Very nice. Clean. Comfortable. Lovely service. Goo...
Very nice. Clean. Comfortable. Lovely service. Good location. We stayed at Hotel Teatro last week and did not enjoy it. Art hotel is a far better choice. We will be back.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at! The service is amazing and the rooms are super modern and cool!
Wonderful lunch surrounded by great artwork. The staff was very attentive. A pleasant experience.
It was fine but not worth the price. $20 is automatically added to the bill for incidentals, meaning drinks in the room (Pepsi or water and an Illy machine with enough pods for about a .5" of coffee) and a couple of bar-snack food type mixes that I would have preferred not to have to buy. The room seemed to cycle between freezing cold or sweaty hot regardless of where the thermostat was set. Raising the temp just increased the time periods between arctic blasts of air. I called in the morning for more coffee pods but was about ready to check out by the time they came. The restaurant had an awkward vibe with no music or ambiance or friendliness - maybe that's because of Covid. Not sure. The TV would turn off randomly from time to time, and so would the lights. Perhaps the energy saving master switch is on a timer, but if energy efficiency is important why was the room like the inside of the freezer when I arrived? I raised the temp to 68 and the heat came on! Don't get me wrong, the place is fine, but not special enough to justify the price tag, even with the extra art.
I brought the family down to stay one night in one of the Capital Suites. Expensive, but totally worth it. Every single employee was nice and helpful. In room food was on time, delicious, and worth the money. The valet parking was simple, the hotel shuttle was straightforward, and the art in the hotel was fun to see. My kids loved walking around and looking at them. I highly recommend the Capital Suites for families, as it allows the kids to sleep in the living area, and the adults get their own room, all separated by full sized doors.
The hotel has all the fancy amenities but doesn t cover the basics. Grossly uncomfortable beds & heating is a loud air vent that doesn t keep the room warm at all. The interior design is great and the view from the room is superb but I d rather have a good night s sleep.
Cool location. Bar is on the 4th floor so take the elevator. It has a great patio.
I'm a meditation instructor at The Lotus Meditation, and I led a rooftop hour long meditation at this hotel. The space is truly beautiful, and their choice of art and interior design and very appealing to the eye. The hotel has a great upbeat and welcoming energy and a modern flair! I am excited to actually stay in one of the rooms sometime soon. Would highly recommend!
Hi drinks in the bar very nice atmosphere our server was amazing! It is a beautiful and Modern Hotel they do have a wheelchair accessible restroom but they do not have an automatic door on the entrance door to the restroom which is needed. The door is heavy and awkward to open alone
FIRE, the bar, is a great place for a good cocktail in an upclass atmosphere with views of the city in the background
In the Capitol Hill area of Denver, the only other nearby options for hotels are historic B&Bs. Art, however, is a stately, modern, and incredibly well designed property that is fit for luxury junkies, foodies, nighthawks who like a decent bar with wonderful patio seating, and intellectuals passing through while sightseeing or visiting the nearby museum. The art collection is great, and the curation is really well done. The bell/valet lobby starts you off on your self guided tour, but once to the 4th floor and main check in, you become overwhelmed with both the art collection, and the building designed as modern and thoughtful art, in relation to how you exist in the space. The main floors of the hotel are typical of a nice luxury hotel. The rooms are really well designed and laid out beautifully. I am not convinced you need to pay more for the mountain view rooms, as the mountains aren't too close, and are only visible weather permitting (whether snow/rain, or just inversion). The amenities and appointments of the rooms are wonderful, and this is easily one of the nicest, if not most modern, properties in the city limits. It's convenient for location, and whether a day trip to the mountains, or just meeting friends for brunch, it's perfectly situated for exploring. I was really surprised by the property, and know we'll visit again. The bar became a wonderful meeting spot for friends and family, as well. Their food and drink scene was a wonderful surprise. The Front Desk concierge gent who checked us in was on top of his game, and the majority of the staff were trained incredibly well, were genuine and friendly, while still providing top tier levels of service and hospitality.
We came for lunch after a trip to the museum, and honestly we should have skipped the museum. The art here was better, everyone was SO nice, the restrooms were very clean... We ate at Fire, and it was delicious, the restaurant is very cute, and the rooftop terrace is fabulous! We were a large parth with children and everyone was very accommodating, which we really appreciate. My husband and I are already planning a date night back here.
Very nice bar. Drinks were good. Highly recommend the cheese plate
One of the most modern hotels I have ever stayed in! The staff knows the art and can help you with anything you could ever need. The greatest thing was the snacks in the room were complimentary. Sodas, coffee, and nuts were waiting in our room upon our arrival! 10/10 recommend if you are staying the Denver area to book a night or 2 at this hotel!
A high end hotel pretending to be higher end. You can get a significantly nicer room for the same price nearby, so unless you like spending money on pretention, I'd recommend you shop around. Room service menu was spectacular.
What we had was yummy but extremely overpriced. The bartender seemed annoyed at our presence when we wanted to order a drink. Otherwise, the place is freaking adorable! Really cool art!
I was coming back from Atlanta and my boyfriend suprized me by one special day in Art. I do love the design and the service . I wish he does the same again
The Fire Restaurant and Lounge on the 4th floor is amazing... The social hour menu has a broad selection of small bites and drink specials. The staff is extremely polite and attentive.
Clean, very well decorated and awesome customer perks.
True to its name, the ART hotel has a clear art theme, with the lobby and halls filled with sculptures and paintings. There is an upscale bar on the 4th floor. It offers nice views, happy hour from 3 to 6, and the occasional dj. Outside of happy hour, cocktails are in the neighborhood of $10
Excellent rooms with impeccable service. Snacks and water freely available is a huge plus. The bar is partially outside with good views. The locations has been great for us, easy walk to nearly every sight.
The fire lounge was nice, but a little too crowded and noisy
Superb service. Excellent hotel. Fire lounge and grill is superb. The smoked Manhattan drink is worth getting at the bar. Would stay again for sure.
Amazing Interior Design, worth the visit just to see the amazing relationship between art and interiors
The over charged us, and did not email the receipt like they told us they would. When we called to ask for it they said the system was down and they couldn't get it at that time. Then the charge disappeared and then an even higher charge showed up on the card I held the reservation with. They did eventually give me a refund but I had to send proof of the amount I had agreed upon with hotels.com. I was still never given a detail receipt regarding the changes only a refund receipt.
Nicest Bathroom in Denver. Nicest front desk attendant ever!
I love this hotel! At first it felt like booking there was a gamble but it paid off. The staff were friendly and the accommodations were beautiful. If I ever get to visit Denver again I will be sure to stay there again.
The location is also convenient. It is walking distance from shopping areas and the capital. Coors Field was about a 30 minute walk if you want to take in a game.
Beautiful boutique hotel with a guided art tour. Loved the decor throughout the hotel and in my room. Excellent customer service, walking distance to museums and would stay there agin
Nice and right in the middle of the art district.Service mediocre
This place was very nice and accommodating. Really cool vibe and the location cannot be beat.
Quite interesting and high end. The Frank Gehry fish is worth the visit along with the William Wegman video in the elevator.
Was there for the star wars event. Beautiful hotel and very clean.
The room are clean but I have noticed that all hotels are not cleaning which is sad. The rooms are hot and cold.so you have to watch the temperature. The parking is expensive so watch it. The restaurant is good but pricey, so watch it. They charge you for the food and water so you might as well drink it.
Great and friendly atmosphere, spacious rooms, loved the wine and app reception.Reasonable rates with amazing food from the restaurant downstairs
Gorgeous hotel, beautiful art, good rates, friendly staff, great location!
It is a place that is located in the center of denver with a good location to go to the bars that are found in the street market st.
Fantastic food and drink. Great accommodations- stayed in a Mountain View suite. Drink service at 2 pm was unacceptably slow for time of day and the 3 tables that were filled on a Tuesday. Staff was friendly and hotel was well-kept.
Wonderful service in this unique, creative, spacious hotel.
Gorgeous! I had a committee meeting here for an event we are holding at this hotel in March. Gorgeous artwork everywhere, unique settings, great conference spaces, nice bar with some very good quality wines and appetizers. I'm looking forward to our event and I'm looking forward to staying there this spring!
Wonderful staff and lovely hotel. I only wish I could have stayed longer!
Venue is very nice. Was there attending office holiday party. Food was just ok. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I love the art have a rich vibe to it staff are amazing, I felt right at home also I enjoy the food what a lovely hotel. I was amazed with all accommodations especially in side my room spectacular view love the fast service from James in housekeeping cant wait to come again.
Excellent hotel, super artistic, great designed, with unparallel services. No wonder they were there #1 hotel in Denver.
Madeen & Sam were the ultimate hostess of the micro-museum during our stay. I enjoyed this hotel's ambiance and the only thing I would do different is skip the room service. Food was okay.
Honestly, I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel in a couple of days. The staff that was working out there were very entertaining, professional, and decent. Besides, the place was overlooking the city. It was surrounded by plants that helps it to be refreshing. Also, the foods and the drinks that they served taste yummy and OK. I loved it very much. Till next time!
We stayed one night here. The hotel is beautiful and the service was excellent. The only reason I give it a 4/5 is because there is not parking option really available besides valet ($40 for overnight) if you want to ensure your car is safe. And, there is a $20 daily urban hotel fee, which wasn t apparent on the website. Definitely gets pricey fast but we loved our room and the people.
Hands down the best value hotel in town! I always stay here when visiting Denver. Book this one and you will be blown away by the exceptional service!
The passengers I picked up for Uber were very happy with their stay.
Just had brunch at the restaurant. Was delicious but way over priced. Wouldn't go normally but had some family staying there so was a nice splurge.
Hotel was very nice and the view from my room was exquisite. The front desk and kitchen employees were very friendly as well. The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because the food at the restaurant on afternoons is TERRIBLE. The breakfast is okay though. The Valet employees are also incredibly rude even though they were being tipped generously. My suggestion is do not have employees who do not want to be there. They pass out that vibe to your customers and make them feel uncomfortable such as I did.
The Fire Restaurant was amazing. The happy hour prices were very reasonable for downtown Denver and the service was excellent.
Great bar space, modern restaurant with mediocre food
one of the most hospitable hotels I ve stayed at in my year round travels across the states . From the minute I pulled up I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. The rooms are immaculate and the amenities were fantastic. Beautiful bathroom as well (they have fish shaped soap) if you re an arts person and love co as much as me, you need to stay here even if it s only for a day. I see a lot of people complaining about the parking cost, to that I will say that the parking lots surrounding it are pretty sketchy looking and are not patrolled. To me the cost was worth the price of mind.
I was walking around downtown when I got a bloody nose and the Art was the closest place . I walked into a beautiful lobby and the valet kindly directed me to the bathroom. Beautiful bathroom also.
Excellent hotel with wonderful customer service. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was relaxing. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Denver.
I attended a work event at this hotel, dinner and the ballroom it was held in were fairly standard for a catered affair. Food was high quality but rather boring. Their outdoor space was wonderful and perfect for a colorado summer evening. $40 valet was slow, mostly due to one way streets in the area.
We came for an art tour and dinner and 2 work travelers said it was the best Duck and pollo ever. The tour was very fun and informative. Thanks for being the COOL neighbor we can show off.
Super cool hotel and a great part of Denver. Food at the restaurant is good. Loved the turn down service on the bed at night. Highly recommend it.
One of the nicest, unique hotels I've ever stayed at. Will look here first when staying in Denver
This is a great hotel located fairly centrally. I had an amazing stay here over the week I was visiting. I d been to many hotels in my time but this was def one of the best. Staff were great and even packed away into the fridge my groceries I had delivered. Nothing was too much of a hassle. Gay friendly as well!
Amazing! Top notch from the moment you walk in the door. Food is incredible, even late nite! Super friendly and professional staff. It will be hard to stay anywhere else when we return
Love to see the art on display. Didn't have much of a mountain view.
The lights in the front entrance are really neat along with the TVs in the elevators. They have free snacks and sodas in the room. The rooms were clean. The bar and restaurant was the best! They had outdoor seating that had beautiful propane fire pits that set a very modern, romantic and relaxing mood. They do not have a pool but they have a gym. Great down town location. Within walking distance to great food and attractions.
If you're accustomed to high end hotels and top notch customer service then this is the place for you! $200 million of art is scattered around the property and the rooms themselves are immaculate. The beds are the only thing I wouldn't rave about but that may be my preference for firmer mattresses. Overall, you will be happy with your stay
its Ok, room size was great, and clean. it just misses too many small details to be a luxury hotel. Staff are friendly enough, but they dont go out of their way. no welcome when you arrive at hotel, you can walk out of the elevator a dozen times but no staff raise their heads to greet you. (however Drew at check in was great).
when your paying top dollar and hotel lists itself as #1 in colorado, you have high expectations, small things start to add up: Bar staff uninviting, bar looked like it was closed at 10.30pm because lights are so bright and staff didn't look up from cleaning to welcome me. Turn down only happened one night but not the other. host made me go upstairs for breakfast voucher and then when i came back i waited 10 mins for host to come back to be seated. waiter kept calling me man. as in "hey man you ready to order." Restaurant breakfast menu was dirty. fridge in room was not plugged in. wifi service is spotty even on premium .
come for the art, but dont stay the night
Bartender was nice and knowledgeable. Really nice views from the patio.
I was there for a conference and the space on the 4th floor was gorgeous and easily converted from a large space to smaller ones. The deck off the lobby and meeting area is beautiful. Nice friendly bar and gracious staff. The restroom was also beautiful. The only odd thing was figuring out how to turn on the faucet!
The staff treated us like punk kids while checking in and talked down to us while we did so. When we did check in, we had nothing but issues and they charged my card even though they won t accept it at the front desk for check in. The hotel itself is beautiful though. Only reason there s even a star.
My husband and I stayed here for only one night for my Birthday. Right when we checked in we were warmly greeted and the gentlemen provided amazing information to the questions we asked him. He also gave us a complimentary upgrade for my birthday which was really nice. The hotel was quiet, very clean and just beautiful. I will return soon!
Beautiful rooms with lots of amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful.
This is one of the best places in town to get a drink. The cocktails are delicious, and you won't find a better ambiance.
Nice boutique hotel located n the middle of the art district
Beautiful location and hotel! Did not stay over night, instead celebrated a wedding all evening. The food, staff and atmosphere felt upbeat, urban, and inviting!
Very neat. Modern, up-scale, and super convenient to the Denver Art Museum, the Capital, & downtown.
