Their systems fail constantly, they get alarms that they don t dispatch the police on regularly, they don t return phone calls, they take a year to install your equipment then it won t work. Everyone are on the verge of retirement and don t care about their customers. Go with a local provider.
i have been waiting two months for a call back AFTER installation....don't waste your time with them ....if they monitor like they do customer service your better off with calling 911
been with sonitrol for over 30 years! They are THE best! Because of the system they use, when they call the police , they know it's for real!! no false alarms!! recently my system which was over 13 years old, could not work with the digital telephone systems. Needed to upgrade to cellular monitoring. Sonitrol stepped up to the plate, dispatched 2 guys and installed the new system in 2 days and I'm up and running!!
