ServPro of Delaware did an excellent job of taking care of my basement after our sump pump had failed and everything flooded. Their customer service team was easy to speak to and helpful through out the process. The techs that came out were both very respectful, clean and organized. They were also able to complete everything in one day. I will be recommending this group in the future!

When I had flooding at my house I called Servpro. Their team was on site within 12 hours taking care of the immediate damage. Every member of their team was very professional and their price was very comparable to other businesses. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who has any water damage. Their repairs were top quality and I m highly satisfied with the service that I received.

Every step of my process with Servpro was great. Stacey, Matt, and Keith were all very helpful in getting the appropriate estimates. Later, when the insurance company representing the plumber who caused the damage were slowing the process, they had no problem quickly forwarding the claim information over to my carrier. All the staff in contact with me were prompt, polite, and professional.

I worked with Scott who came out to a potential investment property and did a mold inspection. Julie from the office followed up with me several times and did a great job getting things scheduled. Scott was able to come within hours of me calling the office to check out the mold concerns. He was professional, informative and provided me an estimate for repairs that day. Would definitely recommend!

SERVPRO of Delaware did an awesome job responding to our emergency flooded second story laundry room. I can t say enough about how helpful Scott was in his speedy response and assistance. Their quick response time saved us on the damage. Would definitely use them again.

From scheduling to the technicians arriving and cleaning up our disaster, our experience was phenomenal! Communication and follow-up were excellent. The work that the crew did was amazing and very detailed and proficient. They showed up right on time and worked late into the evening until the job was done. I can really tell that the team members at Servpro of Delaware really cared about offering high-quality service and really care about their customers. Thank you guys so much for helping us out in our desperate time of need. I would absolutely refer you to everyone and hopefully this will never happen again but if it does we know who to call!

With insurance, I am out $0 but I can't say I would recommend this place as it is a huge ripoff and they are out to maximize insurance money and providing very little in return for said money. The crew were very polite and did what they were supposed to, but they aren't working for a very ethical company unfortunately. We had a minor incident with a sump pump in our basement. Prior to this incident, I had gotten all of the carpet up and there wasn't hardly anything on the concrete. So water mainly just got a few carboard boxes and cleaned the concrete. I got what little water did come out in a few hours myself after fixing the floater in the pump and all that was left was doing some drying. This was NOT a bad situation at all. They came out the next day and charged us roughly $3300 to put 15 x fans and 2x dehumidifiers in the basement for 3 days. You could go to home depot and buy the same setup and keep it for LIFE for that cost and still have money left over. Now I know and that is exactly what I'll do next time. They did take the baseboards off (they also won't put them back on so take note of that piece of info they don't tell you). To top all of this off, there's HUNDREDS of dollars (It was almost $1000 of the initial $5100 estimate to put it in perspective) in "Covid" fees to disinfect their equipment which was dirty as hell anyways when they brought it in and nobody in our household has COVID. Exactly what are you cleaning and why are you cleaning it with what apparently is the worlds most expensive Lysol.

Do yourself a favor if you have a minor leak, go to home depot/lowes/your hardware store or online retailer of your choice and just buy your own industrial fans and dehumidifier and keep it for when stuff happens again and save yourself thousands of dollars and don't support predatory companies. Lesson learned on our end.

These guys are efficient and affordable! They got our couch smelling new again after years of owning 2 dogs who think it's their personal bed.

***UPDATE - Servpro returned immediately and explained that job done was for water damage remediation vs mold remediation due to insurance implications. They were able to mitigate and bring the mold numbers significantly down. I am happy now with their promptness and service.

11/7 - Servpro left some equipment at our place for 4 days but did not dry out the place completely and finally after the epa specialist came and verified there was still exponentially high mold count within the garage and bathrooms. Job half done and not satisfied with the service.

The SERVPRO of Delaware Ohio is the best business of its type in town! They were extremely professional, curtious, timely, and helpful. Their work remediating the issues in my Dad's house, helped result in the quick sale of my medically ailing father's house. I recommend them to everyone. Thanks again!!

We had the company out for a quote and they quoted us $4,200 more than other companies in the area. They are a complete rip off. We didn't end up using them due to the extreme price difference but then made us pay $160 for the quote.

I called Servpro twice last week after our basement flooded. They never showed up or called us back. After my first call I followed up with a second cell phone number to call because the first phone was going dead and our power was out at our house. I have been watching Servpro vehicles come and go in our neighborhood for a whole week now and still have yet to hear back from Servpro. I don't understand how you can be so bad at customer service. If they are too busy to help a phone call back would have been appreciated. We had a finished basement with flood insurance. I would avoid this place if you are in a crisis or need immediate assistance. I had a good experience with Sure Clean Disaster Response.

I am very disappointed in the service so far. Our basement flooded and I needed a mitigation service as I am recovering from an injury and cannot possibly do it myself. I found the price to be extremely high for the service provided. Apparently the big dryers used cost a lot of money to operate. I am not looking forward to the power bill. The biggest disappointment is that they did not move any of my art portfolios that happened to be sitting in the part of the basement that had the most water and all of my high-school and college artwork was completely ruined by mold, and still wet over a week after the flooding. Some of it framed artwork. Servpro came out three times telling me that everything was drying well. Job isn't complete yet, and I hope there are no more surprises.

Finally was able to get a week away from the cold weather here in Ohio, so we headed to Miami for some sun and relaxation. We have 2 amazing german shepherd pups that we kenneled for a week. Once we were back in town it was time to get our dogs. About 2AM in the morning the dogs got sick had some really bad poop !! It was a real smelly mess (guess the kennel gave the dogs the wrong food). We cleaned it up as best we could and called Leah at SERVPRO of Delaware first thing next morning. She instructed us on how to keep the area damp until they arrived. Soon Chad and his team were at our home. They cleaned up the bad areas, then cleaned out entire bedroom carpet. We were so impressed that we had them clean our stairs as well. Super fast efficient and the smell was GONE !! Thanks Leah for getting to us SO FAST, I know you have lots of bigger jobs to do, but we really appreciate you helping us out !! - Skip & Julie

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Scott and his team were at our house literally minutes after being contacted about our flooding. They helped get the water stopped and pumped out then made sure everything was dry and helped save as much of our belongings as possible. I would recommend Scott and his team to anyone who could possibly use any of their services. Hopefully we won t need them again but we know they ll be there if we do.

Scott and his team were more than helpful, compassionate and professional while helping with a family crisis at my father s house recently. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance.

This company did an amazing job during our house fire! These guys were quick honest when we had money they found they called us when inventory our house items! The staff were great and I highly recommend this company ! When moving stuff back in only problem we had was a damaged kitchen table but calling them they replaced it without a problem! Thank you Servpro for all you did during our house fire!!!

The owner and his crew came out to my mother's house to clean up after her stroke. He told me he would bill her homeowner's insurance. I told him it wasn't my responsibility and he said he just needed a signature.

After she passed away, a couple of months later, he called to collect, and he was told who to contact to get payment from the Estate. Ten months later, and no phone calls since, he gets collections after me despite the fact it wasn't my responsibility and he mentioned he could bill the homeowner's insurance policy at the time of service.

I'm appalled someone would act like this and do business in this manner by preying on those vulnerable and will say anything just to get business.

Service pro was called out to my home to clean up a flood in my basement. My family did the demolition of the floors and damage to off set the deductible. Now service pro is harassing me for more money. They charged an astronomical amount for the drying only a concrete slab. The contractor had several jobs and my family doing this work was to be a win win for both of us. They are a rip off!!!
