Discovered this site 1 year ago. very good wines and champagne, wide choice, fast delivery. I only buy my wine on this site since.

Good choice of wines at a good price, but a delivery that takes 5 weeks is unacceptable. 10 calls to follow my order and the answer is always "This is not our problem, we are only intermediate!" Totally unacceptable.

After two orders (6 then 10 bottles) I only have compliments .....

Delivery time not respected ...... customer service supported my claim, everything is arranged. I will continue my purchases on this site
