It took 2 weeks for a vibration at 80 kph, an oil change, and a noise in my rear differential at slow speeds when turning to get my truck fixed. By the time I got my truck back they had test driven it 222 kms! And 1/2 tank of fuel gone. I checked the text messages from the service advisor and counted 5 times she told me they were going to be test driving my truck. I phoned and told them this was excessive test driving and I feel my truck was taken home by someone for personal use as The seat settings, radio and light settings were all changed for someone else. The assistant service manager asked me if I wanted my truck fixed or not and wouldn't do anything for me, he said not 5, but 10 testdrives at 22 kms each was completely justified!. I told him 222 kms was literally vegreville and back!.A few months ago I took my truck in to get new LED high/low beam and fog lamps installed. When i got my truck back it took me half an hr to clean the muddy finger prints from my headlamp switch as it had gotten into every button.i had team ford install front mudflaps on my truck and they rubbed on my tires when turning so they "adjusted" them and guess what? THEY STILL RUB WHEN TURNING. I bought a brand new f150 from team ford and referred my dad who also bought a new f150 from team and at this point I feel like I'll be shopping at a different dealership and telling my friends and family of my experiences at the team ford service dept.

Really it has to be mentioned that i m really impressed by the customer service i recieved at team ford and special mention for mr darpan chabra and mr poyush goyal who takes extra effort to satisfy customer and make them happy when you walk away. Just bought a new Fiesta from Team ford. Pi helped me to find this car and gave me a good deal as well. He went over everything with me including things in the manual that I didn't know existed. The service is also very wonderful. I will always recommend team ford to everyone.

Joey Tombley was very friendly to deal with in trading my old 2015 F350 Lariat for a new 2017 F350 Platinum back in February. Post sales service has continued to be unexpectedly pleasant. Jason in financing was very helpful and listened to everything I said to get what I needed from Ford Credit.

I went in not expecting much, I came out with a brand new truck. Kelly was amazing and guided me through the nuances of buying new. I felt well taken care of by all the staff, and appreciated the extra work they did. I highly recommend this deal and salesman Kelly Zack, tell him Rod Day sent ya. ;)

I am extremly dissapointed in my buying experience with team ford. I was lied to on multiple times to keep me from purchasing my truck from a another dealer with whom I was about to sign with. My team ford buying experience was very difficult all along the way ,the stories I was fed kept changing constantly .My wife and co workers told me to walk away from the deal altogether but they assured me the truck I was looking for could be brought in the next day from in town "another local dealer" when in fact it wasn,t even in the province.Colour,and options were what I was looking for so as the wife said I was hooked...Long story short I have the truck I wanted but ended up having to wait longer then I should have and along the way deal with a lot of b.s.

My significant other and I just had the MOST rewarding, remarkable and, dare I say it, loving experience at Go Team Ford. We met and worked with Olga, Jason, Rochelle and Mitchell. The overall feeling was one of authencity. I truly did NOT feel I was dealing with being sold to as much as being welcomed into a relationship for life. We ended up purchasing a lovely EcoSport but, in truth, we feel Spirit has given us the gift of being part of larger family called Go Team Ford. On Sunday, August 7th our son's Ford F-150 truck was towed to Team Ford @ my request.
On Tuesday, August 8th, I went to Team Ford to inform them of the issues with the truck & to get the repair process started.
As soon as I entered the Service Dept. I was greeted by Jessica & in less than 30 minutes:
* The truck problems were identified & entered into their system
Note: All covered by Ford's warranty program.
* I was introduced to the folks in the Finance Dept. to have the warranties, etc. transferred from the previous owner over to our son.
* I had a spotless Ford rental car from Budget to use while the truck was being worked on.
I'm sure glad I chose Team Ford - Absolutely EXCELLENT service from the time I entered the dealership on Tuesday until we picked up the truck today.
Jessica's work ethic & professionalism was evident at all times & this can be said for everyone I talked to or dealt with over the week.
Before the end of each day, I was contacted & made aware of the status of the truck & the expected completion of the work.
Thanks Everyone - 5 Star Service from start to finish.

The staff were courteous and accommodating and went out of their way to make the process straightforward and transparent. To be honest, I was dreading the idea of going through this, but there was nothing negative about any part of the process of buying a new car. Rochelle D was a perfect salesperson and outlined everything that was to be expected. Ricardo, though a fast talker was transparent and amiable when it came to financing: he was honest and went the extra mile when it came to the paperwork.

Went in today because I was called. I wasn't exactly in the market for a new vehicle. But I was teamed up with Victor and my visit was a very pleasant experience. Long story short, my inlaws went here too do a trade on their current vehicle's.

Within a couple of days they drive away in their new fords not knowing what chaos was ahead. Not knowing for the next month they would be left making double payments!!!!.

Yeah you read that right, NOT only will you be making payments on the new vehicle you will also continue paying for the one you traded in. And when this does happen, please DONT THINK OF CALLING this dealership to find answers to any issues that will COME UP because you will RECEIVE ZERO HELP!!!!!.

AB was great to deal with, given the accident history on the vehicle I was trading in I didn't think they would even be able to come close to giving me what I wanted for it without adjusting the price and rebates to make it look like I got a good deal, but we were able to come to an agreement and I left the team ford dealership feeling good about my purchase and trade in value! Will definetly be coming back if I'm in the market for a Ford in the future

I recently bought a Kia Sedona at team goes. Aziz was very accommodating of my schedule and worked quickly with the rest of Ford's sales and finance team to get the purchase, insuring, and registration done in one visit.
I had picked out one vehicle that I wanted and no one tried to upsell or change my mind to a more expensive vehicle. Aziz was upfront about pricing and there were no hidden fees that increased the closing price.
The vehicle itself was in great condition and my family expect many years of use from it.

This experience was awesome. I knew what I wanted before I arrived for my appt. I dealt with Tyler and Brennan. This is the largest purchase I have ever made. Recovery from debt ended three years ago and I was concerned that I would not be approved. Both agents were friendly and funny which I appreciate. I would recommend this location to my friends family and colleagues.

So the quick change lane for oil changes is also used for appointments kind defeats the purpose of a quick lane.

They only care about how they look to the rest of the dealerships

I had a deal made and left a deposit for a new truck that I was supposed to pick up the next day. I got a phone call the next day and was told the General Manager pulled my deal because they weren't making enough money. It took two days to get my deposit back. When I tried to contact the Manager to inquirer about the situation he would not take or return my call. I would not recommend going here, especially since there are so many other, better, Ford dealerships in the area.

I went to Team Ford to look at a used vehicle I was interested in. Dre was there from start to finish, got me the best price for my trade in, and even dealt with the hassle of getting me a better interest rate after we signed the paper work. Dre istis best guy for everything you need. Energetic, empathetic and super great to sit in a dealership for three hours with. 10/10.

Scott Hawke was awesome! He worked hard finding us the perfect truck, and it didn't stop there, even after the sale he went above and beyond helping me with further questions fast and efficiently. Awesome salesman, will be going back to him on our next big purchase.
