I called asking if they will cut my ford key I bought because buying the one they provide is way too expensive so I found one online for cheaper and the service guy was very rude and said no we will not do it. Well I call a different ford dealership and they said yes they would. Pretty sad when one ford is willing to go above and beyond and this one just says no rudely. Very poor customer service.

I went to team ford just looking for few options but I bought new mustang from team ford and got the car in my price and the options i wanted, piyush made it possible.
I left my vehicle 2016 Ford Edge on 13th February 2019 due to the problem on Park Brake and the warranty was covered. The said part will be arriving on 22nd February 2019 and will be done by afternoon. Later he called me and said there is another problem so you will get the vehicle on Monday 25th of February 2019. On Tuesday I called no pick the phone so I left the message but still no response. Then on Wednesday I went there the advisor said we waiting for some other part and for sure you will get on Thursday 28th February 2019. Again no response when I called them and never got my vehicle on time. This is a horrible, poor and disrespectful service we get here. Advising others be careful with this liers as they try to fool people as if we don't understand what's going on. 100 of excuses will be given by them just for their protection. This is not the first time same thing happened with me in November 2018 when the water pump gave up and it took them almost 3 weeks. It's a big lose if you run business with these kind of people. JUST LETTING ALL THE PEOPLE BE CAREFUL OVER THESE DEALERS. ALWAYS FULL OF LIES. STILL NEVER GOT MY VEHICLE ON TIME TODAY 28TH OF FEBRUARY 2019

I was nervous as I had never purchased from a dealership before but the sales person, Scott, was super helpful; the car was ready to test drive when I arrived (on short notice) and a full mechanical assessment was provided to me immediately upon returning. There was no pressure to buy although I needed a vehicle asap and the dealership was able to accommodate an unconventional payment method as banks were closed on Sunday. They also allowed me to use the dealership plate until I could get to a registry the next day and switch mine over. Overall, very happy with the go auto experience! Had an appointment to change out my winter tires and rims to summer rims along with an oil change at 9:00am. This was with their Quick Lane. As I had an appointment I chose to wait for my vehicle. I wait 2 hrs 15 minutes. Why have an appointment when they do not honor those commitments. Why call it Quick.
For the second consecutive oil change, even though it stated in the work order it had been completed, the oil life meter was NOT reset. Furthermore, I always request synthetic oil be used, the oil change previous to my last one did NOT have synthetic oil used. I expect better.

2015 Tuxedo Black F150 Sport 3.5 Eco I had Kelly Zack as a salesman, it was my 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from Team Ford. Kelly is outstanding and I do not say that lightly. He is honest and (as it took 2 months to get me approved for the truck I wanted due to poor credit) persistent. He was always available if I had some questions including from his couch at home in late evening! To be honest I had some issues with the finance department following the purchase but to make a long story short, they rectified the situation in time. I am told the finance department has new staff now. The reason for 5 star is solely on the service I received from Kelly. Thank you!
Unfortunately since more than a week, I have been trying to get an appointment from the service department. Amazingly they never answer the phone or return calls to the voice message. A surprisingly bizzare customer service that Team Ford has. I am alarmed at their ratings in customer service, after not responding to a customer that needed service. I call for their service department and not even a single call was anawered.
I hope the service manager or the general manger would fix this issue of not being able to respond to customer calls. Have a great day Team Ford

As a gearhead I expect a sales person to know more than me and then I decide whether it is a good dealership. Piyush knew alot about the car. He even stayed back after closing and ensured my file has been properly filled and submitted. Fast approvals. Almost a gurantee.

This is the worst place to get a vehicle first my friend had recommended this place to get a vehicle but later on his experience dealing with these bunch of idiots was really bad. I had visited there to get a vehicle for my self but first no one responded and then finally someone approached asking how can he help I asked him about a vehicle dodge charger he asks are u sure you want this vehicle ( judging me of my work clothes) I asked what's the price of this vehicle he laughs and says 26k and I asked him why he was laughing he said oh nothin. I complained about this to there financial advisor Tom zainik and he says why do you want a vehicle which is out of your affordability range. I was shocked at this response from him. These guys are scammers they list the price low on the internet listing and when you go in person the prices are way too high. Worst experience ever. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE. they are such a shame on the east indian community. Sorry to know they are one of us.
One of my worst experiences ever buying a vehicle. Over a month and a half later my automatic payments are still not coming out of my account so I called ford credit to find out what was going on only to find out that the wrong paperwork was submitted by the dealership and someone else was actually paying for my truck. Now I m wondering if they lost my personal data and if they will admit their mistake and if they will tell the person that was paying for my truck. I ve tried for 3 weeks to contact the dealership to no avail just get told to leave a message and no one calls back. Sent an email to my finance manager and she replied that she would get back to me the next day didn t happen. One day I called the dealership every 20 minutes and not once over the whole day was anyone available to help me. The ineptitude displayed by the staff at this dealership is astounding. I will be contacting AMVIC to report that people s personal banking data is being mishandled.

Two weeks ago my mother and I were out by sandy beach driving back to Edmonton on HWY 44 south around 1030pm, there appeared to be an object filing towards us.
I swerved the escape to the right to try to avoid it, we still felt the impact. We were sent off the highway and rolled three times into a farmers field. We than landed upright.
We were unable to open the doors but thankfully several bystanders stop and came to our aid. They opened the doors and pulled my Mother and I from the vehicle.
After all that has happened, I am 5 months pregnant and the baby has survived,
My mother sustained a cracked sternum and 6 broken ribs with various cuts and bruises.
I have sustained a cracked sternum, bruising to my right knee and the right side of my body and various cutsand bruises.
Based on all of the first responders, we are all lucky to be alive today, as they told us that accidents involving a moose are usually fatal. They were all shocked that my mother and I survived.
I would like to personally thank Jamie and Jason at teamford for the all their efforts in helping me find an almost identical 2012 ford escape that I lost and loved so much. They both truly went above and beyond and can't thank them enough .

I thought I was driving into this dealership to sign the paperwork on a deal worked out to the penny on biweekly payments (in writing over email). Ended up renegotiating my trade in value due to an issue with it if that had been all I could have left happy.
Instead, after the trade in was re-negotiated, I was asked to pick my bi-weekly payment (pick either 82 months or 72 month term). Each biweekly payment was WAY off given the price of the vehicle, value of my trade, and APR. Told the sales person this, and he comes back (from the sales manager s office) with a biweekly payment on the 72mo loan that is still $19 more than it should have been (that adds up to $2900+ extra over the term of the loan). I ask him to quit the BS and come back with an itemized list of all costs and none of the extras (mysterious extras that weren t there in what we had agreed to by email)
Now, a bill of sale is given to me that has all the mysterious extras removed, save for a $525 fee on it for vin etching and a warranty that comes with it. I had already declined this (by email, accepted by the sales person). He tells me to just sign the bill of sale and take up the fee with the finance office. I cross the fee out, initial beside it and finally have close to the deal we agreed to by email. (I d like to point out that the vehicle does not have VIN etching on it, that I drove in from Calgary, and that he did not point out that this fee was on the bill of sale. So I presume I would have paid for this service without the vehicle actually having it, had I not noticed the fee or did they plan on pointing out that I paid for it after the sale and then getting me to drive back to have the vin etched on each part of the vehicle?)
If you go here, come with your guard up, focus on the price of the vehicle and the price of any extras they try to add on (not on payments). Calculate your payments yourself (Scotia bank has a great online calculator you can used on your phone). If the payments don t match, get the itemized list of costs and find out what s in there. The law in Alberta is All in Pricing so the advertised price, + HST and GOVERNMENT registration fees are all you need to pay, unless you ask for extras.
Two stars, because they did have the best price on the F150 that I could find, but if you're going to advertise something at a great price, be aware you might actually have to sell it at that price with out any of the highly profitable OPTIONAL extras.
I can't exaggerate how great my experience was at Team Ford. I'd never purchased a vehicle at a dealership before and was a little anxious; Erik Leitheiser and Janie made it all very pleasant and easy. I honestly hadn't given Ford much consideration before, but now I will remember Team Ford when I'm in the market for a new vehicle.
Bait and Switch... Worked with both the Sales Associate and Sales Manager to agree on a sales price which included the down payment interest rate and payment method for a new truck. Had confirmed commitments in writing. Upon arrival and eagerness to sign the papers I was presented with a different deal which worked out to about a 3K difference in price. I was told by both the Sales Associate and Sales Manager that an error was made and it could not be corrected. When elevated to the General Manager, I discussed integrity and commitment on a business level only to be told they could not honor the deal. If a business makes an error, they should eat it, earn a customer and potential make up the difference in other ways such as service agreements or perhaps a future sale down the road. Not this group, there is no integrity or pride with this team, only shady sales tactics run by shady management eager to take your money.
This dealer knocks the ratings right out of the park, I drive from Calgary to get Warranty on my truck here, my future trucks are coming from Team Ford. This dealer is the only dealer I have ever used that when they fix a problem, especially a complex one involving Ford engineering like I had they get it bang on, no going back. Jamie Jasman is the GM of the store and he is incredible, he makes sure there are no loose ends with open customer concerns. I bought a couple trucks from here back when Neil Reid owned the place back in 2001, he was the original owner, he sure left this dealership in good hands.
Team ford is a pleasure of a place to work with. The guys in parts are awesome and knowledgeable, But what stood out for me was Sara in service. She was so very kind and super helpful thank you team ford. We all know there is NO i in team and this place sure shows it.

I have bought new and had serviced through the years. The team ford service and tire quick lane have been nothing but amazing....if your car is under warranty. Now that something is actually wrong ( transmission went at 120k) I cant get in,let alone the phone tag they play. They say they did a trans flush but yet original fluid is still in car all sludge as per another ford dealer. And I specifically remember the service member say" I'd like to see you prove it was us" I just want to know if it was done but they actually dont know if it was done.

I have purchased two vehicles from them, one for myself, another one for my friend. The process of bargaining is hard, but also fun. Anyhow, we got the price we wanted, that makes everyone happy. I can't blame the dealer trying to make more of it, since they are running a business. The deal meets your satisfaction is the most important.
After a few screw ups they got the repairs right on my vehicle. I'm not impressed with the dealership overall but the last service coordinator I dealt with was very helpful.

I recently bought an F-150 from Team Ford. My sales guy, Sean, was excellent! Not only was he always accessible to answer questions and concerns; he also made sure that he did everything in his power to make the transaction go off without a hitch. Sean was more concerned about making sure that I found the vehicle I wanted and needed, versus just getting a sale. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Ford had to fix my windshield and moonroof and gave me a rental to use in the meantime. Because the repair took quite longer than expected, they detailed our car before giving it back. That was a fantastic surprise!

We set about the task of leasing a new corporate vehicle for our growing business: Shamrock Sportswear. After considering many options and alternatives, we met Brian MacPhee at Team Ford, and our mind was made up, that this is the place to be. Our whole business has grown by massive leaps and bounds, because of our high level of customer service and Brian gets it. It's really quite simple, if you don't care about the customer, the customer will just go spend money somewhere else. Brian made sure that while we were waiting for our new car we had a loaner vehicle to keep things moving........he delivered our car totally prepped and ready to see clients.....it was spotless. To top it all off he made the connection at the registry office to get our new corporate plates put on our vehicle on the same day it arrived. Yes TEAM FORD has all the bells and whistles.....new state of the art building and service center...........but what leaves me with a lasting impression is that I did not feel like Brian wanted to make a quick buck and kick us out the door. If you need any kind of a vehicle or service I give my highest rating to TEAM FORD and Mr. Brian MacPhee..........we felt like family....not a number.........and as a result we'll be back shortly to least our new delivery vehicles from him.

Had my F-150 in for regular servicing, a front axle seal was leaking and it was suggested I have it changed soon. Didn't want any issues as I was heading to BC for a vacation with the family. The service department squeezed me into their busy schedule and also fixed a slow leak in a tire and as icing on the cake ... they performed a re-call repair on the engine at the same time ... even before I had the recall notice in the mail. Great work people! Thanks for all the great service and keeping my truck in tip top shape! Mr.Yakimchuk ... you have a great bunch of detail oriented staff working for you!
