My kids love science but my family belong to the lower income bracket. We budget Spark memberships for our three kids and two adults. We love it but sometimes looking at the cost is a little hard. It is worth it although heavy on the pocket

This is a great place for families to explore Science and Technology with Hands-On experiences. I found the staff to be enthusiastic and friendly. Plan for about 3 hours or more to see everything.

My almost 3 year-old really loved it. She could spend 30 mins to engage in one activity and then move to the next at Kid creative center. I am considering buy a membership so i can take care there every week.

What a great science centre for kids. So many great hands on activities that you can easily fill a day. Great for all ages. This is a favourite spot of ours on a cold rainy day. My youngest can burn off steam climbing and exploring. The water table is always a hit too.

very Awesome for kids to spend all day. very educated, informative games places and indoor outdoor playgrounds. if u are coming here save the zoo for another day because u will spend the whole day here!

Unless theres an event on it's way too expensive. I was really disappointed that there is an additional fee to see the planetarium show. So after paying $18 admission you see some exhibits then pay $10 more for the show. For a family its not worth the entrance fee unless you get a pass and go frequently

Good place to take the kids too. Lots of fun activities for the children. The dome show however isn't too great as its uncomfortable to view as you will need to strain your head to look at the ceiling. Seats do not recline so try to sit at the back.

We get a seasons pass every year. Completly worth it. My 4 yo loves the water station, exhibits and the experiments the staff do for the visitors. Food is not a typical "kids" menu you find at other places

Visited numerous times with whole family have great fun. We purchased annual membership and we are very happy. The museum offer a few different exhibitions throughout the year. My 5 year old loves the outdoor playground. Giving 4 stars only because of the quality and price of the food that they have there.

This place is children oriented. Youth and adults can barely find anything interesting, interactive and fun to do. Check out Amsterdam's NEMO and compare to Calgary's science museum; enormous difference. Telus Sparks needs to stretch more in exhibitions and tackle 'taboo topics' more.

Need to be more open about price changes when someone is purchasing a gift card. The food court is very expensive, I recommend bringing your own food. Lots to do for the kids and the shows are good and informative.

Attended an all day event in the halls and the sounds of kids playing coming through the walls and doors was annoying. And you had to go wandering a fair distance to the back 40 to find washrooms. They should have signs opposite the hall exit. Under whelmed. Maybe the science stuff is better.

I love this place! So much to see and so much to do. You can go individually or as a group. They offer tours and educational "classes". Everytime I've gone there's something new to see and experience. I've taken kids as they grow and learn over the years and it's fun to watch as they move from one area to another or expand on previous fun activities. Parking is ample and I think it's priced accordingly. Can't wait to go again!

The Junkyard play space for the kids in the back is incredible. Great fun and a wonderful experience for the kids. As an adult bring a book and let your kid learn and play independently. It was a Fantastic day and in the words of my kids the most fun they have had.

Very pricy. We had a wonderful time at the science centre, the demonstrations were entertaining and informative, and the interactive displays were a great way to spend an afternoon. Still hard to get over the price $96 for 2 adults and 2 kids.

It was ok. Staff was very friendly and tried their best but I wouldn't recommend going right now. Its awkward with social distancing, and not especially if you have little ones. Not enough open to actually entertain them. A little disappointing I guess

I wanted to like it so bad, but the whole day here was an exercise in frustration. There was an enormous opening line up (100s of people) but only one till open. There was no signage for washrooms, and when I finally found some using the fire map, a staff member yelled at me for going down a hall I shouldn't. There was no sign saying I shouldn't go, and I said so, and she said, "Yeah, we're getting one." Well that's fine but don't yell at your customers for your own inadequacy!

The exhibits were pretty good. A few were out of order but you can expect that where kids are involved. There was lots of interactivity, but few explanations. The "energy and innovation" section would be more accurately labeled the "oil industry indoctrination" section.

The cafeteria was expensive as you'd expect, but the food was pretty tasty.

We went with a 3 year old and a 1 year old, and it feels like they didn't get much out of it. Could have just played with Grandpa's knex and saved the admission fee.

Telus Spark is a great place to take family for an indoor adventure during poor weather. The price for the annual "Gold Membership" is reasonable and gets you into almost every they have to offer, and pays for it's self in about 2-3 visits. There is always a traveling exhibit to see if you spread out your trips, and the movies presented in the "Dome Theatre" are educational and entertaining. The staff are great at interacting with children and engaging them in the different learning centres, and put on some really cool experiments for all the guests to enjoy. Parking can be a little bit of a Nightmare on the weekend, however you can take the C-Train to the Zoo and it's only about a 5-10 min walk.

Great for kids, not so much for adults. I ve visited TELUS Spark a few times now and I always seem to leave disappointed. I may be expecting more than the facility is able to offer unfortunately. Typically when I go I ll find multiple exhibits are down for some technical reason. It s also almost always overcrowded with kids. I understand the demographic that TELUS Spark is trying to attract so it s not that bad. But it can get a little tiring when you re also trying to enjoy the space. The Dome theater is a nice idea but not implemented very well. The resolution of the projector is very low and ultimately ends up giving me a headache. I m hoping that TELUS Spark improves over time because the concept behind it is great. But right now it leaves a lot to be desired.

I just found it very costly and had a feeling of let down. Def not as great as I thought it would be. Its more like an expensive educational play place. I felt oike we were missing something but nope. Go across to the zoo instead

My 2 kids love coming here and it's usually a fight when we go home :) So much to do and fun for the whole family. We always buy passes every year which makes is so worth while, paying admission each time is very pricey. Love going.
