Very beautiful resort located in the middle of the desert. Breakfast is amazing and the interior design for the restaurant and all hotel amenities is elegant. The swimming pool is imaginary. You feel that you live in a remote oasis. You will enjoy every moment in this resort. Nice lakes with some birds and ducks. Gazelles are walking around and you can see alot in the resorst.

Very bad stay & experience .... Very bad stay & experience The staff at the hotel is very bad in handling and the responses are extremely rude Inhospitable staff & unfriendly with pretty aggressive replies Unspecified details of housing, residents, and family intimidation (3 families consisting of 5-6 members) Room occupancy & details were not specified, room was reserved through a phone call (large group constinting of 3 families each with 5-6 members), were met with a ridiculous attitude The lack of toilets in the reception after refusing to reserve and needing them with the prayer hall No Water Closets or prayer room in the reception Bad technique in the exit procedures and accusing the family of breakage and sabotage ... something very strange Also bad check out experience with accusations of breaking the room ... really strange policy they have Very bad experience .... very bad experience If I could give a zero I would If I could put a zero I would have chosen nor a star

We absolutely wanted to experience desert nights, so chose this resort. It is between Abu Dhabi and Al Ain and very easy to find (you need a car). First night, we spent in the Villa , which has great desert view, and offers privacy. All these rooms are one floor only and separated from each others - no noise from other guests. Nice outside area with plenty of seating, too. Going for dinner or lunch, you need to call reception, so they will arrange for pick-up (in the resort you may not drive your own car.) Food was satisfactory with a nice choice. Hotel pool not too big, but nicely done and with desert view, infinity style. with little palm-islands. you cannot really swim, but nice to cool down. Overall its a fabulous experience

It is a resort that is distributed over a large area. It is located in the lobby building and has a spa, swimming pool and restaurant. The transfer is by car, and when you call, you can come to your room within 5 minutes and go anywhere you want. You can see the desert in front of the pool and you can see the desert from all over the resort. The swimming pool is located outside and in the center, and there are not many users, so you can relax. It is said that the pick-up service from Dubai Airport is 600AED (advance reservation), and taxis or other services are available. Like nothing to do at Maldives resorts You can be peaceful here too (You can enjoy darts, chess, table tennis, baby football, and more!) The restaurant tastes good too

First of all, it was my unforgettable memory to live in desert resorts, the hotel service were excellent, I was so satisfied with their facilities. Moreover, as I lived in this hotel, there had a huge desert scenery in front of my room. Plus, they also provided for variety packages, I did not feel boring to stay this resort. In my personal opinion and experience that is why I recommend to stay in this desert resort.

Stayed there for one night as a birthday gift for my partner. From the moment we arrived we were treated exceptionally well by the staff. The pictures of this resort simply do not do it justice, the facilities, views and location are absolutely breathtaking. Only mistake that i made, was booking 1 night and not 2!! Thank you Telal for such an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Wonderful place, haven of peace.. very clean, incomparable experience, design and decoration are matching the spirit of desert, comfortable bed, good AC, large and independent villas allowing unique privacy, you feel yourself alone, no sounds except yhr sound wild birds, you see doe at your villa 's door, you take your bath with the desert view from your bathroom window.. food is very good and prices acceptable, you have local desert activitact, I can say more and more but the best is to visit it and spend 2 nights in this wonderful resort. definitely I will be back..

A one of a kind desert Oasis getaway. Perfect for people who wants to stay in and enjoy being away from the city and also for people who wants to engage in desert based activities.

An oasis in the desert Various activities were also prepared. The reception and the rooms are separate and inconvenient to move should call the hotel car. It is gorgeous and can spend comfortably in the room. The food was also delicious.

This place could be nice if it had European management. We booked it because they offer activities like horseriding and safari and we prefere doing that exclusively and not like tourists. Even though the resort was nearly empty the safari was fully booked and we were not allowed to take photos with the horses. So many restrictions. They got some awards and maybe become a bit arrogant because of that. They should not be surprised that there are no guests. 5 stars means the guest should be the most important. Here you aren't. Its a nice resort but a waste of time to come here. At the Burj al Arab they email you in advance if you like to book something so they make sure you have everything.

Hotel very comfortable and very relaxing in the desert between Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Heartwarming welcome. Room (villa) very comfortable and very invested staff. Very good breakfast. We stayed here for two nights and everything was perfect. Special mention at Katheleen (reception) in Palden (driver) and Taoufiq (restaurant). We will come back !

Overall the place was amazing; the whole staff was very attentive to my needs and questions. The front desk lady was superb in her duties as well as the front end manager. He always greeted me by name and was able to answer anything I asked. The drivers were always ready when I called for a ride and the room service was quick and efficient. I even asked for some more shampoo later in the evening and within minutes, housekeeping delivered. He even brought some more bottles the next day without me asking for any more. The only downside was the wait staff in the dining room. They were very attentive to the ladies as they arrived and (maybe since I was alone), I sat many times waiting for a refill or to make my order. Overall, I will come back as it was an amazing place.

They cancel last minute without offering other options (book an other week-end with dicount, advise an other hotel...). Very disappointing, we were so happy to go! Not sure if it is a reliable place...

Unfortunately, any guest is allowed to use the flying camera and photograph anything he wants without taking the consent of the rest of the inmates, even though it is this thing that is against the laws of the state. And any service that you ask, whether in the room or in the restaurant, that you ask, takes a long time, even if you register for any activity, unfortunately, not committed to their appointments. Despite the beauty of the place, its flaws covered its privileges.

It's exceptional in every way possible. The scenery, the staff, the decor and the quality of the rooms. The restaurant food, especially the dessert, let's it down but the breakfast is an absolute must.

The overall experience was amazing. It was quite, relaxing and joyful. few points though, the flies! the long time taken for the food to be served at the restaurant and I wish that by the time I booked by phone that the employee made me aware of all rooms options. I only noticed the villas in the way to our standard room. But overall the stay was pleasant, many thanks for that.

Location The top of the beauty is a desert heritage, far from the traffic of cities, most of the things available in the resort, complete calm and comfortable, easy access to the site.

A fantastic well deserving 5 star resort. If you are in search of a concrete jungle, this might not be for you but if you are in search of a truly desert paradise, nothing comes close to Telal resort. Expect a truly desert resort architecture with an Arabian theme. In the night, lighting has been used effectively. Don't judge until you enter your room; you will be blown away. The staff are trully amazing and the food is great. We thought the price tag was too high until we experienced the service. Take a look around and venture onto the twilight area to have an arial view of the resort. The furniture is pure artistry. Get your camera out. Worth every penny.I will be back.
