I just purchased my very own Ford Focus. Aaron Bryce, my sales person was very friendly, helpful and took the time to get to know me and what things I would be looking for when driving my car. We went on a test drive of the exact car that I was interested in purchasing. It was first class experience, Aaron was quickly able to prepare a focus for a test drive, car already started and fully heated. Once I identified that there was some options I didn't like on this focus, he worked to find the exact focus I was looking for! And worked to get the vehicle for me as quickly as possible.

Erin Dominko, the lady in finance was super organized, knowlegeable and although the experience of filling out a credit application is new to me, Erin made it a very comfortable experience. There is a stack of paperwork to sign but Erin explained each one with care and also offered me a snack. :)

Overall, very happy with my experience at team ford and the friendly and accommodating sales team Aaron and Erin!

I wanted to share my experience with Team Ford for two reasons: 1. It was significantly better than excellent. 2. The people who work there are wonderful. I bought a new Ranger (this is my second vehicle from Team Ford) from them a few days ago (Friday to be precise) and literally could not believe how hard they worked to not only give me excellent value for my trade-in, but also get me in an awesome little truck. Victor (my salesman) was truly a pleasure to work with, he is knowledgeable, engaging, and easy to talk to: a great guy (10/10). Mo (finance) was also a gem to work with; fun, easy going, and a true pro (10/10). Corey (sales manager) was (no surprise here) also terrific; genuine, honest, and reasonable (10/10). I highly recommend Team Ford; infact, so much so: I drove up from Calgary-and without hesitation, will drive up again for my next vehicle. THANKS VERY MUCH!!!!

I got referred to this location and to Tyler by a friend. I'm glad I did. Positive experience, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Any time I had a question Tyler was quick to find the answers if he did not know himself. Sale was quick and love my new (to me) focus. Would recommend this location for all your car needs.

Had an overall good experience with Team Ford. My salesperson Bas (Basim Chehayeb) was kind of your typical salesman as far as the sale went, a little bit rushed, initially overpriced, and go go go.

What really impressed me however was his patience and assistance AFTER I bought my vehicle. There was some complications with getting my old license plate off of my vehicle and he waited 2-3 hrs after the dealership was closed. On top of that, when leaving the dealership, my girlfriends car decided not to start (because of a dead fob battery) and he waited until we got her vehicle started too. He has also done an incredible job after the sale in assisting me however he can, which I have greatly appreciated. He organized a second key for my car (since I bought used) and has been friendly throughout the entire process.

I can honestly say I had a beyond great experience from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional- friendly staff, always keeping up on communication, making sure we were happy with everything. They make buying a vehicle such a smooth, easy and enjoyable process. Our sales guy was Trace and we can t say enough good things about him. He was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable on everything with our vehicle we purchased. Would highly recommend buying your vehicle from here! You won t be disappointed in the least.

I would like to take this opportunity to say your entire staff I had the pleasure to interact with was nice, very helpful, and you never felt left in the dark. I would say from the first email from Rochelle, to Erin in finance, to meeting Brennan, to the big boss upstairs, It was probably the best experience I've had at a dealership thus far. When it comes to trucks I'm a Chevy guy (don't crucify me lol) but cause of your team I would definitely consider buying a F150 if I was going to buy a truck. They called us saying they had a client interested in our 2016 F150. Given we no longer needed a truck and that the 2.7 liter was junk, we went in. All we wished to do was find out buyout value. We told them that an escape may be considered. We took one for a test drive. High pressure. Next thing you know the escapes vin is attached to a loan and our truck is,already sold. We called half hr later to back out but could not. Do not deal with them. I even took it back before it was registered and threw them the keys. They refused to let us depart in the loan vehicle because it was "unsafe" and forced us to take off the lot.

What an amazing experience, to deal with such professionals. My very first brand new vehicle, my very first Ford experience. Every aspect of my purchase was super easy and a lot of fun. From the sales rep, Kelly! To the receptionist, to the finance manager, Rochelle, to Shaun and Leo in service, to the guys who delivered my Escape home for me.

Truly a fun day. No stress, no hassles. This is how customer relationships are built and maintained. Nothing less than perfect.

When we went to buy our F350 I showed my credit, income, all supporting docs to the finance manager. I was told to maybe look at a half ton. Drove to two other dealerships and was approved for a platinum with $12,000 in upgrades and a full maintenance package.
Came here to do my oil change because they are one of th the only stores with an "express lube" with no appointment needed. There was one vehicle in front of me. He came to ask what I needed. I told him, and he seemed positive. The minute I told him I had a maintenance package he was busy and didn't have a good explanation. Just some stuttering. I know the industry so I know the likelihood of upsells and lower on those plus the margins from ford are probably Lower too.
Both my experiences with team ford have given me the impression if it's hard work or not worth it in their scope, they just brush you off. Very busy store with a good product they can afford to cherry pick but it won't get our business.

I called Team Ford, as you can see below the request from poor reviews. This is merely nothing other than a "make yourself look good marketing tactic." I called the number they provided and they were supposed to get back to me.... several weeks ago! Talk about a ZERO STAR REVIEW!!!

WORST service I have EVER had!!! SOO I am not from Edmonton, I am l from Lethbride (500 Km s South). My 2015 (near mint condition) Ford F-150 truck broke down nearby the Team Ford dealership. I was unaware of roadside assistance, so I paid for towing to the dealership. I went back the next day and asked them if and what they can do for me. Being a mechanic, I had a hunch it had something to do with the fuel pump/sensor. They said they were backlogged due to laying off staff & it wouldn t be a week/week & half till they could even look at it. They did how ever say they were able to provide a loaner till it was ready. I graciously took the vehicle and went back home. After almost 2 weeks I never heard from them, so I decided to give them a call to see the progress on my truck. They told me they had a chance to look at it and it was in fact the fuel pump. They mentioned to me they do not have part and have just ordered it. Some time mid next week it should arrive and wouldn t take long to replace. The very next day (around 3pm on Friday) I get a call from Team Ford saying your vehicle is ready for pick up like what?! I just called yesterday and you confirmed mid next week it will be ready. I had plans for the weekend. Do they think someone can drop everything and run to you when you snap your fingers NOT impressed! I said I will drive up late Saturday after my appointment which they told me that it s okay and they are open Sunday and bring it by then. Low and behold they are not open Sunday. So, the very next morning I drive to the dealership, they explained what the issue was and I take my keys go on my way with my intention to head back home which is 500 km s away boy was I wrong!

I made a quick pit stop (less than 30 km s) & it broke down again! Thank goodness they told me about roadside assistance this time. The only blessing given the current situation. I called roadside assistance and they were there in about an hour and half. We took it back to the dealership and they said that we are back on the bottom of this list. It wouldn t be a week till they could take a look at it like SERIOUSLY?!?! I just left your dealership & you had some INCOMPETENT monkeys with wrenches working on my truck. Now I have to wait another week after my previous 2 weeks (3 total). Not to mention the HUGE inconvenience about having to drive another 1000 km s. Little does Team Ford care about customer service though After another week I get a call to come pick it up again (2nd time now). They informed me they had someone with 20 years of experience work on my truck and it working now. So, I drive up tp pick it up and FINALLY reach Lethbridge all seems well you d think. BUT it stops working AGAIN!!!

I ll try to wrap it up I take my truck to my trusted dealership in Lethbridge and they find the solution. They told me the fuel pump control module was mangled with by the previous dealership (Team Ford) and it would cost me $400 to replace it. Team Ford costed me just more than gas money and staying money. They costed me a part whichTHEY damaged, thousands of km s driven, and time (days) taken off to drive up. INCOMPETENT BUFFOONS they have at Team Ford. If you are looking for a dealership with great service DO NOT, I REPEAT...DO NOT take your vehicle to Team Ford.

I am in my 50's and have purchased a lot of new vehicles in my life, I have never experienced such terrible service anywhere as I did at Team Ford. They promise you the world and deliver on nothing. My advice would be to go somewhere else.

So the saga continues, the owner said to contact Brook as they would like to resolve my issues, which are really quite simple, the salesman said the truck came with a spray in box liner, which it didn't and the dealership has a set of my keys. The first salesman I dealt with who promised me the box liner no longer works there and the second salesman who has my second set of keys also no longer works there.
So anyways back to Brook, I talked to her and she was an awesome lady, very helpful and she said she would send out a new set of keys and I also told her I could live with the plastic drop in box liner. I figured everything was finally going to be resolved, now steps in Mitch, who is some sort of manager, the same Mitch I left a message for before I wrote my first review and the same Mitch I emailed and after 12 days of no response from Mitch, I called him back and he flat out called me a liar and used his so called power to put an end to all the great work Brook did and now as before I can't get an answer from him. I am really getting tired of the poor treatment, it is hard to believe such a simple thing of good customer service is so difficult to fulfill. Sad part is Mitch has no clue about the deal and all the prior issues I had to endure, including bringing the truck back and killing a day of my time and paying for gas for a loaner vehicle, all because they never had my truck ready when they said they would.
I will say that the Finance and Service departments along with Brook and all the staff at reception were fantastic and a real pleasure to deal with.
The sales staff that I have dealt with so far have been pathetic beyond words.

My car was professionally detailed, when I picked it up. And he patiently walked me threw how to operate the features of my new car. This is my second used car with Team Fords Go Auto. Highly recomend them and Piy.

So we went to speak with the manager and sales guy and they told us we would have to pay a few thousand to get our of the lease so we could not afford that so we left. Few months later we stopped at a Mitsubishi dealer and asked them sand thing and they told us about the concept of auto trading so since they were helpful we ended up purchasing a RVR. However we didn't like it since it did not have enough space in back so we went to Team Ford (we realized we were used to fords) and told them our problem and they gave us a manipulative idea saying that if we didn't give Mitsubishi our bank information we could just not give it and go MIA on them. We said we weren't interested in doing something unethical and they said they can't help us then and brushed us off. We struggled to find other ways and finally few months later got good service from freedom ford and got a new ford escape 2016 for a reasonable price. If Team Ford would have initially helped us and suggested auto trading we could of saved a lot of money and wouldn't of had to run around for 4 months struggling. Very disappointed with their unethical suggestions and rude behaviour. Anyone considering to buy a ford DO NOT GO HERE. Go to Freedom Ford, excellent service. Team's Ford General Manager is extremely unhelpful and the sales people follow his route.

Just bought my car from Team Ford a week ago and it is certified pre-owned with additional 1 year warranty. I left the dealership with assurance that all paper work in place and i wouldn't face any issue when visiting any Ford dealership anywhere in North America. Surprisingly, I had to get the car into a different dealership in Alberta to check something in the car and they told me that Ford records doesn't show the CPO warranty. I called Team Ford and talked to the sales manager Dany Nisso and he handled the situation professionally and coordinated everything with the other dealership.
Big Thank you to the helpful sales person Dino for providing great after sale experience.

If you are thinking of buying from here .stop and think again. The experience I just had with them was dreadful! I just bought a used F-150 from them. They were lucky that they had the vehicle we wanted and that is the only reason they got our business. If there were other options I would not have been Team Ford the time of day. If you deal with them don t expect to have your emails returned in any kind of reasonable time. Do expect to have to chase them on the phone to get replies and for any kind of information. Do not EVER expect ANYONE to talk to you with any kind of conception of what it means to be a customer. Do expect them to provide the minimum of information you need. Do expect them to be dismissive and condescending. They give me the impression that they are earning too much money to care about anyone s needs and that they see every customer interaction as a pain that that they have to get rid of.
Their website mentions their customer-first approach! Seriously! The Go Auto Group slogan is Happy to Help I cannot say I saw of felt any of those things at all. Because I want the truck they had I literally had to wrestle it from them with my own efforts. In the process I spoke with a sales person Mark, and Sales Manager, Jeff and a Business Manager, Tyler. None of those people know how to sell in the least and in my opinion, they deserve no commission whatsoever for this transaction. They did NOTHING to sell it, I BOUGHT it.
They do no preparation to their used cars other than to check that the vehicles pass the AMVIC safety test. They don t even do an oil and filter change. There is nothing more done than any other basic used car store where vehicles are often cheaper.
Having fought my way to a deal with them my son drove 3 hours from Calgary to pick it up. Although they had all the information they needed, my son was left waiting another hour in the showroom to get the final bill of sale while there were numerous members of staff standing around doing nothing. They did not get the truck licensed. They wanted to refund his $53 registration fee and send him to do the licensing himself at 6.40 pm. They knew he had just driven 3 hours, waited an hour and had another 3-hour drive back home. Apparently, it turned out, they did this because the salesman wanted to GO SHOPPING that evening and wanted to leave early.
So, do yourself an favour and find a car dealer that actually values your business understands customer needs and provides a proper level of service and satisfaction.
