I love that there is something for every age at our YMCA and my kids love the sunshine pool!!

Great place for my kids. Helps keep them on a positive, healthy path in life.

Wonderful place to come to. Please sign up for the You fit classes. Instructor Charlie W. Is great at making sure you get the "wow" experience. I simply feel blessed to have the opportunity to share my day with some friends of the Wilkes Family YMCA .

The pool is always an interesting experience. Especially the one foot deep outdoor one.

The Wilkes family Ymca is an amazing place! They have everything to make your workout right! I love their service, and how they welcome ALL people! I would 100% agree that the Wilkes family Ymca is a wonderful place and that you should think about going there!

Best Hydrotherapy spa,dry heat,steam sauna,80 degree pool

This ymca changes there rules all the time. The woman at the front wouldn t let us in because of a rule they only inforce when they want. We went yesterday got in fine and now the decide they want to change what rules they Inforce. This place is unfair. 0/10 do not recommend giving them your money.

I will not be coming back to this family ymca ever again!!! Worst customer service! And the workout room is to small! Will not be coming back at all. They made me wait 30 minutes just to get a racket & not even that they owe me 10$. Very disappointed.

For those who travel to Wilkesboro, just a heads up that the day fee is PRICEY... $10 for a weight room/cardio area that is the size of an apartment complex gym (I'm not talking about the basketball court, pool, etc.). I am comparing this to the Gold's that I work for that is $16.24 for a day pass- that is a beautiful, brand new, and 10 times bigger than this. If your in town for a few days, I would recommend heading to a full-sized gym called "New Life" at 1985 NC-16, Millers Creek, NC 28651. The guy who owns it is such a sweet heart!

If I could give a negative star review I would! Soo hateful to work with, haven t used membership in a month and Called to cancel and was told it was cancelled then the auto-draft came out and they refused to refund!! Don t recommend at all!

Just joined yesterday but I can already tell this is a special place. Looking forward to trying all areas. Great and friendly staff as well.

I love going to the Wilkes family YMCA, the ladies in the child watch room do a wonderful job of watching my toddler and my baby. The facilities are impeccibly clean, the locker rooms are very nice. I wish they would fix the bathing suit dryer for the women's bathroom, but thats okay. The staff are wonderful, always nice and informative.

Really helpful staff! Almost comprehensive gym and pool. Membership charges are pretty nominal. The pool maintenance could have been done better but considering the low occupancy it is alright.
