Rochelle was very thorough and easy to work with also, quick and efficient, she made financing a whole lot easier than it has been in the past. She did not try to get more money out of me as is often the case with dealerships and was respectful of my choices when it came to extra maintenance. 10/10 would recommend.

I was looking into buying a used truck from Team Ford and dealt with Brennan. I've been to dealers in the past and was absolutely dreading the experience, however after dealing with Brennan I felt much better about buying a vehicle from a dealer. Brennan was polite, well dressed, informed, not at all pushy and showed me a few units that fit what I was looking for. Although I didn't end up needing a vehicle as my employer provided one, I would certainly recommend Brennan at Team Ford should I be in the market for a truck or any vehicle in the future!

Going into a car dealership full of aggressive salesmen, telling you what they think you need, can be stressful. Fortunately we met and dealt with the Siffledeen's. A family of super automotive salespeople. Sisters Jade and Jennifer, worked tirelessly alongside father Alex, to find us a vehicle that fit our lifestyle, and worked with us to get it at a price we were comfortable with. Brother Jesse even got in on the excitement when tracking down a new SIM card for our Sync system and a second My-Key, making sure we left the lot satisfied. The only down part of our experience was trying to get the car home (detailed, cleaned etc.). This is most likely due to the fact we purchased during a very busy time of year, and business seemed to be overwhelming, which meant that we were sometimes overlooked by the rest of the team. Regardless of some of these issues, the Siffledeen s always rushed to our rescue! I would recommend bringing your business to the Siffledeen family at Go Ford - Team Ford in south east Edmonton. They will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Their family teamwork, is a refreshing change from the "typical" auto sales experience. Thank you Alex, Jennifer, Jesse and Jade! Erik and Aziz were honest, friendly and helpful - no shenanigans. They even went out of their way to get everything done in time for our vacation. Truck was exactly as advertised, 2 months in and no problems yet. My experience was great - I would definitly recommend Team Ford.

My worst experience of life
I bought Ford Escape in october 2019. Moe El- chami was my finance manager. He got my signs on papers abt which he said he ll finish on some other day when i will come to pick my car. Without my knowledge he gave me multiple warranties which i didnot need. I was never told abt the price of those. When we talked abt that, Moe got really aggressive and refused to talk with us. Even he told us they can not be cancelled. But still we called the direct numbers and cancelled the Extended Warranty and Go Auto insurance. But i was charged $18.80 as my Go Auto fee which I was never refunded. Now today after exactly 2 months i am charged again $18.80 as Go Auto fee even though that was cancelled by the department. Just disgusting.
We called and Moe said that was not cancelled by their side. Really? After 2 months they deducted money from my bank account. Very bad experience with team ford. I want my $40 back.I would never ever suggest anybody to go and buy vehicle from Team Ford. They are not trust worthy especially Finance Manager Moe. Now where are my $37.60. I want my money to be refunded. They treated us good when we went to give them buisness. But after they dont care abt you.

I dropped in today to check out the 2016 F150. I was very happy with my salesman Aaron Boyce. No pressure to buy anything, just sat and talked about all my wants and needs for a family vehicle. He informed me about all the new safety features and some of the fancier things like the backup camera and the sync 3. I will absolutely go see Aaron when I'm ready to buy!

I was not thrilled initially by my experience at Team Ford. I was in the process of negotiating a price with someone on the sales team when she brought out her manager and he spoke down to me. I should have pulled out from the deal at that point. But, sadly, I continued to the finance department. I had some vehicle issues going on prior to this purchase, so I wanted to be sure to have everything I needed included. The finance person talked me into a warranty and maintenance package, and I should've said no to both, but felt like I was in good hands... Unfortunately a week after my purchase I was in an accident and my vehicle was totalled. Even with putting 1000 down on my new car, what the insurance company was going to offer me was roughly $10,000 less than what I owed on my new car. (I knew I overpaid, but I figured if I drove this car for 6-7 years it would be fine in the end). After the accident I figured I could cancel the extended warranty and maintenance plan, or receive some kind of refund on the maintenance plan offered by ford, but nope, they don't refund those. Even though I didn't use a dime from it. After saying no, they offered to just roll that $ into a new loan when I purchased a new vehicle from them. I already paid over $10k to drive a car for a week, I'm not spending any more money there.

Reminder to everyone, car dealerships are NOT looking out for you, they're looking to make money off of you. There were so many red flags, I wish I had never stepped foot in Team Ford.

Had great service from my salesman Brett Stamm. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and was happy the entire time. He even went as far as bringing my X5 from a different dealership. I thought buying a car was gunna be impossible with my late working hours but he made it possible by staying late and even coming in on his day off to help me with my selection. I will deff be back for all my future purchases aswell as telling all my friends and family to come to team ford and talk to my guy Brett.

I just had a disappointing experience here. THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! I came in for some servicing to my work vehicle and I felt it was a mistake to go to TEAM FORD from the start! I tried to call to make an appointment and I was told to just do a drop-in. I get there, No greeting when I walked in and staff talking amongst themselves while I stood there. They see but continue to ignore me. I walk over to the service advisor desk to ask for help and he quickly dismisses me to the proper side, and doesn t even ask the staff who were just standing there to assist me. I was WAITING there WAYYY TOO LONG and not one person working there asked what I was there for or if I needed help with anything!! I walked back to my vehicle and took my business elsewhere. What a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Worst experience of my life. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. Manger on this dealership is an Indian guy and he told me we don t like Indian customer because they compare pricing with other.He is a racist he said his Canadian employee doesn t want to serve Indian community people. This is racism s and these kind of people who s having manager position shouldn t be deferentiating the customer with the skin colour or religion. This is redculus I have the witness when manger said he doesn t like Indian on this dealership.I will be raising this issue on other platforms to protest against racism.

I may not be the most articulate person ever, so this review may be a bit on the lacking side. But, when I found my Ford Fusion on the GoFord website and called in to to inquire about it, Jade (Siffledeen) was extremely helpful with any and all questions I had to ask. She was very professional and made my first car purchase as easy on me as possible. I would highly recommend Jade to any one who is looking to purchase a vehicle, new or used. She takes things very seriously though has enough in her personality to be humourous and cheerful. I can't exactly compare her to anyone else as I have not dealt with anyone but her. But, I've heard stories about some salesmen.

As for the car. I love it. It is very fun to drive and actually allows me to enough driving. Something that I have not had the luxury of experiencing before (I absolutely hate driving around for the most part.) But, all that is in the past.

Showed up with a shift cable issue on my Escape. Spent an hour and a half, but they fixed it right then and there. No appointment made, and they were very accommodating. Even the salesmen, were very professional, and knowing that I was not ready to buy, they still answered all my questions. Found out some stuff happened with the first bank and they found another bank and dropped the price on the truck as well as all the extras I got just for the troubles. Even with all the bumps they made it as quick and painless as possible to work for me.

Drove Gmc trucks my whole life owned 23 of them until 2017 when I purchased a f350 platinum from cam Clark ford in reddeer and it was the worst thing I ever did, no support at all from service, sales was a disrace and never again was gonna buy another ford. I went to Team Ford for a service and just seemed absolutely great to deal with, so carried on with there service end for over a year then sat down with Jamie Jasmine/manager and jabz in sales and treatment from them was absolutely amazing, rolled out in my new f150 smiling and can t say enough great things about the crew at Team Ford. Cheers to Jamie, Jabz and the rest for there professionalism.

This review is regarding the online support when inquiring on a vehicle.

We inquired on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and received a response stating the vehicle is an Alberta vehicle, zero accidents, inspected and available for immediate viewing.
This sounded great, until we inquired why it would have a front license plate holder if it is from Alberta, and requested the CarFax info.
The same guy responded and stated, "It was originally from Quebec and it had a $7000 hit on it. Left front side when it had $2000 km on it."

Only after we had requested the CarFax did he disclose that the vehicle is not originally from Alberta like initially stated, and that it had also been in an accident.

Salesmen already have a negative reputation; situations like this do not help it out.

Because of the shady responses, we have decided to look else where.

I just bought a ford fiesta 2017 recently and I already knew the total price of the vehicle the manager and the salesperson still try to rip me off by dividing the payments and make the total to $26,000. They were thinking that I don't know how to compute. I did show them my computation and still persistent to rip me off. Eventually, I gave them $2500 on top of the actual price just to keep them quiet. Koch was offering $20, 000 for that vehicle this was with discount and they were offering higher than that.

I dropped off my vehicle there for services, A girl working in the services department told me, let us check if your vehicle is under warranty you may no need to pay, but the next day she sent an estimate bill to me, and I said no to the service because I was unable to that much money.

Took my truck to get a service fix done, specifically a oil pan change that was noticed to be leaking during a oil change/ service check. The next day after picking up my truck I had noticed my radiator fan kick on and my truck start to overheat!! There was a leak coming from the area of the oil pan. Not sure what exactly was done or not done/ put back but very unhappy with this event. Had to put over 8L of coolant in my truck. Took it to another dealership to get it fixed as I could not risk another issue from these mechanics! Clearly something was missed in a check, if one was ever completed! Will never use them again, thankfully my truck is still under warranty, but not professional at all.

Went in this morning 12/30/2015. Was looked after promptly (I had no appointment), and service tech was really friendly.
My battery was tested and replaced under warranty in about 45 minutes and I did not even have an appointment. Free coffee too! Did not buy my truck there but will definitely be back for service work.

So I have purchased two vehicles prior to my newest addition a 2016 Mustang EcoBoost, both were they two different dealerships and I must say Team Ford was the most rewarding and best experience yet. I dealt with tej and Deep ( sorry if I spelled your names wrong boys! ), I also talked with Drew, and Janie throughout the process. I must say this has been my best buying experience with a dealership yet. They put in some real hours and time to get me into the car I wanted and did everything they could to make it happen. The team here really went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that and can't thank you guys enough. From all the phone calls and texts to just their general atmosphere within the dealership. When you walk in you are always greeted and made to feel at home, and I noticed right away everybody here seemed to actually want to be there and that it was more then just a job. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will buy from them again if I ever decide to get another vehicle .Thanks again to everyone who helped get me approved on my very own Mustang your guys customer service is 15/10 easily !

Great building! Fantastic staff! I love that everything to do with purchasing a new vehicle is all under one roof! Ryan Hoffman was the best salesman I have ever dealt with and made the whole experience as fun and easy as possible! Sal in the Finance department was great to deal with and kept the waiting to a minimum and had the financial documents and registration paperwork all ready to go before I walked in to pick up the new vehicle. Ashlene in the Go Auto Insurance department got me the best insurance package for the best price and is a real pleasure to speak to! Team Ford has had my business for the last 6 years and will continue to have it in the future!

I also want to give a big shout out to the Service department for all of the work and advice they have given over the last few years! Sean is always smiling and quick to give you the best solution for your service needs!

I bought a 2013 Ford Escape from Team Ford in August last year, along with the so called 'bumper to bumper' package.

I've just had my car at Kentwood Ford since last week, and one of the items I wanted fixed was the misalignment of the driver's door, which has been an issue since I bought the car.

I've now been told that they want to charge me to rectify an issue that the car was sold to me with.

So far, EVERY interaction I have had with Go Auto has been pathetic, frustrating and generally crappy. Everything is a huge battle, and once they have your money, they actually treat you like crap.

DO NOT purchase a vehicle from Team Ford if you value your time or sanity. You will lose both...

And NO. I will not call you. From now on, EVERYTHING is going to be in writing, and you WILL be hearing more from me. Thanks.

You can really tell that he loves his job, and because of that I felt I wasn't just another customer, but taken care of like family. I am very pleased with him and the dealers service.
