From the time we walked onto the dealership to the time we purchased our car, their service was great. Amin was our sales consultant. He was professional, informative, and there were no high pressure sales tactics that you can find with some other dealerships. After taking the vehicle for a test drive, Amin and Kiatt were open to negotiating a price that would work for both parties. Kiatt also deducted an additional $500 from the price after my wife (whom works in the COVID 19 testing lab) didn't qualify for the $500 front line worker rebate. When we came to pick up the vehicle a few days later, Dawn helped to deliver us the keys and helped us set things up in the car. Amin, Kiatt, and Dawn were all great to us, so thank you.

just recently purchased a 2018 Sedona from Sherwood Kia and i could not be happier with the service and staff , from the first email i sent to signing the paperwork it was extremely smooth , there was no pushy sales , they answered every question , disclosed everything no hidden costs or terms , the pricing was really competitive , the Sedona it self was a better than expected vehicle , i have 7 kids and when it says it seats 8 it actually does. Paul our salesman was fantastic and Megan in financing was amazing to deal with as well . i would not have any issue going back to buy another vehicle from them if needed.

Jennifer Roy, the financial adviser gave us option in regard to our purchase. Everything went very smoothly, it was a great experience. Jennifer was very accommodating and easy to deal with. It was a pleasure dealing with these two professionals. As for the Kia Forte, my wife and I are enjoying it.

There was really nothing wrong with the car I had other than the negative equity. I had an extremely high interest rate and owed more on the car than it was worth. I was interested in a car online but wasn t sure if it was what I wanted. Cassidee took the time to make me a personal video to show me more about the car. Nice touch. I took it home for the night but it was missing 1 option I really wanted. Manager Kim (she could be anyone s best friend) wanted to make sure that I was happy and came in on her day off to see what she could do to help. 4 different cars /scenarios later, she found me a car and pushed to help get me a price that would work. Jenn was fantastic with the financing and Amin took the time to make sure I understood everything the car could do. Car buying can be tedious and stressful but the entire team at Sherwood Kia made it comfortable and easy. Talk to Kim, Cassidee, Amin and Jenn. They were amazing.

Purchasing a new vehicle can be a frustrating task. We want to spend our money wisely, be safe, have all the luxuries and do not want to invest too much time into our research. I have shopped at Kia Sherwood Park for one new and two used vehicles over the years. .
The salesperson Al has went beyond my expectations each time to satisfy my vehicle needs, preferences, budget and was mindful of my time and frustrations. I would recommend saving yourself a lot of time/ grief and pay Al a visit on your next vehicle purchase- he actually listens to you.

I was a little nervous to drive a car that i had never driven before and i was thinking more about that as we were going for the test drive. a little longer of a test drive would have been nice, i felt like i had just gotten comfortable and then it was time to get out.. no one showed me how to open the gas tank, I had to figure that out on my own...I was also told to come in on a monday o pick up floor mats and I would have appreciated a call or a text saying they hadn't come in yet so i wouldn't have to go there for nothing. you guys are pretty persistent about these reviews. if you want them so badly you should send me an email with a link. it would have been easier for me to find and use without you having to remind me so many times. of course these are all minor things and i would suggest sherwood kia to a friend if they were looking.

I found the service person disrespectful, evasive, and pushed services not needed to be done. I will not be returning to any KIA dealership. I felt that they did not care about quality customer service but only to see how much money they could get from me without explanation. I would not recommend this dealership ever!

I had a horrible experience with this dealership a few years back and have vowed never to go back. First of all, they charge too many fees. Most places charge a documentation fee ($400) and registration fee ($25). Kia Sherwood charged me a $500 documentation fee, the registration fee plus a $532 service fee. The value of these fees were not shown to me until minutes before they handed me the keys to my new vehicle. When I initially signed the bill of sale it just said "plus fees". They hid the actual cost until the last minute like slimy sales people.

Also, the lady who does the financing for pre-owned vehicles became bitchy when I wouldn't accept the extended warranty she was offering. The customer service at this place is pathetic.

From shuttle service to sign in to on the spot payment through Val this was a very good experience. I'll be back.

We went in to get our vehicle serviced. The people that counter were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. We dropped it off a day early as we had appointments. They called us back an hour later said they had finished it for us a day ahead of schedule.

My vehicle was in for its biennial checkup of the protection package. The checkup was completed by the time scheduled, and was returned to me with a very thorough wash and wax job. Very satisfied. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.

We recently purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento under a short timeline. Gordon assisted us during the sales process with superior customer service, knowledge and expertise. He even went out of his way to bring the vehicle to our home so that I could test drive it as I was at home with our baby. He was not pushy but had extensive knowledge of Kia products and services provided. When it came time to purchase Anthony provided details on all charges and applicable fees so that we knew exactly what we were paying for. Anthony and Gordon were even able to prepare all the sales documents ahead of time for us to streamline the purchase process when we had a short amount of time to work with (again working around our baby's schedule and needs!). I am seriously disappointed with the buy and how they have handled my whole new car buying experience. Not going there again. Also they are all about selling extra products without even having proper knowledge about the products! No complaints about the sales people and admin staff, but seriously disappointed with the management.

We were fortunate to deal with Scott who is a polite and knowledgeable young man. He listened carefully and immediately had a vehicle match for us. We found this to be a dealership where customers are respected and allowed to make decisions without undue pressure.

Buying vehicles is always a stressful process, no matter who, where, when or why.

On a personal level, we have been through an extremely stressful time since Christmas Day when my Dad has a stroke in front of my husband and me on Christmas Day. My Mom has dementia so was immediately put into memory care while I cared for my Dad's "next steps" which involved a medivac situation and the whole nine yards of STRESS!

Why am I referencing this? See paragraph #1. We didn't need ANY added stress in our lives by buying a vehicle. We already felt we had been beat up enough this past Christmas.

My brother, in Whitehorse, Yukon, asked us to go check out a vehicle for him. We did. The 2018 Tahoe Premier at Sherwood Kia had caught our eye so we stopped in there to "have a look".

Bruno greeted us in a very friendly, non-aggressive way. Kim allowed us to take the vehicle for a test drive on our own - which we really appreciated. It is nice test-driving a vehicle without a salesman jabbering away in your ear. It have us a chance to really get a sense for the vehicle.

During our test drive, my husband and I had discussed to buy or not to buy - that was the question. We had our "terms" for trading in my 2014 Limited Rav. They met our terms and came down a little on the Tahoe. So far so good. We felt like we'd made the right decision.

This was on Saturday. Today is Wednesday and I am already driving the vehicle! Fast!

The finance office is always the most painful part of purchasing a vehicle. We did not walk out of there with more than we were able to pay (at that time). Warranty. Jennifer gave us one month to hold the quotes she gave us for an extension to the warranty. We will consider this and will be in touch if WE decide. There wasn't any aggressive "beating up" over this.

Connor (?) then gave us the royal tour of the workings of our vehicle. This was during a terrible winter storm and by this time, and having a full day at work, were tired, hungry and just wanted to get home. Connor didn't hold us up any longer than we wanted to be there for. He also said "if you have any questions", come on back. So great.

The navigation system's update for 2020 is coming. Kim said to just bring it in and they will take care of updating it for us. We may be able to do this ourselves, but the offer was genuine. We may take her up on this.

All in all, the experience was a great one. I / we appreciated all the personal attention we received and happily drove away through a wicked winter storm feeling good about our purchase and are hoping that we have smooth sailing both personally and vehicle-wise from here on in.

I was searching for a KIA Sorento and checked a lot of dealers, most gave me hard time, like the car advertised is not there, or the details are not the same as the ads, etc, but finally when I visited Sherwood Kia and met Bruno Valani I was hooked directly, as he was direct with me and tried his best to make my experience a good one, he helped on the pricing and showed me the car in details after the test drive, I really was convinced and his manners and respect added a great deal to let me buy a car from them. if you want to buy car from them lookup Bruno he will simplify everything for you and let you leave happy with a car worth its price.

Sherwood KIa was a great place to deal with. I visited over 20 dealerships over the course of 3 weeks and this one was by far my favorite. I dealt with Cassidee from the beginning and she is the hardest working & knowledgeable salesperson I have ever dealt with. We live out of town and Cassidy went out and produced an on the spot personal video send to us about the vehicle we were looking for; with all the specs and options laid out for us. When we purchased our 2020 Kia Soul, Last month, the experience was good. It wasn t until a few weeks after the fact when we noticed that the bank did not take their payment from our account. We spoke with the dealership on this matter, only to find out that they told us our financing had been cancelled.

We found this as a shock since all the documents were signed and we were approved fully at 0.99% financing. We took delivery of the car, and the car is currently in our possession, but when we approached Sherwood Kia on the matter, they told us at the bank had made an error. We took it upon ourselves to investigate the matter further and confirmed that the error was not done with the bank but with the in-house financing at Kia Sherwood Park.

Upon confronting Kia Sherwoodpark, they denied it and took no blame and instead blamed us for something that we definitely did not do. Credibility with this dealership at this point, had gone in the toilet.

My husband and I have been loyal Kia drivers since 2014, and have loved their vehicles ever since. But when he was in the market for a new Kia as well, they attached my name with my husbands file without my consent and did not inform me until I found out myself. They used my information that I gave them for my car 2020 Kia Soul at the time. I found this to be a Breach of Trust!

We escalated our concern to the head office in Toronto, only to find out that they did not get back to us nor were they interested in resolving the matter. How could such a reputable dealership as large as Kia is, avoid such a matter such as this.

Since the Dealership nor the head office in Toronto did not help resolve our matter, we decided to take matters in our own hands and higher a lawyer to resolve this for us.

A very unfortunate experience no doubt, but if I could help anyone out there who may be dealing with this dealership anytime in the near future, I hope this helps.

I m driving my new Kia Forte with a smile on my face for many reasons. First reason: I love the ride. This is an excellent car that is so fun to drive and it has so many bells and whistles for the price. Second reason: Drayden was awesome and helped us make the right decision and I will 100% buy from him again.
