In terms of modern rooms and comfort I am very pleased with the Art. Complimentary snacks and sodas in your room along with an espresso machine. Robes and slippers available. Complimentary wi-fi and premium available for about $10.00. Beautiful bathroom with premium amenities.

We had what I think is the best experience I've ever had with a hotel staff and we have Mitch and Christian to thank. They took a lot of their personal time to remedy the problems created by a third party booker and made us feel human again after a particularly tough night. It's people like these who make the difference in an increasingly commoditized industry and I promise that every business and family guest of mine to Denver will be staying here

The room is spacious and beautiful. However, the lighting in the room is ridiculous. The bathroom lights cannot be turned on without turning on the lights over the beds. So now, as my friend sleeps, I must take a shower using my cell phone flashlight so as not to wake him. What s with that?

This hotel is fantastic. All the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cleaning people pay stellar attention to detail when cleaning the rooms. Room was comfortable and very quiet - I think the biggest complaint across the board about hotels in general is thin walls. This was definitely not the case. Also, the location is a nice walk to the Colorado Convention Center, and of course it is right by all the museums. If we come back to Denver soon, this will definitely be our first choice. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The staff is friendly and polite, and quick to please. While ART doesn't have the history of the Brown Palace, it does have a sense of sophistication other hotels in the area do not. One can't complain about its location either, being located between the Colorado Museum and the Art Museum.

UPDATE: Jacob at the hotel has made everything whole and the issue fixed. I appreciate it, and now we can enjoy the rest of the time here. Thanks!

While the majority of my stay was great, and the majority of the staff was helpful, the latter part of my stay was not.

I went to take a shower and no hot water, then hot water finally came on and the water was ORANGE/BROWN..... I called the front desk to report this, no apology, no offer to move to another room, just a " keep running the water" ...

I feel like a luxury hotel such as this one would be better equipped to handle situations like this in a more effective and courteous manner.

Pretty sad, because I looked forward to coming back here, but probably not after this.

A contemporary, sleek, well appointed and very comfortable hotel. Plenty of room, delicious food, sparkling clean facility, and a team of professional, enthusiastic staff. What more could you want?

This is a hotel you really want to like but underneath the art work it s just a disappointing place.

They need a dish washer. Asked for multiple wine glasses and they all were either so dirty you couldn t see through them or they had lip prints on them.

Breakfast was tasteless and bland. Kitchen needs to learn to toast an English muffin. Let them know about gluten allergy - they served on bread and put gluten free toast on the side. Specifications like crispy never were followed. I wish I could tell you about the fresh berries but they never arrived and we gave up asking. Our waiter actually disappeared midway through breakfast. We were told they couldn t access the check but to write down our info and they would just add a tip to which I said absolutely not.

Oh, and don t order the avocado toast. 4 saddest looking pieces of bread not toasted with some kind of premise frozen avocado spread. They should be embarrassed.

Did not honor FHR benefits telling us we could stay until 4pm, but they would prefer we leave early (no problem there). they said they had suites but couldn t upgrade us unless we wanted to pay (FHR guaranteees upon availability).

Concierge local knowledge was spotty. Would say there are a dozen places I would send you before something but then couldn t name any of them. First place we went to on their recommendation was ok, second we tried was disappointing.

This hotel is out of the way and lacks in everything an FHR property should be. I complained and no one followed up with me. I was also promised a follow up for something else and never received it. Stay at the Ritz Carlton downtown at the same price point and at least you will want to finish your breakfast.

All time favorite quote in response to me asking, do you squeeze your juices fresh? The response was they are fresh squeezed by our supplier and dropped off... almost every day. Fresh? What world are they living in.

If you stay there stay far far away from the restaurant or be sure to pay in cash and check you bill because they double charged us on out $120 bill! We have gone here a few times, even for post engagement drinks, and used to really like it. Then Saturday night we went on a double date, all four of us ordered off the restaurant week menu and we shared a bottle of wine. So we kept its pretty simple for our server. Then the bill came and agreed to split it down the middle and each couple gave a debit card. We got the receipts for the appropriate amount, signed it, and went on our marry way. Then on Monday my Fiance looked at his bank statement and he was double charged. He called the manager and they gave him the run around, hardly apologized, and said they would have check with their accountant who was not in. Still have not heard back and they have not made any effort to reconcile this error. We are talking about over charging someone $120 and you can't resolve it in a timely way or apologize in the least?!

We had drinks and a snack at FIRE Lounge. The hostess/waitress was so awesome! She was friendly and made suggestions. She was observant of all the people coming in and made sure they knew their seat options.

Swung by on a quick visit to Denver. Came in mid day and enjoyed a few great cocktails at the beautiful bar upstairs. Started out with the still life with apples, very strong apple taste with a solid spirit undercurrent. Second drink was the fire and blood orange margarita. Drink was quite spicy and was similar to a bloody Mary with an orangey twist.

Honestly, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Aside from their impressive $200M art collection, their rooms are clean, well designed, and the amenities are better than most comparable hotels. It's in a great central location, easy to get in and out of. We did have an issue with a scratch on our rental car and they were very quick to help us file a report and get the situation taken care of. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed in this hotel on a recent business trip. Was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. Very clean, comfortable room. Staff is exceptionally attentive to guest's needs. The free in room refreshments are a nice touch vs the standard overpriced " mini bars" you get in competitors hotels. Cozy bathrobes, lighted makeup mirrors, add to the experience. The restaurant is quite nice, though slightly pricey. Still, the food was good, service excellent, and it has great views! The Art is modern, stylish and convenient! Definitely would stay here again!

The hotel itself was very nice and loved the room. However, this is not a family hotel whatsoever. There were obnoxious drunks everywhere and it definitely seemed like a party hotel where locals just go to the bar and hook up in the rooms.

Service was slow due to only one server for the entire restaurant. She worked her butt off but had too many tables. Very expensive for the poor service. Some meals were very good, some boring. Be careful what you order.

The parking is a joke they only offer extremely high priced valet for not that nice of a hotel. All other 4-5 star hotels offer it for free when staying at there hotel. Plan for -$38 a day

I travel to different hotels all over the country and never have been dissatisfied from the moment of arriving. Staff was not super happy and inviting. Shower was not completely clean. The room did not feel like a 4 - 5 star hotel.

Came here for the forward conference didnt get to see the rooms to much but the overall atmosphere was great. Not only that their 3rd floor restaurant or lobby was very modern and contemporary looking with a nice bar and restaurant. There where high tables for people that wanted to work and even an outdoor patio to catch some rays. Overall if you are coming here to relax and see the sights definitely a place to check into.

First of all I must say the art Motel that has to be one of the most creative and unique hotels I've ever been to. How it ended at Professional Event there recently with plenty of friends delicious food excellent service and a wonderful view right on Broadway downtown Denver. It's right next to the Denver Public Library, the art Museum, plenty of unique Denver restaurants and of course the beautiful Denver Capitol building. I must say that if I ever was setting up a professional event and I had the option of choosing anywhere I wanted to host event I would definitely choose Denver Art Hotel I sure hope and it isn't there again soon at least one more time of my life and if anyone ever has chance of doing the same I highly highly suggest you check it out you will not be disappointed five stars that you know what six stars.
