The techboysolutions is one of the best company of software solutions. It has been over 3 years working with this company and i can say it very proudly that this company has the most friendly environment and of course , the owner of this company , is THE Gem. He takes very good care of his employees. Management is also very good and its always there in need.. I would give 10 out of 10 to this company.

This company is just Awesome..Excellent Environment.It takes very good care of its employees. This company is very old and stable. The owner of the company is so humble and down to earth and very friendly. We all work as a family. So Thumbs up from me. Full Five stars to the company.

I've been working with Techboy Solutions from last more than two and half years, as per the work environment, growth and other things I will not hesitate to give five stars.

it's a very bad company to join (not good for freshers and experienced employees). There is full partiality. (even boss is not technical, he don't have idae of any thing what is his goal that how to make his company work.
Not a good company ever to join.

Pros:
Great owners that care about their people. Great work-life balance. Excellent people to work.So much to learn here.

Cons:
None that I can think of.

Advice to Management:
Keep doing what you're doing! I believe that your employees feel valued and appreciated.

One of the best company . Employees are very helpful and supportive. Office environment is also good.

Nice working experience, everything perfectly managed.
