The food was horrible! Nothing like the food back home in Florida! My son ordered a burger well done it came out raw 2x! The chicken wings were not authentic it came straight out of a freezer bag. Save your money and time.

Small portions for what they charge. Good attention

The prices were very high. $4.00 for a soda that is mostly ice. The food portions were very small. The staff was rude. My plate and silver ware were dirty. They spilled ice on my son. Before we left, they reset our table with silverware and napkins without wiping it down first. Worst dining experience in a LONG time ......

I had a double burger with bacon and it was great. It's a bit too pricy for the quality, but then again it's both close to union square, and it was open till midnight!

Food was OK but not great, service was slow and it was quite expensive. Considering what else is within walking distance here, I would go to Patricks bar over the road instead for much better food.

Service is very slow, portions are punny, overcooked and expensive... Avoid if at all possible...

The TGI Fridays chain is very tasty, but this restaurant in particular is a little old, deserves a makeover. The food is good, but delivery took too long and the place was not full.

This TGI Fridays was Dirty , Overcrowded , poor service and the food was really bad , tasted bad and was cold . The water also taste funny. Really bad experience, this place needs to be refurbished and needs quality control.

Got seated by a nice host then waited nearly 20 minutes with no server in sight. Decided to move to the bar and got the best service anyone could ask for. Not only was our bartender attentive, engaging, and polite. She was everywhere around the bar area helping everyone with anything they needed. These five stars are for you Jessica V. The next time I'm in NYC I'm coming back to this Fridays because of her service.

The waitress is very friendly, but the food is horrible. Very dry fries with virtually no salt plus the utensils with residues of nearly dry ketchup (seriously) were below expectation. I will not recommend this to friends and family.

Bad underground - when you go in, the sticky floor almost takes off your shoes.
Menu was incomplete and tattered.
Food was brought in quickly, but unfortunately it was cold. The sauces were missing in both dishes (JimBeam / Aioli). French fries and bacon were old and cold in both meals. The service was very nice and quick, unfortunately that's about it. never again TGI Fridays ...

Grimy attention, dirt, a bathroom not suitable for impressive. Food not only expensive for what is offered, but poor taste and apparently precooked. The setting leaves a lot to be desired and little by little you notice that those who frequent it are a disappointed public of what this food chain used to be. At least this place, which needs an immediate Up date and personnel change in customer service, cooking and cleaning, detracts from the entire chain. I recommend not going.

The food wasn't bad. But ambience was the worst I have ever seen. It looked dirty, gloomy & was very noisy. The waiter was not rude or bad but he didn't do anything to make us feel comfortable. And what really pissed me of was that he explicitly asked for a tip when it was clear that we were not happy. Do not recommend going here. Ur better of saving a lot of money and eating food from one of the food carts outside.

Thought it would of been better than it was. I felt as if the menu wasn't strong. Options were limited. We literally sat on top of one another. I know we were in NYC but come on. There was about 12 inches away from the next tables plate. We were eating and had no room for any of our belongings. My coat had to sit on my lap along with my pocketbook and our phones. We asked to be moved and they refused to accommodate us. Since we were hungry and had already ordered, we just stuck with it. The food was mediocre. Our waitstaff was ok. I won't be back though.

Worst service, slow food, went in at the start of happy hour and had 1 drink because our waitress never came back to the table...appetizers took more than an hour to get..really felt like a Monday not a Friday

This location is not like the one I've visited in New Jersey. First off its a franchise and so your stripe card is not accepted here neither can you use any rewards. Secondly they are expensive; for 3 people I spent 86 bucks for food which was mainly appetizers. This ciuld get me far more for a family of 7 in Jersey. Whether or not it's New York, TGIF carries its name so people will always want to eat there. The meals were ok but not awesome. I had BBQ wings which tasted a bit salty. Our waitress wasn't really customer centric but she tried. They need really nice warm people to cater to their guest. People spend more when they feel valued. There is an upstairs dining area as well as the ground floor dining and there is a bar. There is not much of a view since across the street is an Irish pub and its not located on the buzz of 7th street for you see billboards or Time Square. The music was great though during our meal; things you can bob your head to. The bathroom upstairs is not maintained regularly neither are there seat covers for the toilet so please be prepared with your own tools or use toilet paper creatively. In addition the restrooms are centrally located which is a plus and a minus since its not isolated from the dining area.

This was the worst restaurant I've visited in a long time. We expected so much more from a Fridays, let alone one near Times Square. The service was abismal. Our waitress was more interested in her phone than serving. The place seriously needs a refurbishment. The booth seats push the person sitting behind you if you lean against them and the bottom of them are so worn that you sink when you sit down. The food was OK, which is why it's not 1 star.

The service was ok but my glass of beer had lip stick on rim and made me very upset. Also the prices are outrageous makes no sense... I don't recommend this TGIF to ppl visiting...

Convenient location. Good bar service. Drinks overpriced as expected in Times Square.

Very good. The best dish I can not remember the name anymore and one with chicken and shrimp that comes on a hot plate with cheese in the bottom. Too delicious

Don t understand the negative reviews. Yes, the hostess wasn t the most inspiring person. But, we were served by Ernesto and he was interested, nice and a very good waiter. So, five stars from us and we hope to have Ernesto as waiter again next time we visit.

Don't compare to TGIs in Britain, run down and food was the worst we had on our stay. Well done burger was so pink I thought it still had a pulse!! At least they didn't charge for it. Server was ok and not his fault.

Our waitress never came to the table so another waitress took our order. I wasn't ready to order but I told her to put in the kids order in... neither waitress came back to take my order NOR asked if everything was okay or if we needed beverage refills... Until we got up to walk out THEN she came over and asked and gave up the bill..

We were been waiting for a hour and no one has noticed. We left. Awful service. I ve been there once and the food isn t good either.

Would give zero stars if possible. Food is overpriced and frankly just terrible. Service wasn t much better. I guess when the microwaves they use in the kitchen are in full view of the dining room, I should have known better. Don t waste your money. For the same prices, you can get a Great meal at Juniors. We were there earlier in the day and I would give them 4.5 stars!

Excelent reception. Prices are a bit expensive. But it's worth the visit. If you buy a milk shake (which by the way is very tasty, I tasted the red velvet) they will always give you a glass of water just thinking that you will feel thirsty because of being too sweet. Cool that care they have.

Trash stay away I ordered chicken and shrimp, food was undercooked that chicken was super dry they slapped three pieces of american cheese on there and the shrimp still had the line in the back soda tastes stale my kid got a tummy ache from her food. Should have ate from those carts on the street.

Wir waren heute in dem Restaurant essen, leider war der Service von Anfang an sehr schlecht. Schmutzige Tische, unaufmerksames Personal. Essen wurde falsch notiert und gebracht. Anstelle dies mit einem neuen Gericht zu korrigieren, wurde die falsche Speise vom Teller gekratzt so das die Beilagen vor Ort blieben und kalt wurden, das eigentlich Bestellte Gericht wurde dann auf einem extra Teller gebracht und Kommentarlos auf dem Tisch abgestellt.

Going to tgi fridays in NYC probably isn't on the top of your list but they have a great happy hour and food is always on point. $20 for a buger but aye you're in times square

This is one of the worst places I ve eaten. Almost every plate we got was wrong. No refills. Plenty of waitresses and workers and wasn t packed but took FOREVER to get food for whatever reason. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend !

A franchise of meats and some classic Mexican food in the US. It has a wide coverage of premises, especially in those of more tourist demand, service and quality are not the maximum but are well above average

It is worth nothing, slow and fried. We Spaniards are used to quality and Mediterranean food, but attention, if you like hamburgers and that style will be in your sauce!

Very good place! It is very nice set and the staff is very friendly. If you ever went to TGI you know what the food is like and that doesn't change. For the children there is a menu of Chicken Fingers with French Fries that is very extensive! (Quietly two young children eat, unless they are very hungry. In that case I would recommend two servings for three children.) Highly recommended

I do enjoy eating at TGI Fridays. The food is hot and very good. Staff is very pleasant , I have been going here for along time. This time I took my daughter. She just had the salad she is watching her waist line not me bring on the food. Come on let's eat
