The staff at the hotel is very bad in handling and the responses are extremely rude
Inhospitable staff & unfriendly with pretty aggressive replies

Room occupancy & details were not specified, room was reserved through a phone call (large group constinting of 3 families each with 5-6 members), were met with a ridiculous attitude

The lack of toilets in the reception after refusing to reserve and needing them with the prayer hall
No Water Closets or prayer room in the reception

Bad technique in the exit procedures and accusing the family of breakage and sabotage ... something very strange
