Hi my name is Juan, last Saturday, 08/10/2019 I made a reservation at this hotel, and it was NOT 3 star service The hotel room, when I woke up my son and I our whole body was stung by Bedbugs.
I reported everything that happened with the front desk, they just apologized, and I made a report, they took pictures of my son only and I filled out a Report, I'm really upset and disappointed with this type of situation, I hope the hotel apologizes written and that page for what happened, thanks.
