After a long search, my husband and I finally bought a used second vehicle from James a couple of weeks ago. Many test drives were done and many sales people were encountered, and I can honestly say the experience we had working with James the internet sales manager was by far the best. He was very pleasant to deal with, and was interested in making sure we got a deal that worked for us. Not much haggling on the price as we felt the list price was generally fair for what we were getting, but there were a couple of items that James worked with us on to make sure we walked away happy. No nonsense, no games... he's a straight shooter and wants to get the deal done. Janie in finance was also great. This was not a high pressure environment, you level with them, they will level with you and hopefully you end up with a great car for a fair price and no stress. Highly recommended doing business with James if you're in the market.

I just bought a car from team ford which is Ford Explorer .Pi has been great in helping us making the right choice. All thanks to his knowledge and hard work. Dealership is awesome .I ll always recommend him and Team ford to everyone.

Jay listened to what I wanted in a new truck, found me the exact one, and had it delivered faster than I thought possible. This is my 7th new vehicle purchase and by far it's been the best one yet.

I wont be back to this place.. I have been to a lot of dealerships and this one is at the bottom. The truck I drove was ticking like it had an exhaust leak and the 'Sales Manager' tried telling me that I basically didnt know what I was talking about and that all Dodge Pickups made that sound.
When I tried to negotiate, he basically laughed at me and said there was no room for negotiating.. complete waste of my time. NEXT!!

I went in for a few recall corrections on my Ford Escape. I was approached by Collette Cullen, she asked how my stay was. Offered me a beverage and essentially hung out with me for the whole of my stay there. She showed me some vehicles and did her best to convince me it was time to trade up, I am entirely in love with my current vehicle so it was a no go, but the time she took and the service she offered has me knowing EXACTLY who I will be going to when I do purchase my next vehicle.

Well when I first walked in the door Dreighton noticed me looking for some one he told me that person didn t work there anymore so he said can I help ya sure I said I m looking for to getting into the new Food Ranger he said come on with me I ll set you up with one, so we went to his desk then he asked me what I was looking for I said 2020 Ford Ranger with all the bells and Whistles so he found nod and bring it to front he showed me all the settings very clearly he new Exactly one he was talking he answered all my questions whit huge confidence he s one of best sales representatives I ve ever met in all of I talked too.
He got the paper work going Immediately and he took me step by step it was the fastest time ever getting this all done and he still reaches out to me in regards on how I like the 2020 Ranger it is awesome awesome I would recommend Dreighton to anyone I know that would be interested in the new Ford Ranger. Is a very easy going and kind guy too talk it was awesome new experience for me here at Team Ford especially with Dreighton he just made it Rememberable. Dreighton for all your help I will pas this along as much as I can.

Jay was great and answered all questions quickly, and honestly. I live 500 km out of edmonton and did all negotiating over the phone. Team ford, and Jay, kept true to their word and I got the deal as advertised and spoken about. Highly recommend.

I had all but given up on finding a vehical that meet all my expectations. But then I walked into team ford the staff where nice they have hot chocolate an overal welcoming environment! I had asked for a test drive in the ford escape and they whent the extra mile as far as showing me a car in the exact colour I wanted! Needless to say I was quick to take the wheele and now im happily driving my new leased ford escape that came at a price a can afford and a drive I absolutely love.

I tried at freedom ford and they give me worst finance rate although I qualified for lower rate of interest. I m happy to get the best deal at team ford

I have had my vehicle in THREE times over the past several months, with up to $3000.00 put in to the 2013 escape, in the attempt to fix the problem - of which do date, they have NOT solved the issue. The service staff working on our vehicle have been wonderful, but we have been informed that management will no longer let us use Enterprise for our rental company of choice, while they attempt to fix our vehicle for the fourth time - because we refused to pay for the time it took for them to re-order a part that they had ordered wrong in the first place!! (Enterprise agreed with us, because they DO care about their clients). I'm at a loss as to why it is our responsibility to pay for Team Ford's mistakes. Extremely disappointing to know that management at Team Ford are not even slightly interested in keeping their customers happy - considering that we have been more than accommodating with them. ***UPDATE: the owner commented on my post that s/he wants us to contact them - we did. They refused to service our vehicle. We go to City Ford now - and love them.

I had geart experience with team firs. Mr Piyush helped me and my husband to find the best deal for us.

I have a 2012 F150 it came with a 60K 3 year warranty Bumper to Bumper, I purchased the Bumper to Bumper extended warranty package for another 2 years and 60K to make 120K.
My Main 60K warranty period was expiring soon so I called the dealership to find out if I need to get a list of small items repaired before expiry. The person I spoke to in finance said "No because you have an extended warranty"
Now it turns out I have a bill to pay because many of the items are "not covered on the extended warranty"
Seem Fair?????

If 1 thing is clear in my mind is the TEAM FORD does not care, what so ever, about the people living right across from the dealership. Even though the community was installed long before the TEAM FORD's location was erected. The car alarms go off EVERY single day early in the morningND all day long. Even after asking very politly to please stop it with the noise that can be avoided. A petition is being seen, understood and signed by the landlords in the neiboorhood in order to either have them paye a fee for controlable noise complaint or have them go to small claims court and pay off the landlords each time they go crazy with the car alarms. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Purchased a new Ford Edge. Gentleman who helped me, Dale Willimus, was great! Easy to work with and helped make it easy. And he helped clean up the little things right away as needed.

Spent the better part of 2 days dealing with Chris Powers trying to find the right vehicle based on my needs. He actually sold me a vehicle with less options than I "thought" I needed. I recently posted a review regarding a negative experience I had at Team Ford. And in just hours after posting, the general manager, Jamie Jasman, called me directly to address the issue himself.

He was calm, understanding, and professional, dealing with my concerns promptly, with no BS.

I understand that no one is perfect, so I gave Team Ford the opportunity to make it right, and they did so tastefully.

Gus is your guy if you want a great salesman.

And Stephen (service manager) makes sure you're taken care of, front to back, and tells you straight.

If you want a good experience buying or serving a vehicle, go to Team Ford. If they don't get it right, speak up, and they'll rectify your issue. If you think the service is slow, be cognizant of the fact that their service department is one of the busiest in the city. And it's busy for a reason!

Service department hands down the best experience I have ever had. Shaun Merritt is one of the best advisors I've ever had the pleasure dealing with and recommend him to anyone and everyone. If your looking for the best service experience I highly recommend going to see Shaun Merritt and have him look after you. I promise you won't be disappointed. He makes you feel like your the most important person and keeps you up to date with the progress of your vehicle. He will even work with you to get you the BEST prices as well.

My sales associate was Joey Jabz and he's was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I had some unique requests as a part of the lease I wanted and he was able to accommodate all my needs. I even needed to take the vehicle for a night for company decaling and he set me up with a dealer plate to ensure I didn't miss my important appointment.

If I could give more than 5 stars to Joey at Ford I would.

The finance team was great too, very efficient and open throughout the entire process.

3rd truck for Team Ford and I will be returning for all my other vehicle purchases in the future.

Came into Team Ford with very specific requirements of a 2017 Escape that I was looking to buy, Gus was able to find me the exact Escape I was looking for and by the next day it was deliver to the dealership and ready for me to pick up. It was a great experience from the second I walked in the door to driving my new Escape home. A big thanks to Gus for being so helpful and an extremely friendly salesman to work with.

Had a small issue after the delivery of the vehicle which might have been considered a negative. Jonathan Stoski (Sales Manager), Sean Ellis and Jennifer in the body shop sorted it out quickly, exceeding my expectations, again I highly recommend this dealership.

Got the truck I wanted with all the addons (mud flaps, tonneau cover, command start, heated seats.)

I have purchased vehicles from this dealership in the past, received a mediocre experience, i ve dealt with two other dealerships in the city where the experiences were fantastic, this dealer acted as if I was an inconvenience for them, I would receive a text message asking if they can call me, then wouldn t hear from them for three days and have my phone calls and text responses ignored. Three days to have A question answered is ridiculous...
I will no longer wait I just purchased a new vehicle from another dealership yet again. (Before they would even respond back to me)
I will not return.

Honestly if I could give zero stars at this point I would. I ve been having issues with my vehicle for the past two weeks and every time I call and get transferred to parts & services , it either goes to voicemail or they hang up on me mid sentence (don t know if it s a line connection or what) . However, after about countless phone calls and unreturned voicemails, I called again, stressing the urgency of my problem. I received no apology for the lack of care given by this ford dealership, instead they took my name so someone could call me after the long weekend and then hung up, but did not even take my number so I honestly do not expect to hear back from them again. I m honestly to the point where I have zero reason to drive a Ford if the ford dealership will not help me fix the issues I m having with their own vehicle. Such a disappointment.

Farhan was very friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgably and knows exactly what he is doing. He took the time to make sure that his customer was satisfied with his service and went through everything step-by-step. He went above and beyond my expectations and I was very happy with the excellence service that he had provided. I would highly recommend Farhan s proficiency to other family members and friends.

Very sleazy and unprofessional car dealership. As soon as they had my finances, their service flipped south. When I went to pick up my vehicle after them having it for 8 days, they did not nothing in the contract they were supposed to. Guy I bought from knew exactly what time I was coming and had 3 other people in his chair trying to make another sale, instead of give me the keys, put plate on etc. I stood there for 10 min as he said his manager was coming to help but nobody came. The car got sat in dirt in the same spot I parked after test drive. It was filthy outside and in. They just gave me the keys and screws to do it myself and said bye. The manager tried telling me they just got it back from detailing today when he went outside to look at it he said oh ya, sorry nothing we can do now Also in the contract, the windshield was supposed to be replaced. It was not and they offered me half of what it actually costs to make up for not replacing!! I had to call and make my OWN appointments and take my own time off to get this done. They could not offer me anything (even a loaner car for the day or even my detail they said they would do) to make up for this JOKE of a service. DO NOT go to this place unless you want to be ripped and have slimy car salesman in your face to make a quick sale. They will not appreciate your service whatsoever.

Very helpful sales man. Seemed like he was willing to go above and beyond to get the vehicle I wanted. Even after the sale he is still willing to help with any questions. All around a great experience.

Had my vehicle fixed at team ford and the service was friendly and my vehicle fixed quickly. Only criticism would be that they don t reserve a rental for you so if they run out your out of luck. Having said that the rental company went out of their way to find me a vehicle and one was ready for me within an hour. They even stayed a little late to ensure everything was ready for me to drive my vehicle home. Thanks guys!

This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I agreed to a set price and was told that was the price I was getting the car for. I said no to all the add ons then all the service went down hill from there. Everyone was rude to me. They were kinda done with me after I said I didn't want the add ons. I was so excited to get the car I didn't properly go over the final bill of sale but $1000 was added on I didn't realize it till later. Another thing if you don't want the add ons make sure you tell them that. You don't have to buy them. The prices of the add ons have got ridiculous. It's to bad because this dealership has the Go auto Brand. I don't recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever buy a car or take it for repairs there.

I I needed a new rig, so I popped in. Store was clean not everyone was the friendliest but my sale guy was the bomb. His name was chris powers if you need a new rig you need to go see this guy. Funny as hell and got me a deal I beleive to be absolutely phenomenal I don t leave much reviews so if your reading this know this guy treated me good enough to log on here and do this to see him !

We are in early stages of buying a vehicle! So for our research purposes we reached to Team ford and had Manny as our source of information. Manny is simply the best, no high pressure or pushy sales. Once we have made a decision, we'll come see Manny for sure !

Worst experience of my life. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. The customer service was in shambles the management are snakes if you absolutely have to go here I feel bad for you. They will con you into buying a vehicle you don't want and smile the whole time they are screwing you over. This company should not be in business. I honestly wish I had never spoken to anyone that worked here. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. I beg of you to go to a much more reputable dealership. This dealership should have their license revoked and then leveled to build something more useful to the area like a gym.

We own a 2017 Ford F150 - not impressed - extended warranty?? We had to replace the a computer board and pay for it! - and then to top it off it will not communicate with the truck... seriously - Team Ford knew we had this problem and that they would only have it for one day - nothing got done - but charged us $160.65 for looking at it.... nice job... not!! Now we have to take it somewhere - for this to get fixed - no Air conditioning - doors will not lock - drivers window will not go down.... like seriously you knew the truck was coming in.... time to switch dealerships!!

Fourth vehicle bought from Team Ford. Excellent people and in my opinion, the best dealership to deal with in Edmonton. Once again they bested our expectations with the vehicle and deal that was presented.

Aaron is a very knowledgeable sales person. He is straight forward and can answer any questions or concerns that you may encounter when looking at a vehicle. If you have any questions he's your man.

Service was a joke. I brought my brand new truck in for service they cracked the windshield changing the wiper blades. Left a cover half reasembled underneath that fell off. And today the passanger side wiper comes flying off ...all within that one oil change service. ... 3 times I have to bring my truck in for their dumbness...just plain patethic....

The experience was great, both the Salesman Steven and the Finance Ricardo. Explained everything, when I had question they helped out. If you're going to Team Ford ask for Steven, knows his cars/ trucks. He isn't pushing, doesn't get in your face, so many think they have to get up in your face to make the sale. I prefer the knowledge, if they know the vehicles, and what can they tell me about them. Maybe I am just old school, and I am not that old, but if a salesman gets in my face I close up or walk out. In the last couple of weeks we bought a truck and car, from steven, and Ricardo explained why now was the best time and not to wait even another month. This wasn't our plan, but I don't regret doing it, I am driving a nicer car and my payments are less.

Best ford dealer in Edmonton, I got the best price with my Ford Edge. When I got the problem with my car, the repair service is amazing. Jeff explained all details to me, and I got my car only a few days.

Took my truck in to get an diagnostic done to figure an issue I was having and to get it fixed. The service writter Jessica was extremely helpful. Was very thorough in making sure the technician got all the details of the issue. Was very pleasant and friendly and the whole time my truck was in the shop she made sure to keep me posted on time frames and progress. I definitely recommend Team Ford for thier maintenance facility as the staff is great and it's a clean shop. Also having a rental facility right on site is fantastic!
