The BEST staff in Denver! We have stayed at several downtown hotels and have had pleasant experiences, staying at The ART blew them all away. Every single staff person, desk, valet, cleaning, wait, and finally the concierge when we forgot our phone charger and needed it mailed to us, was friendly and professional. Inquired about our plans, gave helpful advice, really made us feel valued in every single way.

Incredible service, gorgeous hotel, rooms are clean with great views. The amenities are such nice touches. I ve stayed in many hotels in the Denver area and this will be my first choice from here on out. Wish it had a pool or hot tub, but otherwise great. Even the restaurant has really great food.

Great Service, Awesome Hotel! Wish I could have stayed longer! From the moment we entered the valet to the minute we left, it was a fantastic stay. Luxurious surroundings, interesting and fun. We used the workout facility twice! Also we were able to walk to nearby attractions!

This is a gorgeous hotel, located in the heart of the downtown art district. The lights outside aren' your typical Vegas style lights but instead the patterns were custom built for the hotel. The first 3 floors are for events and feature work from multiple artists.

Honestly, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Aside from their impressive $200M art collection, their rooms are clean, well designed, and the amenities are better than most comparable hotels. It's in a great central location, easy to get in and out of. We did have an issue with a scratch on our rental car and they were very quick to help us file a report and get the situation taken care of. I would definitely stay there again!

Love the ambience within the Fire restaurant and lounge. The food is good. The offerings were not as diverse as most hotels but everything I had was made well. Great place to grab a drink and sit around the fire pit. Follow me on Instagram @tdimery_creates for more food pics.

Great hotel. The staff made all the difference. Everyone there went above and beyond and genuinely appears to enjoy what they are doing and making traveling easier. Many small touches add up to a big difference. I wanted to return when flights didn t go as planned and did!

Beautiful place, tons if great art. Great bar/dinning room on 4th floor. Parking sucks. $25/day in public parking garage next door or $38/day for valet parking. Beds are super comfy & showers are awesome.

The fire restaurant has a great layout and view onto Broadway. Food is great for the price with good presentation and taste. Service isn't up to par with price and location and needs some work. Overall good place with a happening happy hour crowd.

Great rooms, location, staff and open air rooftop bar. I was very impressed with the way the rooms decorated and appointed. Espresso machine in each room and trail mix to snack on. Soft drinks in the fridge as well. Steller experience.

Nice rooftop fancy bar (4th floor on elevator, no sign for it), mostly uncovered. Prices reasonable for upscale place ($12 drinks, $8 appetizers). Everyone greets you in your entrance (overly greeted?) But service could be a bit better, not bad. Just little things

Not a bad hotel. Mostly what you're paying for is the ability to see art throughout the motel. Kind of a neat concept. We didn't really see much of the art because it's kind of weird to go wandering through other floors. The room was pretty small. and fairly typical. I would say about on the level of a newer comfort suites. The location was good. Most of the staff were friendly. We ran into a few that were kind of rude.

Nice hotel but extremely rude staff that was judgemental and treated me the opposite of the way a hotel should treat a guest. Valet driver took 90 min to go get my car and I asked him four times he had to call the receptionist who told me officially my car would be ready as soon as I went downstairs after checkout with her. Not only was it not ready but the valet guy didn't believe I was a guest and ignored my request. I would leave the advice to avoid this place except if you want to be treated like trash.

Best decision of the trip was to stay here. Fantastic service. The valet and shuttle staff were very helpful. The room was super clean and modern. I hope they stay independent. It would be a shame to lose any bit of the character.

My company was just a sponsor of a recent event that was hosted by the ART, a hotel. I met with the marketing team multiple times and worked closely with the hotel's marketing/event staff- mainly Giulia. Aside from the venue being absolutely fabulous (Fire Lounge is amazing and the rooftop is one of the best in Denver), the staff was helpful, and courteous. Day of the event, things were organized and put together exactly to our expectations. The event couldn't have gone better! I would recommend the ART, a hotel to anyone traveling for business, looking to hold an event or just looking for a great place to have a fabulous cocktail (happy hour menu is on point!).

Not my best experience here. Room had numerous non working lights and is quite dark. It takes at least 3-5 minutes of running the tap to get warm to hot water from the sink. The beds and pillows are the main reason I come back. Really comfortable!! The bathroom is amazing. The service is good. Food from Fire, especially breakfast is good but pricey.

A hotel I thought would be too quirky turned out to be the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in. Beating the 5 star hotels in the area, this is an amazing option and I'd highly recommend it!

The food was delicious and the ambience is fantastic. We visited for restaurant week and as such, had a more affordable experience. Even then it was a bit pricey. The steak was delicious and only came cooked medium rare (wasn't even asked how I wanted it. Thankfully med rare is my favorite). There's a long time between courses to enjoy the company of your friends. Don't expect a quick meal. Overall, I'm glad I tried it.

Highly recommend!!!
If you have the opportunity, stay at this hotel! It is all in the details, so many little luxuries in the guestrooms and hotel staff are fantastic. Great location too in a very hip part of town. Meeting space is great and I can't wait to go back and have drinks on the patio!

the ART offers the hotel experience of a lifetime! Every floor features a different artist in the rooms corresponding, the meeting rooms are all top notch, and the dinning options nearby are fantastic. The staff were very polite and accommodating, and offered everything we needed.
