This is my third time back to this dealership and again had an excellent experience. Our sales consultant, Swarn Sethi, was excellent. Hands down the best experience we have had yet. I recently bought a 2016 Ford Focus with Team Ford and I found the staff Matt and Tyler to be exceptionally helpful in trying to find me exactly what I was looking for. They paid attention to the features that I needed in a vehicle and guided me towards a practical vehicle that works for me. Great sales staff but I did have one agent tell me to look at my manual instead of helping me. That I did not find very professional at all. Way better then Nisku Ford though they are horrible.

I've had a lease from Team Ford for just over two years, and I just signed a new one this week. My initial sales experience was a little frustrating, but I got a great deal on a great truck. Since then, I've had an outstanding experience each time I've needed service. They've totally gone over and above for me on more than one occasion. The free rental vehicles are also a really nice touch!

My second time around with sales was much better. Eric, Corey, and Tyler were very attentive to my needs and I got a great deal -- this time without all the frustration.

I still had a few instances where I was waiting around pointlessly, and ultimately wasted a bit more time than would have been ideal. We also had a few miscommunications here and there -- but overall I walked away feeling well served, respected, and really happy with the whole experience.

Very unhappy so far with vehicle they sold me. Cannot get problem fixed. Parts of car keep breaking off. Then warranted does not cover some. And neither does customer service.

When I walked in I never expected to be treated as well as I was. As soon as I entered team ford I was greated and felt welcome. I delt with Alex, Jesse and Jade Siffledeen and couldn't be happier with how well they had taken care of me. I was pretty surprised when these three actually worked hard to find a truck that was suited for me. They didn't try to get me to buy some other vehicle, they just wanted to find exactly what I wanted. The profesionalism and sincerity made my truck buying experience much better than I had imagined. If you are planning on buying a new Ford stop by and talk to Jesse, Jade or Alex, they will treat you right.

I went two days ago to look for a vehicle with my girlfriend. We did not have an appointment but did have one used vehicle we had found online and wanted to see. Immediately upon entering the building we were greeted and met with Sales Associate Olga Gavrilov. She was very friendly and immediately located the vehicle we wanted to see. Afterwards she found another in our price range. We ended up purchasing the second vehicle after the test drive.

Olga was very friendly and made the purchase relaxing and not stressful whatsoever. Her manager offered it to us at a lower rate without us even asking.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the experience. I have never bought here before but would highly recommend it to anyone in the market. Team Ford clearly runs a very customer friendly business who s goal is to get you in the vehicle of your choice. Process was efficient, vehicles were clean and staff friendly. Very positive experience.

I bought a used truck off of Christian two years ago, he was very professional, the experience was much better then other dealerships I had previously been too. I would recommend seeing Christian for anyone looking for a new ride, team ford has quite the inventory too!

Very disappointed with the service team. I purchased the 2013 ford edge used with about 50k on it from team ford. They were so pushy during finance to sell extended warranty, and I endup getting it. Which was until 95,759k or 5 years whichever comes 1st.

Two days ago it was time to use my EXTENDED WARRANTY since I had couple issue with my car. When I got to the service station my odometer was at 96k that means my warranty was expired due to 241 km over driven. That was my fault some how I thought my warranty is until 100k. Being such a big company they can definitely cover if they care about their customers..

When I arrived at the service, 1st questions I asked was...is this will be covered under my warranty? He said it will be covered, eventhrough it's 241km over driven so I ended leaving my car at the service station. But after one day later adviser called me saying they won't be able to cover under warranty since I have over driven. So I told them okay, I will go somewhere else. And pick up my car...

When I go to pick up my vehicle, they changed me $181 as a diagnostic fees. Which was so surprising. Evenafter, I told them I wanted to fix issue if it's going to covered under warranty.

Learned the lesson, stay away from this particular dealership. They will be good at the sales, but when it comes to service they will rip you off.

Came to the dealership to have a look at some options Tej helped me. I didn't buy because i am still making my mind up as to what to purchase. Once I make up my mind I will for sure go to Tej because he is very knowledgeable doesn't waste time. I would recommend everyone to deal with him because he won't waste your time and honest.

My experience was great, it took some time to finally find the vehicle I wanted and Victor was patient throughout the process and went above and beyond. I've taken my vehicle for accessories afterwards and everyone has always been friendly and helpful. I will defiantly buy another vehicle from team ford in the future, if there was one thing to improve on it would be to ensure the $500 go auto money goes on our card quickly and without us having to repeatedly check in on it, it's been almost a month now since purchase of the truck and it's still not there and we're waiting on the money to use it for further purchases.

The commercial truck shop does good work, and I say that as someone who doesn't trust dealership mechanics at all.

They also do high rail inspections, if you're into that kinda thing.

I went in to the dealer to talk to my sales man I bought my last car from . They ran my credit to see if I have good credit and it was good. They pick out a car and we went on a test drive . It was very nice to drive and I like it .They put it into the bank on Saturday. I heard from him on Monday and I could not get it because of my payment call . So he went to work and found my car I looked at on Tuesday I bought it on Tuesday night and pick it up on Saturday. Go and see Kelly Zach at the dealership he will go the extra mile to get you into a car you can afford. Thanks again Kelly.

Financing solutions are thoroughly explained for those who want them. Good inventory on F-150 models and reasonable trade-in value. I've bought 4 vehicles from them and they're my first choice.

Worst experience I've ever had. Spoke to salesman and sales manager about trade in value for my car, looking at buying new truck. Waited around and walked around with Salesman but never got any value for my car or didn't even sit down and figure out anything they could find. Went to Chevy instead.

Buying my 2009 f150 from Team Ford was an absolutely amazing experience. I had been in an accident which left my vehicle totalled so naturally I phoned the dealership where I had purchased that one from, they did not respond for a week. If you know insurance at all, they only provide a rental vehicle for a limited time so after a couple of days without a response I started shopping around.
When I went into Team Ford I was greeted by very friendly staff and directed to Jason Sinkler who was equally friendly! He showed me some great trucks, explained all of the differences and really got me to think about my needs instead of getting caught up in the shiny new excitement. He worked patiently with me everyday for about a week until we found the perfect truck with everything on my checklist!
I really appreciate everything that my salesman Jason Sinkler, his manager Dave and many others that I had the privilege of interacting with throughout my buying experience did to help me make the best decision for me. So I didn't want to have to do this but I think consumers should be aware of the service department after what I went through. I always loved coming here until I needed a part for my 2016 ford escape. I popped a tire from some road construction the result was I needed a lower control arm wich only costs about $400 plus labour and alliengment. Ford told me I need 3 different parts none of which was what I needed resulting in about $2000 in parts not including labour etc. I had it looked at 2 different shops both saying what ford was telling me wasn't true. After finding out this information I called the manager and asked him why this happened and the result of our conversation was that "I had just been informed poorly". Basically no one offered to make it right or correct the situation even after given the opportunity. If I had gone with Ford's opinion I would have paid 2 grand and then needed to replace the lower control arm God only knowing what this would have cost on top.

Team ford has made me a very happy customer. I received a call from Scott regarding my interest in getting a new truck as my Titan was causing nothing but headaches. Team Ford made my buying experience worth coming back again if anything is to happen to my vehicle. My sales rep was and still is quite helpful with any and all questions I had/have about the vehicle, warranties, and shop availability. That said I'm happy with the vehicle I drove off with and I tip my hat to James Ichtay for making my buying experience as pain free as possible.

Manager Rob Sirianni, gave me world class service that I had not seen or experienced before. I can honestly say I am very happy and pleased with the service. Worst service department ever. I recently brought my work truck there to get the power steering fixed. I was told the power steering box was cracked and would need to be replaced, they also said that since it has been run dry the pump would need to be replaced as well. They gave me a price of just over $3100. I decided this sounded like a lot and took it to my mechanic that works on my personal trucks, best decision I made. The power steering box was not cracked and all it needed was a new hose..... a $100 hose..... I paid more to team ford for the wrong diagnosis.... I had just purchased a brand new truck from these guys in February and I will make sure I don't take my truck there for service. Crazy how they try and take advantage of people. I have never seen such crooks in my life.

Commenting and sharing this incident behalf of my friend who had a worst moment of his life at Team Ford, one of the most popular Ford dealership in town, for my friend s maintanance. Worst experience ever. Named Jess from service department, she thinks and acts like she owns that place, with no explanation why vehicle was being SO delayed for oil change and a recall (nothing was done and has to pick up his truck: he didnt buy out his new truck for this) she just kept saying they were tring best to get it done. We have right to know a bit more detail, rather than waiting and waiting without any further info. We dont pay autoloan for this ? Then why would the dealership take and arrange specific appointment if there were so many cars on que? There is a obvious reason people make an appointment (this is what dealership ask customer mandatorily for their own policy) on designated time and show up and leave the vehicles. They should known their limit for accepting vehicles for service. After all arguement, she thought that providing a free rental would do so much. But NO!!!! thats not how it works!!!!!!!!!!we didnt ask you for free shooty rental truck for free.
they should not treat people like this. Also She does NOT have right to treat customers like this especially to people from oversea, we felt racism from her and I guess because we dont look same as her (cant even believe that this has happened in our life) Her lack of customer service handling skills has made this whole situation and brought it up to face bigger attention now.

Lastly, when we were there for picking up the truck adter two days for NOTHING, we were threatened by service manager named Steve Yakimchuk that he would do anything to make sure that none of Ford Dealership in Canada would service his truck because of this incident. Can you believe this? Is this for real?

This could have been treated and dealt with sincere apologies way earlier. But i guess no one wants to take the responsibilty for what has happened. Just felt so unfair being treated like this and we all know nothing would change. But want to share because everyone has right to know for right things.
