Today I visited the store; I was met with exceptional customer service. Jeremy served me, I was in need of a re grip; as I had clumsily wrapped my new (Wilson sublime) grip around my racquet. He was kind enough to re-wrap the grip for me, he was super polite about by amateur attempt and glossed over it as a common mishap. The re-grip came at a crucial time as I had a match in half an hour time (story for later day)- the racquet played real nice. Jeremy helping out a fellow tennis player is a testament to his passion for the game, Thank u.
I emerged from the store enlightened.
