Terrible's Hotel and Casino Review

Convenience of location before hustle bustle of Las Vegas

Came here early in the morning to rest from driving and enjoyed playing a few table games and drinks at the bar. Nothing impressive or negative about the place.

We stopped for the car showroom, which was neat, but the smell of smoke made it unpleasant to stay for long.

Love this place an adult play ground. Haven't stayed in tge rooms but hear they are descent

We love the Steak House. Competitive prices. Relaxing atmosphere. We make the drive out from Henderson periodically just for that. Don't let the drab Casino deter you from the steakhouse

Rooms are big and clean. Casino smells like old cigarettes. A good place to stay overnight.

We ended up here due to the freeway being closed because of an accident. There were HUNDREDS of us stranded for hours and this small understaffed, for the occasion, stepped up to the plate and did their best to make sure everyone was comfortable and warm. They even fired up the popcorn maker and started making fresh movie popcorn to kind of entertain all the kids!

This place is comfortable, clean, and enjoyable to be at. Love coming back over and over.

The room was nice and updated. The casino was very smoky. The front desk individuals were nice as we checked in. In looking for our room, we took a wrong turn and ended up on the wrong wing and the first floor. To say it was spooky would be an understatement.

Just stopped to use the restroom, see the car display and gamble a few bucks on our way out of town. Midday Monday was very depressing.

I enjoyed my stay very much. We were invited to the baby shower of my niece. It was a very nice room.

Batmobile, Doc's Delorean, Grease, and fast and the furious vehicles on display. FTW.

Awesome place to rent a room play in the casino and eat. Better than the other place we stayed at.....

Lovely place: clean, comfortable, and reasonable. Not too happy with the staff; uninterested in the customers needs for a service industry.

Very old style decor. Dark and smoky. Had a nice movie car display.

Our favorite casino. Hot stuff is the best game there. Also play lightning link. Good luck.

Had such a great time. The staff is friendly and so helpful. Was guided promptly everywhere. A worker by the name Susan was a little rude but besides that everyone theres is great.

The hotel is rather old and a little rundown in some places. The TVs are not that great and the overall experience with the Wi-Fi was slow. Although the prices are nice, over all experience was not that good.

I liked the comfortable hotel rooms. The pool was amazing, and i had a wonderful night.

This place is nice is not bad it's the building's a little outdated but hey the slot machines are very fun put together and all updated

Told me they would need to take a $200 security deposit for the room and it would be put back on my debit card when I checked out. They took $309 and I've been checked out 4 day's and still dont have my money. I'm starting to suspect a scam. STAY AWAY FROM this place

It was an amazing place. It had so much fun things to do for the kids. Although it's a little small it's a good hotel. Also I loved the movie cars, go check it out!

Went for the night before checking into our hotel on the strip in Vegas. The lady at the check in desk sold us on the upgrade being it had brand new bed, carpet, fixtures... But for whatever reason decided to give us the lowest. Version you can get.

The lower grade room #523: worst beds i'v ever slept on in my life (might as well have slept on the floor) checked the mattress for bedbugs and found giant pink stain which I found gross, pillows were nothing more than cotton stuffed cloth... One was partially stained on the side. Carpet was nasty and old, bathroom sink was a hard plastic, shower had a curtain that looked old and tattered... Horrible hotel, dated, old, I don't recommend unless absolutely necessary (staying a few hours before checking into your nice hotel on the strip, but even then... You can find better).

Room was clean. Service was decent. Given the chance I would stay somewhere else.

Ohhhmg! It took me 35 minutes just to check in and get a room! First they charged me extra for a delux room and it wasn t even available then they gave me an attitude and gave me a smoking room!!

Needs remodeling, as carpet pulling up, beds not the most comfortable. Ac didn't work, no complimentary breakfast. But worked for the night. Probably would not visit again.

Clean rooms. A/C was very loud. My dad couldn't sleep.

Quit and cozy ... GREAT older old style hang out but without older type coin action machines - VERY disappointing

Hi my name is Juan, last Saturday, 08/10/2019 I made a reservation at this hotel, and it was NOT 3 star service The hotel room, when I woke up my son and I our whole body was stung by Bedbugs.
I reported everything that happened with the front desk, they just apologized, and I made a report, they took pictures of my son only and I filled out a Report, I'm really upset and disappointed with this type of situation, I hope the hotel apologizes written and that page for what happened, thanks.

2 queen bed room is nice and clean. Casino floor is well kept.

When we made your booking we were not told that we would be charged an additional $10 for a refurbished room. The room also did not have television capabilities no remote so we read a book. The room was very nice and we didn't use any other amenities except for a to-go order from Denny's restaurant which was nice also. No valet service was available either.

I enjoy gambling on the slot machines and at the tables there's a Denny's inside the casino and a snack bar the rooms are very nice and up-to-date there is also a steakhouse inside the casino I've been patronizing this casino for over 25 years I really enjoy the staff that works here you have to understand they are almost like family if you get on there mailing list you will probably get comps through the mail

Very nice movie car collection including the Batmobile.

Was here for the day to gamble. Staff was friendly.

The bed was kind of hard, but the room served the purpose of being a place to spend the night and then continue on our way.

We weren't there for very long but the staff was friendly. They have a pretty cool selection of movie vehicles to see (batmobile, Fast and Furious cars, etc)

Machines always let me play a little old school but that's why I stop.

Good casino I just don't care so much for the smoke

I have to say this place was exactly what the name is Terrible!!!! We got a smoking room and it stunk of stale smoke. We have stayed in several smoking rooms and they never smelled that bad. Burnt furniture I thought that was why they take deposits so if the room is messed up after a customer leaves they replace it, well apparently this one doesn't. Went to snack shack and ordered ice cream of course the lady working doesn't speak good English so when I correct her about my order she wants to roll her eyes. Good customer service right? They need to replace her with a kiosk like McDonald's has. The coffee pot in the room didnt work, they had no sports channels on the tv , no refrigerator . Definitely not worth the price. We get up the next morning go to Dennys for breakfast the waiter has no clue what the prices are for substitutions. The manager helped us resolve that. We order our food the manager brings us our food. The waiter never came back around and forgot our orange juice. The manager and the eggs were probably the best part of our experience. Save your money and drive a few miles down the road to Whiskey Petes it definitely a better place to stay than Terribles.

I enjoyed. My visit to gold strike the service was very good gambling was good recommend to stay there next visit

Haven't tried it but facilities around it very good
