B.E passed out employee 2 years agreement company and not given insentive for BEL , for agreement period salary only 8000 per month and normally 12000 in that 12000 monthly monthly 4000 will cut and after 2 years that cut amount will be given or not i don't No. If i am working in these company some family reasons i will resign job but i am not inform .after 5 days i will inform to hr. Total 20 employees above working in BEL Project work in that only few employees will get that insensitive amount inthat that employees are now working current years.other employees insitive amount not given.

It's looks like medium scale industry,but the issue is not that one... ofcourse they pay less salary may be due to their present revenue/else....But the thing is they handle the PCB's in a plastic basket like a soda or other selling product...they don't even have a good practice of handling/storing PCB's in a profer manner.....Basic discipline they have to maintain
