The food was awful service took forever just for refill. Very overpriced for such bad good. Overall I did not like it once so ever

Very modern hotel with a great location. Drinks at the bar were great but the food has a long way to go.
Great hotel, modern and stylish - really cool bar but terrible food.
The BEST staff in Denver! We have stayed at several downtown hotels and have had pleasant experiences, staying at The ART blew them all away. Every single staff person, desk, valet, cleaning, wait, and finally the concierge when we forgot our phone charger and needed it mailed to us, was friendly and professional. Inquired about our plans, gave helpful advice, really made us feel valued in every single way.
Excellent hotel. Very nice, especially for the price
Incredible service, gorgeous hotel, rooms are clean with great views. The amenities are such nice touches. I ve stayed in many hotels in the Denver area and this will be my first choice from here on out. Wish it had a pool or hot tub, but otherwise great. Even the restaurant has really great food.
Given the place was expensive but totally worth it. From the staff to the room itself it was great. Highly recommend
Fancy but great. Excellent service. They make you feel special.
Excellent accommodations, friendly and helpful staff and the place itself really is a work of art
Super cool hotel with great views of SoBo. Outside terrace bar is great for days and nights
Great Service, Awesome Hotel! Wish I could have stayed longer! From the moment we entered the valet to the minute we left, it was a fantastic stay. Luxurious surroundings, interesting and fun. We used the workout facility twice! Also we were able to walk to nearby attractions!
Staying this weekend will rate again after our stay.
This place is amazing! The food, the service, the views! Thanks for making a day with my mom & sister extra special. Lily & Dax were super accomodating & sweet!
Brunch here was delicious and the venue is gorgeous!
Very clean, very classy, very artsy, and in the heart of Downtown Denver. All boxes checked!
I quite liked the hotel it is very well decorated without a doubt it is one of the best in which it has been very good the beds are very comfortable it is worth what you pay for the rooms it is a quite good place I quite like this hotel very Okay
This is a gorgeous hotel, located in the heart of the downtown art district. The lights outside aren' your typical Vegas style lights but instead the patterns were custom built for the hotel. The first 3 floors are for events and feature work from multiple artists.
Poor service. Heaters were not working outside and the staff really did not care. Not one waiter came out to offer drinks. It was all self service and very pricy for self service.
What a great hotel friendly and knowledgeable staff!!
Honestly, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Aside from their impressive $200M art collection, their rooms are clean, well designed, and the amenities are better than most comparable hotels. It's in a great central location, easy to get in and out of. We did have an issue with a scratch on our rental car and they were very quick to help us file a report and get the situation taken care of. I would definitely stay there again!
Love the ambience within the Fire restaurant and lounge. The food is good. The offerings were not as diverse as most hotels but everything I had was made well. Great place to grab a drink and sit around the fire pit. Follow me on Instagram @tdimery_creates for more food pics.
Great hotel. The staff made all the difference. Everyone there went above and beyond and genuinely appears to enjoy what they are doing and making traveling easier. Many small touches add up to a big difference. I wanted to return when flights didn t go as planned and did!
Beautiful place, tons if great art. Great bar/dinning room on 4th floor. Parking sucks. $25/day in public parking garage next door or $38/day for valet parking. Beds are super comfy & showers are awesome.
Best hotel is The Best in Colorado rated by Conde Nast Travel.
This is a great place for happy hour after work or with friends! Modern, great pieces of artwork, good vibe!
Perfect customer service, beds and pillows could be better
The fire restaurant has a great layout and view onto Broadway. Food is great for the price with good presentation and taste. Service isn't up to par with price and location and needs some work. Overall good place with a happening happy hour crowd.
The staff at this hotel are friendly and the rooms are spacious and neatly arranged, service is incredible and the location is strategic
Fantastic drinks, awesome vibe, the bartender really knew her stuff. I'm excited to go back! Clean restaurant and bar, really easy to get to, and they offer valet parking.
Great rooms, location, staff and open air rooftop bar. I was very impressed with the way the rooms decorated and appointed. Espresso machine in each room and trail mix to snack on. Soft drinks in the fridge as well. Steller experience.
Love it. The bar service always seems a bit lacking.
Nice rooftop fancy bar (4th floor on elevator, no sign for it), mostly uncovered. Prices reasonable for upscale place ($12 drinks, $8 appetizers). Everyone greets you in your entrance (overly greeted?) But service could be a bit better, not bad. Just little things
Not a bad hotel. Mostly what you're paying for is the ability to see art throughout the motel. Kind of a neat concept. We didn't really see much of the art because it's kind of weird to go wandering through other floors. The room was pretty small. and fairly typical. I would say about on the level of a newer comfort suites. The location was good. Most of the staff were friendly. We ran into a few that were kind of rude.
I was invited to a social gathering at the ART restaront. The atmosphere was wonderful and up beat
Nice hotel but extremely rude staff that was judgemental and treated me the opposite of the way a hotel should treat a guest. Valet driver took 90 min to go get my car and I asked him four times he had to call the receptionist who told me officially my car would be ready as soon as I went downstairs after checkout with her. Not only was it not ready but the valet guy didn't believe I was a guest and ignored my request. I would leave the advice to avoid this place except if you want to be treated like trash.
Amazing rooms, great staff, restaurant was disappointing though...
The room was beautiful and everyone was nice. Loved all the art.
Best decision of the trip was to stay here. Fantastic service. The valet and shuttle staff were very helpful. The room was super clean and modern. I hope they stay independent. It would be a shame to lose any bit of the character.
My company was just a sponsor of a recent event that was hosted by the ART, a hotel. I met with the marketing team multiple times and worked closely with the hotel's marketing/event staff- mainly Giulia. Aside from the venue being absolutely fabulous (Fire Lounge is amazing and the rooftop is one of the best in Denver), the staff was helpful, and courteous. Day of the event, things were organized and put together exactly to our expectations. The event couldn't have gone better! I would recommend the ART, a hotel to anyone traveling for business, looking to hold an event or just looking for a great place to have a fabulous cocktail (happy hour menu is on point!).
A trendy place, the food was good and the decor interesting.
Very professional staff beautiful rooms.
but only think that was totally wrong was mom left a Birthday card unopened on the bed, my stepdad said theer was $200 in it came back from wedding brunch it was gone !
Not my best experience here. Room had numerous non working lights and is quite dark. It takes at least 3-5 minutes of running the tap to get warm to hot water from the sink. The beds and pillows are the main reason I come back. Really comfortable!! The bathroom is amazing. The service is good. Food from Fire, especially breakfast is good but pricey.
Beautiful hotel and all of the employees I encountered were fantastic. Great rooms and amenities. Neighborhood has a lot of things to offer, overall a great option in the Denver area.
I am happy to have chosen this hotel. Very unique space. Well appointed. Interesting art. Good location. Great customer service!
Lunch was top notch. I rarely give 5 stars, this restaurant deserves it. The Ahi tuna was creative, unusual, and tasty.
Nice place, good food, staff can get a little snappy, but otherwise service is good.
Only ate at Fire restaurant and viewed the public art. Great food, service; nice view of History Museum, superior art. Plan to stay for a weekend.
A hotel I thought would be too quirky turned out to be the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in. Beating the 5 star hotels in the area, this is an amazing option and I'd highly recommend it!
Great hotel with a hip, stylish vibe, excellent location, and just about the friendliest staff I have encountered.
A gem. After a day at the Denver Art Museum, their restaurant capped a perfect day. If you go, wander around a bit, there's wonderful original art everywhere.
The ART exceeded my expectations in every way. Every employee from the moment we checked in until we checked out was outstanding. The food and service in the restaurant was incredible.
Service was fantastic! Restaurant has very good food! The interior design is wonderful with the focus on Art. Within walking distance to the heart of downtown Denver. Would absolutely go back!
Awesome atmosphere and the bar on Thursday evenings during happy hour 5pm to 8pm with DJ Sinna-G!!!!
The food was delicious and the ambience is fantastic. We visited for restaurant week and as such, had a more affordable experience. Even then it was a bit pricey. The steak was delicious and only came cooked medium rare (wasn't even asked how I wanted it. Thankfully med rare is my favorite). There's a long time between courses to enjoy the company of your friends. Don't expect a quick meal. Overall, I'm glad I tried it.
Highly recommend!!!
If you have the opportunity, stay at this hotel! It is all in the details, so many little luxuries in the guestrooms and hotel staff are fantastic. Great location too in a very hip part of town. Meeting space is great and I can't wait to go back and have drinks on the patio!
The food was artistry. Can't wait to tour the rooms and $1m art!
Great location, beautiful building and superb service. A+ all around for unique, fun loving hotel.
Outstanding hotel, loved every minute of our visit.
The rooftop is beautiful and they have great fire pits. The drinks are good, and the presentation is great.
Had no idea what kind of hotel I was booking online because it wasn't a chain hotel you see in every town. Definitely a great nice place to stay service was great rooms very clean loved it. Will be back here again
Beautiful one of a kind hotel, very clean, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable bed, great location!!!
Cool boutique hotel with a contemporary theme all around. Friendly staff and well proceed cocktails.
Very modern and hip Hotel. Tons of great local art displayed everywhere. Only downside is Valet parking. $40 for the night.
Great rooms, unique interiors and Fire lounge is top notch.
We spent our Anniversary here. All in all we really loved it. Just wish they accommodated parking for Hotel Patrons... $40 a night is a bit ridiculous for those with reservations..
the ART offers the hotel experience of a lifetime! Every floor features a different artist in the rooms corresponding, the meeting rooms are all top notch, and the dinning options nearby are fantastic. The staff were very polite and accommodating, and offered everything we needed.
The ART is a beautiful, stylish, upscale hotel. Great location, comfortable and stylish rooms. Parking was expensive ($38 overnight), but it was a very nice stay.
Elegant and modern Hotel. Very comfortable and beautiful rooms. Thanks for free drinks and snacks.
The ART is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are well designed and efficient.
I liked arcitecura a lot. It is a place with a clean and modern design.
We attended a work holiday party here and it was lovely. The decor is gorgeous, the food delicious, and the staff was so helpful.
This is a gorgeous hotel. Art is beautiful displayed though out the halls and rooms. Both breakfast and dinner and lunch was great. The avacado toast is awesome. I highly recommend a visit.
