Bought a used vehicle from team ford last summer, Joban was my salesmen. It was an easy, no pressure experience, and Joban was very accommodating nice guy to deal with. Would recommend at least checking this dealership out if you're shopping around for a vehicle.
My experience at Team Ford was very pleasant. Even though they weren t able to find my appointment on file, Jeff quickly got my car in the shop and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. I also received a complimentary ride to and from school! The driver, John was kind and friendly to chat with on the road. I really appreciated how my car was pulled out front when I picked it up and clean! I will definitely go back to Team Ford.

My experience with Team Ford is the worst. I bought my truck on March 2018 and got into an accident on April 30 and it was written off. At the time of purchase, I also purchased Extended Warranty and Pre-paid Maintenance pkg. which cost nearly $8000 combined. But since I only drove it for just over a month, I did not get to use them. So I talked to the financial advisor(Tyler) He said I would have no problem getting those refunded. And I bought the second truck right after(Exact same one). This time I didn't purchase any of warranty. And I was trying to get those refunded, they are delaying it every time I visit them. And After few visits, I finally got an answer saying they cannot give me those money back. They told me to call Ford Canada directly. So I did contacted them and got an answer saying this is something that dealership has to do. Dealership must fill out a form and send it to extended warranty department to apply for a reimbursement of the plan. I brought this e-mail to dealer again and talked to Tyler again, and he asked his boss "Rumeet Patel". He wouldn't even face me and he was just rejecting to do anything but to say they cannot do anything.
I did some research on this. According to For Canada Extended Warranty website) "If your vehicle is written off (After 30days) you are entitled to a pro-rated amount determined by Ford of Canada). I know you might lose some money that you earned from my Extended Warranty and Pre-paid Maintenance pkg but this is not how you should treat your customer.
BOUGHT A VEHICLE THEN WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE MANAGER THAT I WASNT A GOOD FIT AS A CUSTOMER TO GO ELSEWHERE WHEN I WAS QUESTIONING THE LEVEL OF SERVICE PREFORMED BY THEIR SHOP FOR WARRANTY REPAIR AND THAT THIS DEALERSHIP "I AM NOT FORD, I REPRESENT TEAM FORD"
This dealership believes they can say the one thing and do another. During the purchase of my vehicle I was promised options in my car and when the papers were signed these options weren't included. This resulted in communication with Ford and ultimately they were FORCED to rectify the problem.
I have now had the car 2 years and myself and my son have always done all my maintenance (my son is a licenced mechanic) I was required to take my car to the dealership for a recall and I found the service dept at this dealership is even less professional then the sales dept. My engine has a very noticeable noise and being that the car is still supposedly under warranty I asked them to diagnose it. They instead changed my oil claiming that the drain plug was lose and the oil was black (I performed an oil change the day I brought it in). When I refused to pay for the unauthorised oil change the service manager and shop foreman called me a liar and basically told me they weren't going to work on my vehicle anymore. I told them I bought the vehicle at that dealership and it was under warranty and they said to find another dealership.

Just called to try and book an oil change and spent over 5mins on hold getting bounced around from front desk to service department! Call was answered 6 different times and everytime I had to repeat what I was calling about! Terrible customer service at least anwser the phone and put me on hold instead every employee just kept passing my call along. I will never call to book an oil change again!
My brother got a brand new F150 from Team Ford our Sales person is Swarn Sethi. Last week my brother visted Team Ford for looking a new F150 in starting he is hesitating to go alone in any dealership without any companion just bcoz of he is newly immigrant to Canada from India & he doesn't speak well english we almost visited all Ford dealerships of Edmonton but when we reach Team Ford we got shocked there is a big team of Indian Sales person as well all cultures n languages employees in all departments.The Sales Manager Darpan Chhabra & Sales Associate Swarn Sethi such a great n honest person.We got a great deal from them n we really feel proud to see this team.I recommend this dealership to anybody for a great deal n example is a multi culture team as like our country Canada
I initially started with a one star review due to what I felt was a negative experience six months ago, and team ford phoned me today once they read my review and rectified the situation. They are super helpful and willing to go to bat for their customers! If you have issues with them I would recommend calling first to try to resolve it rather than leaving a negative review
Looking to buy used. Not for me but for my youngest son. The sales staff should be treating new buyers with a little more respect. A first impression of trying to buy a first car should be a little more pleasurable.
I should probably have read some of the reviews on Google before even attempting to do business with these guys. I am used to Go Auto dealers low balling you on trade-in values but these guys take it to the next level. The numbers I was presented with was not even close to what other Go Auto dealers offered me... You would think this kind of thing would be relatively standard floating within the Go Auto group. Well it is not. Do yourself a favor and shop around. There are plenty of dealers out there ready to do business.

Had a really bad experience with the Service. The service representative was really busy chatting with the lady behind rather than attending the customer. The guy was really irritated and felt interpreted when he saw us. The answers for the queries were apathetic. When i asked the representative about the recall of 2012 ford focus sensor, he responded in a most displeased manner . When i questioned about his attitude toward the customer explaining him that all i asked for were few questions as we were not sure,he gave a incredulous resentful look and passed on without addressing it. The lady behind the seat stared engaging in a argument by volunteering herself and by showing her support to his colleague of how the representative was gentle and helpful in answering the questions when he wasn't . No customer will feel inhospitable if the representatives were polite enough in their interactions. I would really question the loyalty of this brand and the dealership towards customer as this dealership clearly lacks the definition of service and commitment after the the product is purchased.
Our vehicles check engine light is going off, I go to the closest Ford dealership (downtown), they can t help me, literally wouldn t even give me a rental (my vehicle is under full warranty). I race over to Team Ford, they look even busier . . . but the assistant manager literally comes out with a code reader and troubleshoots my vehicle. They find the problem and book me in to get it fixed. If THAT isn t service I don t know what is. BEST automotive service department in the City (this is coming from a verified mechanic). I even take my wife s Mitsubishi here.
My husband and I had gone there to downgrade his truck after one of us lost their job. We got approval for financing, found another vehicle at Lakewood Chevrolet which was a lower monthly payment and better interest rate. Not only did my husband let the salesman we were dealing with know we had decided not to trade in, lot's of people don't even bother to call about changing their mind. Not even 2 hours later someone from that dealership calls my husband telling him the bank informed them we were financing another vehicle, and he proceeded to tell us that "no bank is ever going to finance you now we've pulled your information". For one, thanks Team Ford for making it extremely easy to NEVER purchase from, let alone even consider your dealership. But I will happily enjoy bad mouthing you, and our experience to everyone I know. Cheers.

I got my new F 150 from Team ford,I have got so many vehicle purchased in last few years, but at Team Ford, they all went beyond the expected level and set a new bench mark. This dealership is different. They dont try to screw you, instead they try to help ypu the best way possible. When I went there with my wife, I wanted to get a used SUV because of my budget limitation. However, when we met Jason and disccused about our desire he ask if we have a car that we want to get rid of. We told him about an old sedan that we are trying fo get rid of. He told us that we could get a higher model SUV if I trade in. When we brought that old sedan, he gave us a great trade-in value because of which we got the newer Escape. Me and my wife are very thankful to Team Ford, specially to Jason Sinkler.
Not happy with the services that I'm getting after buying a new truck from them.. No one informed me that the speed of the truck is not calibrated that's why I got a ticket for over speeding. Was able to talk to couple of their representatives and both of them are condescending
this dealership is a Joke. They dont care about customers, they only care about making ripping you off. even management care about big fat commission cheques they get. I will never buy vehicle from Team Ford ever. We have delt with Darrel Gratzkey and Casey at goauto customer service. Both of them have such bad attitude towards their customers. Darrel the general manager even told us that he would rather have unhappy customers then lower any of his prices!!!

Our last experience with team ford service was definitely a 1 star. My wife s grandfather (82) who s bought multiple vehicles from them would always take her Ford Escape purchased from there as well in for service. It wasn t starting every time and all signs to me pointed to the starter. He brought it in for her and came out with a over $700 bill they said it wasn t the starter, what it was was the pins on the key in the ignition causing it not to start so they replaced it. Okay great, get it home and still not starting most of the time. I m far from a mechanic but I m somewhat knowledgeable, knock it with a mallet and it goes, It has to be the starter. Her grandfather went back to team ford the next day with the vehicle told them the problem persists. They said they wouldn t refund or change back the part but they would knock off some on a starter and only charge around $550 and give him a good deal. He called me all upset apologizing and asked what he should do? I said don t do it. I called bumper 2 bumper a rebuilt started was $150 with the old core. I went and grabbed one changed it out myself in about 2.5-3 hours same day. That was the problem. After multiple calls talking managers etc. Nothing was done. Not sure if they were taking advantage of the elderly or just providing poor service and not owning up to their mistakes. Either way it cost me over $700 for absolutely nothing. Don t trust the service department. Also another big negative was when my wife bought the vehicle it came with free lifetime oil changes which they decided to just take back the program because they were losing money on it, but they did send a letter saying the next one would be free.
I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, and scheduled test drives at two dealerships (neither dealership had the correct vehicle for me to test drive at my scheduled appointment) before going to Team Ford. Brennan Hitchcock (Internet Sales Manager at Team Ford) was a breath of fresh air and responded to all of my requests (there were a lot of them) quickly and honestly. Team Ford was very flexible with my schedule and requirements, and I'm very happy with my purchase. After I bought my vehicle I decided I needed an accessory, so I texted Brennan, and it was ready for pick up the next day!

I tried multiple cars during my car shopping, and eventually I decided to get a SUV from Ford at this dealer not only just because of the friendly face, but more because of the sale person's professional and honesty demonstration. Also when we were picking up the SUV, we got exactly what we were promised plus other nicely extra services, like helping registering the car, washing our car, etc. At the end, we feel we made a wise choice and got the best car shopping experience ever.
Over the last couple years I have had several poor service experiences at this location. It is convenient (close to home/work) and they offer the free rental vehicle which is why I have continued to use this Ford service location, but after my experience today it will probably be the last.
I made an appointment a week ago to drop off my F150 first thing today, to look at issues I have been having with my IWE assembly that was replaced in April this year. After providing the service advisor with my name and details, he looked up my file and curtly said "I'll need more details on what you need done today". After explaining the situation further he took some notes, and gave me an explanation about the warranty and testing they might need to do. That was all fine, and he said they will hopefully get to it later in the day to start diagnosing. I politely questioned the fact that I made the appointment for first thing this morning and barring any major repair work, was hoping to pick it up after work the same day. He looked down at all the work orders on his desk and said "well, these are all from yesterday still, so your vehicle will be in line after all these. The appointment is just a drop off time." Honestly, if he would have just said "Sorry but we have been swamped this week and we still have a bunch of jobs from yesterday to catch up on, but we'll get yours in as soon as possible... unfortunately it will likely be later on today." From that point on I was frustrated with his professionalism and lack of care for any sort of customer service.
I went to pick up my rental vehicle, and after waiting in line for maybe 5 minutes I was informed that they were out of rental vehicles, and were hoping to get more in about 30 minutes. I asked if the shuttle service was an option, and was told to go and chat with my service advisor. I went back over and asked for some details on that, and the similar poor service continued as he told me where the list was, put your name on it, and wait for the next shuttle (could be upwards of 30 mins). I ended up telling him not to worry about it and got me keys back to get it serviced somewhere else.
Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had this type of experience at this location. I don't know if their team is under-staffed and stressed, or if they just have the wrong personnel. If I make an appointment for service first thing in the morning (especially when I booked the appointment a week in advance) I am anticipating that they will be getting it in to look at and do the work. Perhaps they need to look at how they book and schedule appointments if they are overbooking and can't keep up with their commitments. Some customer service training would probably benefit their service staff as well.
We are looking for a new truck and have been referred to Erik Leitheiser he was an amazing salesman, he was very considerate, very knowlegable about what we wanted and our budget, very friendly and gave us a very positive experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
