My experience with this company has been absolutely wonderful They are helpful, professional and caring. Highly recommend.

CRC has done a great job of taking care of a relative. They have nice rooms, and several communal areas where you can come to hang out while visiting. Art classes, bingo, drumming, and more...the social calendar is full of many options for residents. And the new renovation, once completed, is going to be fantastic.

I liked this place. I went here for an interview and ended up on a tour. I am trying to convince my grandmother to move here. They have a few different areas to fit the needs of their guest. There Is an assisted living area, an area for people with alzheimers and dementia, a nursing home section, and a rehabilitation area. The staff really get to know the residents and know their needs. I was surprised because with so many residents you wouldn't expect them to be that close to each one. And the food there is really good.

This place is severely understaffed. No receptionist to direct you. If you have a loved one here you are on your own finding them.

I worked at Chelsea Retirement Community for several years. It was a wonderful experience for me. The leadership team cares about all of the residents and staff. As a nurse I am always thinking about resident satisfaction above all. The leadership team made it clear that resident care is always the #1 priority! The President and CEO are phenomenal, and the best bosses and coaches I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I love the beautiful, peaceful atmosphere of this community. Towsley Village has an excellent memory care program. If I had a loved one in need of any of the services they provide, I would not hesitate to drive 75 miles to visit, knowing that my loved one is safe and well cared for. If it was not 75 miles from my home I would have worked there until retirement.

Such a wonderful peaceful place. All types of care and Wonderful staff. I love visiting folks there. Lots of activities and things to do. A great place to age.

The grounds are beautiful and the staff is really attentive and professional. Due to COVID I havent been inside except to peek in a window. It looks nice and clean with private rooms and baths. Nice so far
