I have bought flowers for my family several times over the past couple of years. The flowers are beautifully arranged and last a long time. I will always choose Kathy and Company Florist.

Amazing & wonderful service and beautiful arrangement! Called from Alaska to Vermont and had a fresh bouquet delivered 3 hrs later that day ! Thank you !

Can't say anything about the flowers because they won't be delivered until late afternoon Mother's day though they were ordered lasr Friday.

Kathy and Company supplied the flowers for my wedding in 2016. They were a pleasure to work with and the flowers were gorgeous! They were even able to supply flowers for my hair. I would recommend them to anyone that is getting married!

We went in to the process not really knowing what we were looking for but Kathy was able to help us with our vision and bring it to life and was very helpful on the day of with arrangement set up and execution. I walked in and was given helpful advice regarding flowers on a budget - I had a bouquet composed as a gift for under $25 featuring high quality flowers and greenery arranged beautifully. They also sell a great selection of lovely locally-made cards for most occasions. I would definitely recommend Kathy and Co. for plants and flowers!

I called from Maine asking for something bright and lasting for my daughter who would have very long stay at the University of Vt Medical Center in Burlington. The gal sd she had the perfect thing a bright red plant with some greenery in it for about 70.00. I went with it.
After arriving here I saw it and asked Kathleen how she liked it? She made an awful face..its all greenery with these tiny red flowers u can barely see. So disappointed..would have preferred cut flowers to that mess. Wanted to call and have them come get it and exchange for something less depressing. She cannot even keep it watered. Poor choice. :(

This is one of my favorite places when it comes to my flower needs for special occasions. They offer a lot of good stuff, so you should try to.

I have stopped into the store on the fly twice now. Once was just after closing, but Kathy welcomed me in and put together a beautiful arrangement for my sister s birthday. The first arrangement was equally as beautiful. Very pleased with my experiences thus far!

I had to make a last minute (Saturday at 1am) order and they were the only one who could do a turn around in less than 12 hours!! The flowers delivered were absolutely stunning - I wish I had a photo to post. The recipient was so happy with them. Thanks for everything!

She helped me fit the bouquet into my budget, had the patience of a saint when I called her a 2nd time to read back the wording for the card to be included and the text with the image of the finished bouquet was AWESOME! It made me feel like I was still part of the process, even though I wasn't there to deliver the flowers to myself. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for helping me cheer up my little sister.

Called on short notice for an all white arrangement with just a few requests.

They did a spectacular job and it was ready in a couple of hours.

Staff was friendly and very helpful, listing all the options available (a lot).

Support local businesses and give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

The flowers were decent, they weren't exactly what I ordered, but I was told this may be the case. I feel like for the price tag on my bouquet a little bit more effort could have went into finding better replacement flowers and the overall appearance of the bouquet. I suppose I am a little bit disappointed in the product, but if the recipient enjoys them, I will gladly post a higher rating. For now though, my rating will stay as three stars, for the flowers were nothing more than satisfactory.

Wonderful experience! My order was delivered without any problems, although I made a mistake in the recipient address. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! I'd recommend to everyone around Burlington area.

Nice flower arrangements but once they get your name, they hound you almost every other day... EVEN after repeated web unsubscribe attempts and 2 emails directly - with promise to fix it. At this point they may have lost a customer here.

I ordered flowers for my sister who was in the hospital. We live out of state so have never dealt with this florist before. The arrangement sent did not look close to what I paid for them, and I live in one of the most expensive areas of the country. I feel like I would have made out better with an online florist.

Wonderful service. I called from MT to get flowers sent to my mother in law in VT and they delivered the perfect vase. I highly recommend Kathy and Co!

I've been to Kathy and Company four times now to get different arrangements, and they've always met my expectations. They helped me decide what to get, what to pair it with, and advised me on how to take care of the flowers. In person, their customer service is stellar. I have not ordered online or over the phone, so I can't speak to that. Parking is limited. They do deliver. Their prices are slightly above average for the area, but since I've always walked out happy, I don't mind. I would recommend.

Stopped in after sneaking out with my wife's ID on her birthday weekend trip to Burlington to get the advertised "Free Rose if its you birthday". Was told I could not pick up the Rose unless she came in with me. Totally would have ruined the surprise. Bought flowers elsewhere. Disappointed.

This florist has always done an amazing job with beautiful fresh flowers and arrangements where you look and say 'wow'. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

Consistently great service, and beautiful flower arrangements. I am in Nashville and my wife has to commute to Burlington. Kathy always makes something special for me that reminds my wife that I'm thinking of her and that I love her.

Outstanding shop to deal with. Needed flowers to the hospital for a family member who just went in. I'm 800 miles away. the shop did a great job and the flowers were loved by all.

I was sending flowers to a friend who had knee replacement. Told the florist to be creative, do something out of the box. WOW!!! They out did them selves. The arrangement was absolutely stunning. I wish I could post pictures. Their customer service is great. DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO ORDER FLOWERS!!!! Thank you.

Great service!! They did an amazing job getting a beautiful Christmas cactus, balloon and teddy bear to the hospital. My niece was very happy which makes me happy.

A friend ordered balloons for my birthday and had them delivered on a Friday evening. By Sunday evening the balloons were in a puddle on the floor - my birthday on Monday had nothing to show. V-E-R-Y disappointing

Kathy and Company did my flowers for my wedding and they turned out PERFECT! She was such a great person to work with and even though I never met with her in person (I now live out of state) she executed my vision better than I could have thought myself. People were commenting about my flowers and bouquets all day.

Worst experience with a florist ever! Job was not completed on time at all and product looked sloppy and half assed.

Flowers were delivered to my daughter same day, for free, and she called me crying because they were so beautiful!! I ve ordered from Kathy & Co probably about 5 times over the last couple years and they are always professional, friendly and most importantly - the arrangements are ALWAYS top notch!!

I ordered flowers over the telephone and gave Kathy' and Company a wrong St. #. A little after 6pm the driver contacted me to confirm, stating that there was no #7. Again, I confirmed the Street number that he repeated to me and I described the house. He called me back and said the house I described was 37 not 7. I apologized to him for my mistake. He went above and beyond to ensure that my order was delivered and even thanked me for helping him find the right house. This is certainly exceptional service! I highly recommend Kathy and Company.

Kathy supplied the flowers for my son's wedding in Burlington VT September 2019. I am a landscape designer. The bride and I gave her some basic guidance, colors, and looks. I am pretty particular. She ran with it and hit it out of the park. They were beautiful and we were thrilled. Nice job!

Wonderful flowers and a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed after placing my most recent order - which was cancelled without issue after the delivery to the hospital failed due to the recipient being discharged. They cancelled the order no problem and even recommended a local florist. I will now go here for all my future floral arrangement needs :)

From start to finish, I cannot speak more highly of my incredible experience with Kathy and Co! Staff are beyond friendly and helpful. I spoke with Taylor on the phone, and she was extremely knowledgeable and nice, making the whole process so quick and easy for me! I decided to let them have complete creative control of my arrangement, and boy, was I glad I did! The arrangement that they did for my friend was above and beyond my expectations. I am so happy that I decided to call them! So grateful that Burlington finally has someone who does eloquent, modern designs now. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Kathy and Company for several years whenever I needed flowers. Over the last 2 years I've had a handful of lousy experiences, culminating in the last two times I'll ever set foot in this shop. They seem to have forgotten that without the customer, they can't run a business.

My friend had sudden surgery and they delivered this lovely bouquet to her home the very next day. I love supporting a local shop instead of a big company these days. Glad to see this local business still alive!
