This is my second time visit. I had oil change and antenna replacement for my wife's 2014 Escape. Their staffs are awesome; particularly, Jessica provided excellent service, prompt and clear communication, and be very considerate for me. I have been treated like a valued customer. I can certainly understand that buying the part directly from dealer is relatively more expensive, but for the quality of the service, convenience (shuttle service), and peace of mind, paying a few more $$ is certainly worthy!!

I was sold a truck and upon going to register it, turns out I couldn t, they never did an out of province inspection on it.
The AC didn t work, the shocks were squeaking and there were issues with the transmission. I drove it back for them to correct all the issues and do the inspection and they were trying to get me to pay to do the inspection! They were asking who s paying for it and trying to put it on me.
I left my truck with them for a week and a half and they called and told me to come pick it up on a Wednesday. I drove 7hrs from out of town where I was working to get it and when I showed up they told me it wasn t ready and wouldn t be for another week! They couldn t explain why I got the call. When I asked what s wrong with it and why it s taking so long they couldn t tell me that either. They wouldn t tell me what the issues were just that they were doing the inspection on it. I told them it doesn t take over 2 weeks to do an inspection but they maintained that it did.
Someone from service called me and told me the truck wouldn t pass the out of province inspection because it was lifted and there s too many other issues with it.
I called my salesman and told them to keep the vehicle, I couldn t register it and they weren t being forthcoming with information as to what was wrong. I was told no, you can t do that, you bought it!
I called AMVIC and told them what was happening and they gave me the GM s name. I called and left a voicemail for him so he was aware what was happening, never did I get a call or any acknowledgement.
I needed a truck and wanted 100% of my value on the truck they shouldn t have sold me in the first place so I was stuck dealing with them again. We found another truck that would work for me.
I was promised 100% value for the truck I was trading in since I had made 3 payments on a truck I was never able to register and wasn t driving because it was in their shop!
Sales Manager Rob told me they d pay 100% of the truck and the bank would send me a cheque for everything above and beyond what was still left owing! A month and a half later, with no cheque, getting the run around! Rob won t respond to messages and tried to pawn me off to finance. Gislaine in finance won t return my calls after leaving voicemails. GM won t return my calls!
THEN THEY ASK ME TO PLEASE GIVE THEM POSITIVE REVIEWS!!!
After giving me the run around more about $900 they owed me I told them I can see there s no cheque coming and no I don t need to talk to Rob again because there s nothing to say!
Less than 5 min later I got a call back!! HEY BUD, GREAT NEWS, WE WILL GIVE YOU THE AMOUNT YOU WANT, THERE WILL BE A CHEQUE WAITING FOR YOU, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GIVE US A 5 STAR RATING!!
Literally, bribing me, with money they owe me!! I told the salesman to go back to the sales manager and tell him to GTFO and keep the money because I d rather share my experience with others and make sure they get the rating and review they deserve!!

Nice place, but is SOOOOOOOOO difficult to get by the phone to service staff, is a recording machine, and if i didn't call back not sure if i get call back, i did call several times and ALWAYS is the same... wait over two hours to know if your car is ready or not! TeamFord is good but need to improve a LOT in this matter!
I don't have time to write a long complaint about my experience with Team Ford but it wasn't pleasant or cheap. The short summary was:
1. On Go Auto website the listed price is NOT the same price that they'll give you in store.
2. Once the agreed price was established they went on to add almost $18,000 of "valuable" extras onto the price without asking if I would like them or how it would affect my monthly payment.
They use deceptive tactics of making assumptions that the customer needs these extras so they can increase their bottom line and bonuses.
I do not recommend Team Ford and will never go back. They have lost a potential customer for life.

We've dealt with Team Ford twice within the past year and a half and have had, overall, amazing experiences. The first time was really rushed- by both parties so, it was nice to get a phone call from our (second) sales guy offering lower interest with a new vehicle. Dre was honest and patient and understood our needs and budget. We cannot say enough great things about Tyler in finance. We got to work with Tyler for both sales and I think he has ruined all other finance people for us (LOL!). Due to finances and our budget being stretched, we almost walked away from the deal but, Tyler truly went above and beyond to ensure that our needs, wants and budget was met.

Hi, I have gone through many car purchases in my life. Team Ford was by far the best experience ever. My sales guy was Kalvin Phang. He knew exactly what I was looking for. He never once pressured me. I explained exactly what I could afford and got exactly what I wanted 2015 Edge in my favorite color... BLUE :) BUT the icing on the cake came from 2 others, Dave Vieira and Upasna Sandhu, without these 2 incredible people made me feel very welcome and like part of the GO Auto family. I highly recommend everyone give Team Ford a chance because Dave keeps his word and works magic.

Iv been trying to get the time to put the review on my purchase of my new f150 Lariat but been driving around on the streets and out in the back country just enjoying the ride . The truck is a machine that I can trust to go back in the woods as far as I need to and get home safely .I'm a mid age man that has a challenge with new technology but this F150 as it all together it practically quides you through so you can't go wrong with the navigation system on bord or any other functions the truck offers. The purchase of my F150 from Team ford was a great experience .The team at Team ford put the deal together with out a struggle on any part of it even though I put the challenge to the team to get me the truck I needed and wanted.Thank you team ford for awesome truck and the stress free buying experience. I bought a car last week from go team ford (lakewood). We negotiated with the sales person and finalized the price but the price on bill of sale was different they added extra charges without disclosing to me. And when I reached to the manager she said it can not be fixed now. You should have checked it earlier at the time of financing. Do not buy vehicle from this dealership otherwise you will end up like me paying extra money. Not recommended!!

I own a. 2014 Ford Fusion and just started servicing at Team Ford. Jessica has been my advisor and has been great. She was very informative and kept me in the loop.
I typically dislike dealing with typical car sales people but I saw a couple cars I wanted online so I called Olga. She has gome way above most sales people would ever go. If you want service, contact her, you won t be sorry. I also wanted to mention Jeff Koroluk as he worked with Olga until I was 100% satisfied.
I am truly grateful for my experience with Team Ford. Tejpreet who sold the car for me was very hands-on tutor in teaching me the mechanics and features of the car Titanium Ford Fusion 2014 that I purchase with the help of Janie G.as well. He was patient with me in understanding my questions that I am not sure about with the car as I haven t driven for couple of years and has been helpful through out the process till I have the car personally. I m going to give a 3 star. The parts guy is great and deserves a 5 star, but the other parts of this dealership give me the douche chills. 1. Parking here is dreadful. 2. Went in 2 times to get an f-350 that wasn t on the lot. I wanted him to find me what I needed. The 1 sales guy insisted I get one off the lot. I wouldn t bite. He took my number to find what I needed. Never called me. I bought elsewhere. 3.quick lube.....yikes. Never again. 4. The salesmen standing around the doors attack you like piranhas, put your game face on if you are going in for parts.
I m going to bump my rating up to a 4 star. After my review I had a discussion with the general manager. He assured me that he would address the issues I had to once again earn my business. I will give them another chance.
Flew in this morning from Vancouver, with my son to buy a 2018 Ford Mustang Gt350r. I am now back to the airport, no car, writing a review on the misrepresentation and really poor customer service provided by Team Ford in Edmonton.
Today, when we got to the dealership, we had to wait over an hour just to see the car. During the inspection of the car I noticed that the tires were totally bold and that the car was not in the conditions mentioned over the phone by the salesman. Before booking my flight to buy this car, I made sure to call and asked about the tire as I was planning on doing a road trip back to Vancouver with my son. The report they provided to me also indicated that the tire were in good condition. As per the picture, these tires are not in good condition. After spending 4 hours at the dealership to figure out a way to resolve this issue, the only thing they offered was $200 off the car.
If I knew that the car was in that condition I would of never flew to Edmonton. What a waist of time and money. Given that this is a Ford dealership I would of expect a certain standard of the product and customer service. Team Ford Edmonton has neither.

WATCH OUT!!! The new manager is so crafty. Watch for numbers, watch for hes promises. The numbers he promises to potential buyer will be far away from the reality next day when you go to Team Ford financial department. Ford trucks are grate trucks but (Thanks God) the team Ford is not the only dealership in Edmonton. I just been fooled around for 2 hours then I was called a big mouth. I just wasted my time, my gas and health in there. Do not trust them, check fife times before you sign any paper in Team Ford dealership.

Quick Lane - that's an oxymoron. Their Quick Lane is anything but and don't know why Ford allows them to operate under that umbrella. Since when is it ok for Quick Lane to sometimes take days to get you in?

The work on my car was fantastic so thank you, however I was told the wrong date for my drop off wo when I called to find out what time to drop it off, I was told I was a week late, I was confused and hadn't heard from them so I got scheduled for the next day they were prompt on getting my vehicle in. So I dropped it off 7 days after I was scheduled too, and the next day they called the tell me the parts hadn't arrived and would take 6 days.
So if I was already dropping it off 7 days after I was scheduled too, I'm not sure why they took my car when they knew they didn't have the parts any they wouldn't arrive for another 6 days...
So work on the vehicle was 5 stars... and the front desk staff was awesome... I just don't understand why they didn't call to say I missed the appointment and the parts hadn't arrived ...
I brought my F350 here for a scheduled tune-up on my scheduled appointment at 7am. They texted me to let me know my truck was ready as the service department was closing toward the end of the day, and that I'd have to pick up my keys at reception in the sales wing.
Upon arriving the receptionist greeted me with a friendly: "Are you aware of the balance?", to which I replied: "I was quoted $800.00".
She handed me an invoice for nearly $1200 - 50% higher than what I was quoted, and told me I couldn't take the truck off the lot without paying the balance in full. If I had any issues with the balance, I was to take them up with the service department, which was conveniently closed, despite receiving my truck for an expected service in the first slot of the day.
Four people would be out of work the next day if I couldn't pull my skid-steer to site, so I was forced to put the ball in the dealership's court and pay the balance. Now it's up to them to offer me a refund.
Nothing on the invoice indicated anything outside the scope of the regular maintenance the truck had been submitted for.
EDIT: After posting this review I was promptly contacted by the staff, who refunded the difference and apologized. I have upped my review from 'one star' as a result.
We had previously bought an Edge in 2011 from Alex and Jade Siffledeen when they were at Kentwood, and about 3 weeks ago Alex called to say they'd switched to Team Ford and had some info on incentives for trading up to a 2013 Edge. In effect, he's saved us about $250 a month in payments, and we were able to trade in a Fusion we weren't using, saving us the hassle of selling it on our own. YAY!!
We're SO happy with the kind, respectful, and professional service we received from Alex and Jade! I recently visited the Ford dealership in Edmonton and was greeted by Brian MacPhee. I was interested in purchasing an F 150 with a great deal of accessories as i live in Grande Prairie Alberta and need/want to set up this truck specifically. Brian has great interpersonal skills and is a warm and friendly person. He was able to show me a truck that had been modified for extreme conditions. He new his stuff! it was the best experience I have had visiting a dealership and looking for a new vehicle. I have actually referred another customer that is looking to purchase an F 350 super duty for the oil field work to Mr. MacPhee. If your looking at getting into a new vehicle talk to this GUY!
This review will center around the staff I dealt with at Team Ford. I am a long time Ford owner and Team Ford made it possible to purchase my 5th Mustang in my life long history with Ford vehicles. My first person of contact was sales person Erik Leitheiser, who treated me professionally and made me feel at ease while I was in the dealership as well as during the test drive of the Mustang. It would have been nice to have at least half a tank of fuel in the car as I would have liked to have gone a little bit longer. That being said, Erik L made up for it by installing the license plate on the new Mustang while a thunderstorm was passing over the dealership. The Mustang was detailed well but would have preferred to have inspected the car indoors and not outside after a thundershower. The only negative would be that the inside of the rear window was not cleaned properly, other than that, every thing else about the car was perfect. The financing terms, documentation was handled professionally by Erin Dominko and Erik L kept me apprised of the status of my deal. I would like to finish by stating I am completely satisfied with the whole buying experience and highly recommend Team Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new Ford vehicle.
Dealt with Eric D in trying to find me a new SUV. We had out grown our edge and we're now thinking about an explorer. Eric was fantastic .he want asked us lots of questions and showed us a car we fell in love with .Team ford as a whole did a great job. Absolutely horrible service personnel! They had my vehicle for 3 days, and not a single one of my first 7 phone calls were returned. Twice they couldn't find my vehicle to even tell me if it was on the lot, let alone what's wrong with it. The second time they lost it I called (again) and they said they found it at the end of the day, but they still hadn't looked at it "because we're busy, we wouldn't have even had time to look at it if we'd found it earlier". Obviously this dealership is too busy and doesn't need my (or anybody else's business) so I had my vehicle towed to another dealership. When I told them that the vehicle was going to be picked up they actually sounded surprised - clueless!
Tej & the rest of the folks at Team Ford were great to work with. We felt like we got a good deal and they made the buying experience straightforward. They were accommodating and stayed late to get us what we wanted. Overall, was a great experience and would recommend them to others.

The Staff and reception have been extremely helpful and very willing to accommodate my crazy schedule. They have been my body shop of choice for many years. They are very good at communicating issues or delays with me.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.. i bought new mustang from these guys and there were paint chips on the hood and they promised to take care of it. After me struggling and requesting for over a year to fix it now they straight up refused they cant take care of it. Even though they said they will fix it within a week at the time of purchase.. stay away from them.. worst customer service.. will never go to this place again. Dont belive the reviews when i bought the car salesman made me put nice review for him so he could get brownie points from his boss. You can tell all the reviews has someone s name in it. Worst people to do business with, bad business practices . In past i bought 14 mustang and 16 fusion, 17 mustang even helped my friends with getting cars from them .. guess what you guys lost this customer.
