go see the outdoors, the Rocky Mountain National Park is only an hour and a half away. Overall a very pleasant experience, and the staff are nice and friendly.

This is a very nice over priced hotel. Lounge area on 4th floor is nice but service is slow even on a non busy night plus food menu left somwthing to be deaired. Not one for all the cute exquisite meals that you can barely eat for $$$. Lighting in room was not the best. Here they tried to get cute with small swivel arm lights and push buttons. Valet is $40. There isn't much at all in the vicinity of the hotel. They need a ton of work for the city as a whole is dull and boring

The staff was very friendly. We had an error placed on our debit card that was resolved right away. Bryson, the supervisor even helped pay for a Lyft for us to get to the airport on time. Our bed was very comfortable. We spent more time in our room in the evenings than around town. Our favorite was the bathroom! We also were able to ride bikes from the hotel, around downtown at no charge. We will definitely come back someday.

Excellent service and interactions with all staff. We stayed in a mountain view suite and could not have been more happy with the room. We did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant out for a meal but the barstaff we're all great. Really appreciated Greg's service at the bar, made my wife a refreshing cocktail before checkout. Checkout itself was painless and fast. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Denver looking for luxury and excellent service.

The ART is a delightful little hotel with some of the best amenities in downtown Denver. Check-in was personalized, the rooms are perfectly furnished and come with a mini-fridge full of complimentary soft drinks and trail mix. The in-room coffee machine is an illy espresso machine with pods. The turn down service included a hand written note, a bucket of ice, a carafe of water, and two chocolates.

The room was great, very comfortable bed and nice shower. Staff was friendly and extremely professional and helpful. The parking garage right next door closed the heavy metal door at 10:30 which was earlier than posted. Don't know if this is a normal occurrence, but the lot across the way was well lit and cheaper.

I haven't stayed here but visited a friend staying here and joined them for a meal at the Fire Lounge for dinner. I ordered the burger and fries and they were delicious. The aioli that came with the meal was so good! I put it on my burger and dipped the fries in it. I would definitely go out of my way to eat here even if i'm not staying at the hotel.
