I have to say this place was exactly what the name...

I have to say this place was exactly what the name is Terrible!!!! We got a smoking room and it stunk of stale smoke. We have stayed in several smoking rooms and they never smelled that bad. Burnt furniture I thought that was why they take deposits so if the room is messed up after a customer leaves they replace it, well apparently this one doesn't. Went to snack shack and ordered ice cream of course the lady working doesn't speak good English so when I correct her about my order she wants to roll her eyes. Good customer service right? They need to replace her with a kiosk like McDonald's has. The coffee pot in the room didnt work, they had no sports channels on the tv , no refrigerator . Definitely not worth the price. We get up the next morning go to Dennys for breakfast the waiter has no clue what the prices are for substitutions. The manager helped us resolve that. We order our food the manager brings us our food. The waiter never came back around and forgot our orange juice. The manager and the eggs were probably the best part of our experience. Save your money and drive a few miles down the road to Whiskey Petes it definitely a better place to stay than Terribles.
