The salesman Corey was great. He took the time to go over my truck and took interest in my truck build. Finance woman was very pleasant and went over all paperwork with me. Very pleased with Team Ford overall.
Unfortunately our experience wasn t the greatest at Team Ford, promises made by the Sales Manager were not followed through on and overall there just seemed to be a great deal of miscommunication between the sales and financial team. That being said we still purchased our vehicle as the one silver lining was how great our salesperson, Eric L. was! He treated us with the utmost respect and took the time to answer any and all of our questions- if he didn t have the answer, he found out rather than giving us incorrect information and ya having to deal with the consequences later. Team Ford is very lucky to have him there and we would definitely visit him again for our vehicle needs despite the unnecessary issues caused by other employees. We would give Eric 5+ stars... but the experience we had no more than 2.
UPDATE- Unfortunately I feel like we need to adjust our rating even lower. My husband and I had let any issues go that we had with Team Ford, but after being contacted about trying to rectify our issues, the disappointment continued. The dealership reached out to us, we did not contact them. We kept being told that a Sales Manager would be contacting us as well as Eric our salesperson, we have yet to ever hear from a Sales Manager but once again Eric followed through and contact us. We were offered an oil change at Team Ford for our troubles, but because we live 2 hours away we said sorry but we didn t feel that was appropriate because we would have to take a day off work to drive there and end up paying more in expenses because of the distance than the oil change is worth. We were asked what they could do to, and then we didn t hear from them again. We had to contact Eric, two weeks after it hearing anything, (which later we found out has since moved to another dealership which is definitely a loss for Team Ford) he explained he d contact Team Ford to get them to follow up with us. We are still waiting... and getting tired of the lack of and miscommunication, especially since it was them that initiated contacting us again. This entire situation could have been avoid if at the very beginning we had the original Sales Manager just apologize to us and admit he made promises he had no influence on, we were never looking for any compensation, just improving on communication and acknowledgement that mistakes were made, but still nothing.
Trace and the Team made my experience go very well and he was super accommodating to my needs and busy schedule. He went above and beyond what I would expect from a rep. Thank you.
I bought an F 150 from Sean Ellis last week. Sean took his time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and he was very easy to deal with. Even days after the deal was done he called to make sure everything was good and even delivered some hats and mugs after his work day. I would recommend Sean if your going to team Ford.
I had been to many of the other Ford dealerships in the city, and none was more accommodating to my needs as team Ford was, my salesman PI was awesome he got the trade in value I wanted and made it work for the car I wanted, my finance guy Jason ogore was the best finance guy I ever dealt with he went and made it happen for me, he ever stayed late too finalize the deal for me and I didn't have to play telephone tag with him best car buying experience I have had I would recommend team ford especially pi and Jason

Service here is great! After buying my 2012 truck here I ve always taken it back for all my fluid changes. I ve never had to wait too long for any customer request and they always do their best to make me happy. The free car wash is a bonus when I get any service to my vehicle!

Last Week I was contacted by Team Ford, they expressed interest in my 2015 F-150 XLT. I agreed to meet them on March 2nd. At the beginning of the appointment I made it clear (or so I thought) what parameters for a new deal would be acceptable for myself. Apparently the sales rep I dealt with, J.J. , didn't understand (or care to recognize that we talked about them at all). After going for a drive in a truck that had less equipment than the one I started with and was also the least acceptable of my list of unacceptable colours. We started to talk numbers... He tried to convince me that a bi-weekly payment half of my monthly payment were equivalent (they aren't, an equivalent bi-weekly payment will be less than half a monthly payment since you are making 26 of them in a year not 24). After hammering away for an extended period of time over numbers (more than 45 minutes) I suggested that we call it a night because we weren't close to making a deal. J.J. insisted we were in fact close and started to look for a different truck for me. He came back to me with a coworker and a number on a new 2016 Lariat, the number was a little higher than I wanted, but in the ballpark. They told me that they would contact their superiors the next morning and 'get back to me the next day'. Almost a full week later they still haven't contacted me.... even though they had my contact information from several sources.... I guess it got put in the same place as all the details he overlooked at the beginning of the encounter.... One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

Got my car fixed there and customer service is amazing. Although it takes a while before I got my vehicle back due to back order on parts. But they got the job done perfectly so no complaints. Charlie helps me out thoughtout the process and update with status. Highly recommended!
Don't waste your time. Team ford made buying experience an absolute nightmare. Ordered vehicle in August for December delivery, show up with a check on the day it was said to arrive and they don't know if the vehicle even got ordered or its whereabouts. Reorder exact vehicle minus an $800 add-on for April delivery. Salesmen avoids questions when asked for build sheet or bill of sale, quote anything on numerous occasions. Vehicle shows in April they want an extra $2700 and jerk around on negation when I had already signed the original bill of sale with an agreed price and VIN of the vehicle. Salesmen says and I quote, "management doesn't even want to sell you the vehicle." Do yourself a favour and take your business somewhere else where it is valued.
Kelly Zack was great to deal with. We had promises from the Used Car Sales Manager to find us replacement tires (the tires that were on the used truck we purchased were almost bald) which were never honored. When we talked to Kelly after over a month of getting the run around, he was extremely apologetic and advised us that he thought we had been looked after. He advised us that the Sales Manager we were dealing with suddenly left the dealership 3 days prior. He promptly spoke with the new Used Sales Manager & we had our tires installed the next day. ZERO stars for the service we rec'd from Tim, the previous Sales Manager. 4 stars for Kelly & the "new" Sales Manager.
Rochelle was great to deal with and very knowledgeable about vehicles. I drove a hard bargain and Rochelle and Team Ford delivered in the end. Rochelle even picked me up at Edmonton International Airport when I came up from Calgary to pick up my vehicle. Can't ask for anything more than that!
Trace was the salesman that I had. He worked with me a couple of times in the past He went out of his way to help. Things didn't work the first time . But he tried his best. But this time he put me in a truck that fit all the things I was looking for .hats off to him. Did care for the guy that did Finance. But that's another story. Trace did a great job. Would recommend him to my friends.

Would avoid this dealership if possible. We have had so many issues with our 2013 Ford Edge which was purchased new from this dealership. We have had to go back multiple times to fix the same issues and it still isn't satisfactory and now we are outside the warranty period. They even crashed our car while it was in for an oil change and then when the body work was completed they didn't even connect the front bumper to the bracket so it was falling off. Quite a few people in the service department have a terrible attitude and could use a lesson or two in customer service.
Excellent service provided by sales person Mani and manager Joban. I did my own extensive search but finally they found me a better truck from their inventory.
I got new F150 from pitiable and DC and got very good price and the truck of my choice. They have got huge selection of trucks and made the process easy for buyer.

About a year ago I trade in dodge. Was sopost to get 6000 back in the mail,s nothing that was jan 2019. Yesterday call in about that ranger that on Kijiji for 42339. Says come with 3" leaving and all call in they say it 55000. The first rip off I am ok with but number 2 new ford most likely not there. The star rating go to service. Service is very good. So you know team this bad review would not have happened if you guy did true advertising. When I did buy my ford Ford platinum f 150 diesel was SAME WAY STILL DID IT. I was not to smart. Just watch your paper work over there
A few weeks ago I purchased a Ford Fusion from Team Ford. My salesperson, Brooke, did a great job finding me exactly what I was looking for. At no point did I ever feel pressured by sales tactics like I have at other places, and over all had a relaxing time shopping for a new vehicle, will definitely be back again in the future. The service department charged me for service they did not provide. Normally, this would be considered fraud, however, I am more inclined to call this negligence, because the person in charge of ensuring my vehicle receive service appeared incompetent. Communication with him was poor and questions were not answered in a timely fashion. It leads me to wonder what I've been charged for in that past that was not addressed.
Update - took my car to NISKU FORD and they did everything that Team Ford couldn't. They communicated with me, provided great customer service and above all, fixed my car!
SERVICE REVIEW I made an appointment for first thing Monday a week in advance. I had to call on Tuesday as I hadn't heard anything and was told they'd get to it the next day. Heard nothing Wednesday. Called Thursday morning and was informed it hadn't been looked at. When I went to remove my vehicle from them, it took close to 45 mins because not only was it covered in a foot of snow, it also ironically wouldn t start for them (the reason I brought it in). LEO was completely unapologetic, said "what do you want me to say?" and told me that they can t predict the future (why make appointments then?...). I can appreciate that this may be a busy time of year for them, but if they knew they were that backed up, they should at least inform the customer of such (or perhaps not be argumentative when they are in the wrong). Not only did I waste time on my day off to bring my vehicle in but I was also 2 hours late to work when I picked up my car as I had to bring it elsewhere for servicing.
THE worst dealership I have ever been to. The salesman was beyond clueless. I was the one who ended up showing him which cars Ford is selling in the 2020 models. He literally had no clue and responded with 'oh my manager told me'. How on earth does a Ford employee not know what cars FORD sells!?!?
THREE CHEERS for Alex, Jessie and Jade Siffledeen!!! They put in more time and effort than I had ever experienced before. They took me out of a bad situation with another dealer and let me walk away with piece of mind and a smile on my face! Now I won't go to anyone else but them. I'm on my second new F-150 and so is my daughter and her husband. That's four new vehicles in two years! Nothing is too small a detail for them to ensure that you are happy..and I am!! Team ford is one of the best dealerships i have visited. Tej Sindu was my sales person. He was very informative and helpful in answering all of my questions. He stayed in contact with me throughout the procedure and also after i brought the new vehicle home he called and check if ever feels good. My ford escape SEL 2020 is very nice to drive. Its very satisfying for me to use all of its awesome features and i do not regret this buy. Jermy the general manager was also very nice and helpful to me. I recommend everyone to go to team ford for the vehicle purchase.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received at a dealership. Was looking to purchase a vehicle off kijiji and brought it to them for a full body inspection. Told them I was borrowing the vehicle and it had to be done between 8 and 4 so I could bring it back. Booked an appointment for 830, dropped it off at 815 and they told me an appointment is just a drop off time not when they would actually look at it. Had to come grab it at 5 and bring it to the guy waiting for his vehicle without the inspection done. What a joke. Never returning.

Bait and switch, I called asked how much is it to replace a serpentine belt, I was told 70 plus the part and was offered a free rental but when they looked at car they also want to replace the water pump so they quote me 950+
I said no just replace the belt and they told me it will 860 I would only save 90 dollar for the pump, they I told them that's crazy so they said they would call me back, after they called back they said its 120 for the part and 120 for service.
I went there and gave them the belt since I bought it for 40 dollars, now they said they will charge me 170 for labour and it's a good deal because it should be 1.5 hours. Wow
I now know where not to bring my car.
Also I seen the original paper work for the quote on his desk and it showed 1300 dollars so I am wondering if he said 950 and once complete it will be 1300?
Also please note all the 5 star reviews are new car buyers, of course you will rate them 5 stars once u buy a car so dont pay attention to those reviews as they are probably asked to leave the review so they can hide the 1 star reviews.
My experience was great, it took some time to finally find the vehicle I wanted, and Joban was very helpful throughout the process and went above and beyond. He works patiently and carefully to make sure all my demands were met within my fix limit. Great help team ford.

Thank you to Corey and the team (Jamie, Chris, Jason, and Tyler) for relieving the stress in making this purchase. I went to quite a few dealerships to figure out what I wanted in a vehicle, and I've had my fair share of negative experiences as a female customer - Team Ford made sure that I was treated wonderfully. Also, Corey was the only salesperson at a dealership that gave me the full tour of the vehicle I was interested in including opening the hood to explain the engine and safety components - one of the many reasons I chose to go with Team Ford!

I brought my new Ford in for warranty work electronics and some body work. When I checked that everything was in order something I would strongly recommend if you get your vehicle serviced by Ford I noticed that the front driver side door would not close somthing that had worked before I brought my truck in. After another long wait I got my truck back with the door working again but when I got back home and tried to lock it the locking pin cover fell off. With that and failing to complete the warranty work over the two week's that they had the truck I am slightly irritated.
My friend who just bought a car from Edmonton referred me to this dealership. The service, responsiveness and options provided by Piyush was amazing. He gave me all the information needed to make a decision. Impressive.
I got threatened by Service Manager named steve yakimchuk . He actually asked me to punch him right in the office. what a attitude by the man called service manager I am not even the ford owner.My friend asked me to be there to translate the language. His 2016 F150 which was sitting there for oil change for 2 days. got him a poor loaner car. been texting him for being late without explanation. without any explanation, i got the service manager yelling " You will never get serviced anywhere! " " why don't you punch me in the face?!" I don't know whoever helped my friend from the first place. I had no idea why he had the right to point me at the head and yell at me. I'm not even the ford owner but I will try my best to share this unbelievable story to Ford Canada and USA.
Don't go there ever unless you want to kill somebody on the road after their mechanick is done with your car and you get paper from them that its safe to drive. All you will get from them in return is telling you that you are rude for putting bad reviews. Im a Menager and if I would be dealing with my customers like that I would be probably get fired
I drove across the city to view a used vehicle at Team Ford. Once I arrived, it took about a half hour to determine that they no longer had the vehicle, and only found out (through a personal cell call between salespersons) that the vehicle was sold. There was no record of the sale and the ad was still up on Kijiji, so they actually had me put down a deposit for a vehicle that they no longer had in their inventory! At one point, they thought it might be in for inspection or on a test drive. Having said this, the salesperson I dealt with was very kind and was just as much in the dark as I was. It seems that the sale was an internal deal, and someone did not follow the protocol. Very frustrating for me! I trust this is not the usual operation for Team Ford, but I don't want to try again.
I got my 2012 Explorer XLT with the higher trim package which includes the Heated Leather Seats, BLIS and rear view camera from Go Ford - Team Ford here in Edmonton after an exhausting experience with the sales men over there. I first submitted an application online to purchase the vehicle, so the guys from the Internet sales Department contacted me. After checking my credit history the guys "Nic Farnden and Shaun" said that They won't be able to sell it to me because I don't have a solid credit history since I'm new comer to Canada (2 years), although I've been working as a full time employee with almost 100K annual income. I found it very unfair and very disappointing issue. And I felt that I was being played because they kept pushing me to buy Ford Escape or Edge instead as they kept pushing me to do so.
So I told him that since my income is really high I can make a down payment as a start (I paid $8,000 out of the 41,000 purchase price), so he said let me talk to the finance department. After trying to get a hold of him for like a week or 2 he finally gets back to me and said okay! we will sell you the vehicle, but we will make you pay an interest rate of 9.49%!!! I told him WOOOO, this is too much of interest rate, and reminded him that you guys have employee pricing with 0% financing and all that crap was just for marketing sake to attract innocent customers like myself.
At the end, and after discussion with my wife and kids and since it was snowing like crazy and we really needed a reliable car we had to say yes! Okay so what s next?? They said the vehicle is not available now and have to order it and it needs like 6-8 weeks to arrive, I said no problem, so I picked the specifications, the color and other details for my custom made truck.
Finally after 8 weeks of waiting, they called me to come and pick up my 2012 Ford explorer. My family and I went anxiously to pick it up and guess what! The car had a different interior leather color than the color I asked for. When I asked Nic how did this happen he just didn't know and had to come up with a silly excuse saying that all XLT's models don't come with a black leather seat, even if you requested them specifically like I did. So why didn't you mention this when we came 2 month a go to request our "custom" car???
Every one in this dealership cared more enough about the SURVEY that Ford does to see customer s impression and the buying experience than satisfying customers. They kept reminding me many times to give them and excellent rating, even though they don t deserve it. It was just a brutal experience. I will never go back to this dealership.
