10/10 I ordered a Wilson clash 100 tour and everything arrived in perfect condition and fast postage and the racquet was strung perfectly.

Excellent customer service. I ordered some kit on a quick turnaround, but unfortunately the goods were delivered to the building reception rather than my specific business address. The guys at TW were prompt to respond and follow up, always kept me updated regarding my enquiry, and resolved it to my satisfaction. Would thoroughly recommend them to all and will definitely be back!

Drove all the way from Geelong to try out a couple of rackets. When looking at your website there was nothing stated that you were currently not allowing customers this opportunity. Very disappointed!
Luckily for me one of your opposition nearby did so. I was happy to spend my money with them.

Best tennis store in Australia. They have a huge range of products and make it very easy to order online.

First time I have dealt with TWA and in particular Antony. I've been using a different tennis supplier the last several years, but TWA had the ball machine I wanted. The service from Antony was excellent, quick replies and very honest to deal with. I'm really impressed.

Shipping is great too, considering the circumstances with Covid-19 and them being based in Victoria and me in Sydney. Took about 4 days.

Poor, incompetent, disappointed!!! I ordered the GoDogGo, was told it would be 1-3 days which was ok as I'm now house bound. Although it arrived 7 days later via NSW. Before you respond knowingly that I won't be able to respond again and blame Australia Post, I checked this, was not Australia Posts issue, or that it was ordered on a Friday.
Was not offered any compensation for their negligence. There are other, better products than the GoDogGo. Choose between the other two.

Exceptional service and product knowledge from Wes and the team. They went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Combined with great prices means we will coming back again. Can't recommend highly enough - never getting ripped off by the big chain sports stores again!

Service was a bit slow, not sure if it was because of the time (30 minutes before closing on a Saturday) but when we got the attention of a staff member, he was very knowledgeable about which racquets were best suited for our level. They have an area where you can test the racquets before purchasing.

Great place if you are looking for a racket and not sure which. Sales assistants have good knowledge on the various rackets on sale. There is a good selection of demo rackets, which can be rented out for only $5 for two days. Alternatively you can try rackets out for free in shop by hitting against a tensioned net. Only negative, is that there doesn't seem to be much sales/good deals on rackets unless you're looking to buy two (saw a buy one get one free offer).

The entrance was a bit complicated, but besides that it's pretty good

Have dealt with Wes and the team on numerous occasions and always very helpful with info for me. Competitive pricing and very quick turnaround - have received racquets next day on both orders. I know they have a shop you can visit though havent been there but did give me confidence for first order. Also had an issue with some shoes i purchased and they were very quick to get good resolution for me. recommend very highly.

My wife wanted a tennis racquet for her upcoming birthday to replace the ones we lost when our house burned down in the bush fires.

I couldn't remember her grip size, or what she actually wanted.

I Googled,. and found Tennis Warehouse Australia whose retail outlet was closed amid COVID-19 so I called.

I hit pay dirt when Alex answered the 'phone. He asked all the right questions - grip size, weight, head shape, strings, and even the colour! - and he provided all the necessary information.

We, yes, Alex and I, decided on what would work best. Then off into the storeroom ... yes, in stock.

He then processed the buy while I was still on the 'phone rather than getting me to do it online.

And yes, free freight. And he threw in the racquet covers.

Oh ... and I bought a racquet for myself.

Alex was fantastic. And on that basis (i.e. leaving aside their great prices and free freight) I would recommend TWA.

Good place to buy tennis equipment and clothes in Fitzroy. Bit hard to find at first but has a good range of clothes, racquets and bags etc. Only downside is the crazy traffic on Alexandra Avenue.

Always prompt with relies. All deliveries arrived on time. Follow up excellent. All round good service - my service improving also :)

We have been looking unsuccessfully for new tennis shoes for my 11 year old son. We called TW and were given excellent advise and assistance from Luke who held 2 pairs of shoes for us as we live 45 minutes away. When we got there Luke was incredibly helpfully and we walked out with a perfect pair! Highly recommend..

I purchased the Wilson blade 16x18 so happy with it. Tried a few demos. The service at tennis warehouse was excellent. Very knowledgeable and patient staff. Will be back there again for sure.

Easy and fast service. Highly recommended for their range and prices. I found it so difficult to find white shorts and shoes in the Sydney stores. As long as you know your size Tennis Warehouse is great. I have not had to use their returns service yet so that I cannot comment on that.

Very bad service, nobody seems to know what's going on. Bought shoes which were faulty and it's been a painful process. I don't trust or recommend this store. Do not visit and if u do and have a product problem, your completely on your own...

It has been a while since i have played tennis & really wanted to demo some of these new racquets. I was able to do two rounds of demos & throughout the whole process they were very helpful & gave me a good idea on what i was testing. After the demo, i ended up purchasing 3 racquets & couldn't be happier.

Purchased a Spinfire machine recently . Anthony was fantastic in taking the time to talk me through the two top contenders and their features (Lobster being the Rolls Royce in pedigree but Spinfire with additional functionality at the same price point).Very happy with the front door engagement and sale process and Anthony was accommodating in negotiating a fair deal for a package with a five year warranty.. The machine arrived swiftly but had an error in the ball feed sensor. Zul from the Technical department was extremely responsive and after a little trouble shooting arranged for a replacement immediately and kept in contact till it arrived . Have only used it a couple of times and overall happy with the product though some calibration/consistency issues on drills may need sorting out once I am certain of a pattern that I see developing. The customer service, accountability and responsiveness of Anthony and Zul at TWH was exceptional and well appreciated. Thanks!

Ordered a stringing machine and it arrived with a faulty string clamp. Despite not even being their fault they sent replacement parts within an hour of me emailing them. The parts just arrived, and they threw in an extra little gift too!

Not having to go all the way back to the manufacturer saved a lot of hassle. Very impressed.

Great service, incredibly helpful staff, good range of gear. Most recently, my girlfriend picked up a test racquet (already reduced to $80) for $50, and they threw in a free bag to boot. Always a positive experience here.

These Wilson shoes that i bought from Tennis warehouse were a really great buy, cheap price, but quality was quite good. They are really a light pair of shoes and sturdy compared to some of the top brands. I Recommend this company I've bought from them a number of times.

Today I visited the store; I was met with exceptional customer service. Jeremy served me, I was in need of a re grip; as I had clumsily wrapped my new (Wilson sublime) grip around my racquet. He was kind enough to re-wrap the grip for me, he was super polite about by amateur attempt and glossed over it as a common mishap. The re-grip came at a crucial time as I had a match in half an hour time (story for later day)- the racquet played real nice. Jeremy helping out a fellow tennis player is a testament to his passion for the game, Thank u.

Great range of gear and friendly staff, but don't be fooled into thinking you're getting "warehouse" prices.

Average customer service and poor stock.

I literally had to wait for a long time and several different folks to try out different pairs of shoes. Everybody seemed to be more interested in selling racquets or stringing racquets (Well, then stop selling shoes if that's less profit!)

The stock was even worse. What was said as being available on the website was not at all available in the store and hence I had to end up buying a less than favourable shoe for myself in the end as I had already spent an hour there..

Probably next time, I will try another store before stepping in here

Being in New Zealand and checking the website, we had excellent service from Wesley Fry when seeking advice for products advertised, Wesley went into great detail on the products we wanted to buy. They accommodated a group of family members in each paying for the product package put together for us for delivery in Sydney for a surprise Christmas gift for other family members. We were kept up to date with the order via emails and the delivery went superbly to a difficult address and all products arrived exactly as ordered. We can highly recommend the service given by Tennis Warehouse and Wesley Fry and his staff.
