We had a problem with our Spinfire Pro 2 ball machine (which we love). I called and spoke to Wes about the problem and he arranged for it to be picked up by a courier, they kept in contact with me during the repair and couriered it back to us around a week after they had received it. They also gave it a clean and upgraded the software. Thanks guys. Great Service!
