The stay was comfortable and lavish. Food was good, and so was the service. Only one thing bothered me and that was transportation. Rooms are located at a far distance from reception, and I had to wait for almost 20 minutes every time. Rest all the things were great.
attended a destination wedding here. the services provided are friendlier than any other place. its quite huge with great staff and spacious rooms and resort facilities. a place to relax is an apt title for it.
Room and service is really good. Only giving one less star because food spread was not good at all for high tea on both days and of dinner on Monday. In high tea you guys can improve a lot and don't have same pakoda(in any form) and cucumber tomatoes sandwich(hardly a slice of either) everyday. Monday dinner was not great too, didn't like the spread at all, few items were repeat from day before. Only think I liked was desert in Monday dinner.

Thr best place to stay in Udaipur. I have checked most of the resorts, the Anant Udaipur is best though. Foods, facilities, nature, services, staffs all are awesome. The only problem I faced, was the resort is located outside the city. So if you want to visit other places you can book Ola, or you need to rent other services like car, bicycle, or two-wheeler. However, you still get options to deal this problem so it will not bother you that much. I recommend all Indians must visit this place atleast once.
Poor front desk and travel desk, for everything they say no and not at all helpful. We were travelling in a group and they assigned us rooms at different places in the resort, so have to fight and got it arranged at one zone. Huge resort, so the in room service is a serious concern and they are short of staff. Two stars for the property and rest needs a serious upgrade.
Everything was good. Resort is huge ,spread in around 75 acres of land. We had twin bed but matress was pathetic. They need to change these foe sure otherwise you will have a soar back in just 1 night stay

Well the property is like a small town in itself, which is why they have an internal can system which is quite helpful, just call then from your room and meet them at the nearest waiting point...
There are a lot of activities...pool, spa and a gym...for us it was quite a walk from our cottage/room to the reception and the restaurant/open dining area...the food was quite decent...nothing out of the ordinary that I will remember.
We were here for a wedding and everything was to a great extent well managed...there is always margin for error...but inspite that the team did a great job...most of the staff was polite and welcoming...there are multiple venues that have been planned in such a way that each of your wedding event will happen at a different venue. They put on quite a show....kudos!
Now, I have a few QUESTIONS for the team that for most part remained unanswered, hosting such massive events produces so much waste...how do you ensure that these events are sustainable, dont cause harm to the environment and dont leave beings loads of waste, I was also curious to know how do they manage their water because the rooms and washrooms are so lavish...there are multiple showers...how do you ensure that water isnt wasted and do you recycle your water?

Very nice lobby and rooms but it is very annoying to have to drive from the hotel everywhere because the distances are very long. Clean, good service, good cuisine. Low lighting in the accesses to the rooms

Beautiful managed resort in Udaipur. Quite famous for business gatherings and family get togethers. Swimming pool and auditorium is quite big and maintained. Vilas are spersed in the area and served through electric vehicles.
Big resort, serene, situated amid hills, spacious rooms, tasty food, nice swimming pool. Got deluxe rooms in the range of 5-6k. Food/bar/spa were too costly. Overall, good experience if budget is not a constraint.
Food itinary was very bad as compare to they claim as resort.

Superb hospitality! We were there for 3 days and it was toooooo good of an experience. The staff and team were very courteous and the food was great too! Hygiene and sanitizing was taken care of well.

Each room has scenic view from balcony. View of Lush green mountains till your eyesight can go.
Rooms are having good interior and all other facilities.
Bathrooms are cleaned and yes! extra Shower Panel in open to sky under tree.
Must visit for Couple and small family.
Food is very good in quality and have so many options to choose (For Jains too).
For A-la-carte, it will be quite expensive. (Paneer sabji costs INR 900.00 + Tax)
Room service is too slow. But staff is very co-operative and calm.
Still Gymnasium and Spa are under construction.
Best season to visit : July-February (Preferably Monsoon)
It's a new destination for complete relaxation. I definately prefer to visit again.
Room Tip: If you love privacy, select rooms of upper side of resort. If you want easy access resort, select rooms nearby to swimming pool.

The retreat is on a slope, which looks wonderful. The sustenance is on point, rooms are comfortable and tasteful. Everything about this retreat is incredible, yet I've removed 2 stars due to their transportation division. We mentioned a taxi to take us to nathdwara and afterward drop us off at the air terminal for which they charged us a fixed sum. When our voyage started, they state we need to pay for toll and stopping, just to add to our officially high fixed cost. We called up the transportation division and approached them for the bill, they said now he will charge 5% extra for expense. It's our error for not getting a bill at first but rather I'm trusting this audit will help make different visitors mindful.

Worst food. This hotel is not a proper 5* in term of services. Except their location...they have nothing to offer. Their is a construction going on to 7 series cottage which creates lots of noise and unbearable. But mind it about the food...you're not going to enjoy their food.
The property is located just opposite to Aravalli Mountain range, the whole property has each separate cottages (quite spacious though). You need to call the cab of the hotel which takes you to your car, reception, or even for breakfast, which I felt was one of the exceptional services. The staff was welcoming. The restaurant and the food were also excellent. You can see Sajjangarh Palace(Monsoon Palace) from the property which is only a 15/20 mins drive from the hotel. This sure is the best place to visit for people who love nature and its beauty.
