Purchased a Spinfire machine recently . Anthony was fantastic in taking the time to talk me through the two top contenders and their features (Lobster being the Rolls Royce in pedigree but Spinfire with additional functionality at the same price point).Very happy with the front door engagement and sale process and Anthony was accommodating in negotiating a fair deal for a package with a five year warranty.. The machine arrived swiftly but had an error in the ball feed sensor. Zul from the Technical department was extremely responsive and after a little trouble shooting arranged for a replacement immediately and kept in contact till it arrived . Have only used it a couple of times and overall happy with the product though some calibration/consistency issues on drills may need sorting out once I am certain of a pattern that I see developing. The customer service, accountability and responsiveness of Anthony and Zul at TWH was exceptional and well appreciated. Thanks!
