Average customer service and poor stock.

I literally had to wait for a long time and several different folks to try out different pairs of shoes. Everybody seemed to be more interested in selling racquets or stringing racquets (Well, then stop selling shoes if that's less profit!)

The stock was even worse. What was said as being available on the website was not at all available in the store and hence I had to end up buying a less than favourable shoe for myself in the end as I had already spent an hour there..

Probably next time, I will try another store before stepping in here
