I don't really have an opinion, the front desk girl was helpful at trying to get me in contact with someone from service. After 15 transfers I gave up, Teamford does not answer phones. They are far to be busy I guess.

This dealership i really enjoyed purchasing my vehicle from. The staff was professional and kind. Amin Al-Adarah was my sales associate. He is really experienced and keeps the customers best interests in mind.

Had many issues with salesman for 2 weeks after 52k purchase, after an additional week of leaving voicemails with sales manager I finally got a call back after speaking to go auto twice. They told me they would fix the problem "asap" (and conned me into giving them a 5 star rating) been waiting for 2 weeks and haven't had my problems dealt with and haven't heard from anyone.

I Don t regret going here to buy are new explorer we got a huge discount! And Swarn Sethi one of the sales consultant is very helpful and answered all our questions! I will recommend this place to my friends and colleagues who are planning to buy their new vehicle!

Received a text from this dealership saying that
they're having a huge truck sale.
After my shift up North i decided to jump in the
Dealership. After having a long conversation with the sales person and chose the right truck
for me and agreed with the trade in price, the
sales agent told me to wait in his table because his going to talk to the manager.
After waiting for almost 30 minutes the agent came back and told me that i can move all my stuff from my old truck to the new truck that i chose.He told me that i can drive the new truck with me to my place and sign the paperworks the following day.
I went to the dealership the following day to sign the paperworks only to learn from the agent
that the deal is not gonna work and told me to
move again all my stuff in my old truck which
i did and left team ford dealership.
After a week they called me again and told me that the previous deal is already approved and if i want i can sign the paperworks and pick up the new truck. The following day I decided to go to the dealership to sign the paperworks and pick up the truck but only to learn that they are trying to sell me a different truck which i told them from the very start that i don't like the trim of the said truck.
This dealership wasted a day of my day off for nothing.
Never ever deal with this dealership anymore.

Great service. Joe got me exactly what I wanted on the budget that I had gone in there with. They went above and beyond, even staying well past closing hours to accommodate my work schedule. Allyson from the finance department was also very helpful going above and beyond as well. I will definitely recommend people I know to go there and buy a vehicle.

It was a great experience, was in an out with a truck the same day. The sales woman was both beautiful and friendly. I would be very likely to refer friends to her and I too will be back in the near future.

I gotta give Team Ford credit. When we drove away in our new-to-us used vehicle, we were disappointed when the air conditioning didn t work. But they stepped up and fixed it for us.

Five stars for Mr. Victor K who was helpful in my buying process. Got the Edge for me and my wife and we are ready to go on a road trip now.

So as I mention, I bought a truck from Team ford, I was promised a spray in box liner by the first salesman who doesn't work there anymore and the second salesman has a set of my keys and he doesn't work there anymore either.
The owner told me to talk to Brooke to get my issues resolved which I did, I even told her I will live with the plastic box liner all I wanted was my set of keys, wow a no brainer to resolve an unhappy customer. I think Brooke obviously agreed as she was going to send me a set of keys. Then in steps the general sales manager who obviously knows nothing of all the issues I have had with this sale, I could write a small book. The poor guy has no managerial skills, knows nothing about customer service, fact finding, or conflict resolution. All he had to do was send me my keys and I would now be writing that Team Ford stepped up and resolved my issues and made it right!
Unfortunately I can't say that, I am not going to rip team ford right now as it appears to only be one individual.
I will say be careful if you buy at Team Ford as this guy will take you for a ride!

Well i was intrested in a 2011 ford fx4 with 122xxxkm with the 5.0l v8 found it posted online june 9/2016 for $19,999

Went in on june 11/2016 (with the printed ad thank god) and was told that this truck was now $25,000...so i showed them the printed ad and after a few minutes went by i was told they would honor that price...great... except i was looking to pay less than that, so after about 30 minutes of price disputing with Victor Kim (great and very honest sales person!) the manager Bryan came out showed me the truck had cold air intake, aftermarket exhaust and an after market stereo, he then and made me an offer of 19,405.00 tax included and had it pass a mechanical inspection as well! I COULDN'T PASS THAT OFFER UP!!!!
I am now the happiest i could be and love my truck. thank you team ford for being so honest, and not giving up until you made sure i was happy!

Only down side is they gave my number to Sirius satellite xm radio and now they wont stop calling me even after blocking the number....gaaaah :(

Walked into this dealer to look at a f150.... While I waited for the manager to pull one up, I was astonished as the vulgar language the salesman were using to one another. I witness more F bombs than I did in any locker room. For employees to use that kind of language caught me by surprise. I tried to imagine bringing my 3 year old boy in with me while my truck gets an oil change, and the thought frightened me. Most unprofessional staff I've ever seen at a dealer.... And with this industry being so competitive, I'd spend my money elsewhere.

I don t have option for zero star so its one. I bought F150 XLT 2020 from team and negotiated price and insterest on first meeting with assistant sales manager, we have agreed to it. When I got there to pick it up finance person told me the different Monthly payment so called assistant sales manager, he even admitted that made mistake on first time about interest rate. The difference between monthly payment what we discussed and what actually is $8 for 60 months so I have told them to give me some kind of rebate for $480 deficit.
Assistant manager gave me an option to get $250 rebate or cancel the deal after getting hit on my credit score. Which wasn t nice to deal with at all after even admitting own mistake and not taking ownership. I am a business owner as well so know the importance of returning customers but I don t know how important for you guys.

I went to help a friend buy a car. Aziz was very professional and friendly and made us feel at ease. He was honest and tried his best to accommodate our needs. He even made himself available on his day off to assist my friend. I would be comfortable to recommend him to my friends.

On the first floor lobby, there is a salesman who is very proud of the car. The sitting posture makes people feel very uncomfortable. The CargoVan salesperson promised to give me a quote and did not honor it.

Gislaine Correia, was friendly and professional. I'm not sure why, but we were rushed through the paperwork and some of it was not explained. We were not in a hurry. A lesson learned for next time.

Because the car had been test driven so many times, it was dirty inside. My husband and I came back 2 weeks later to have it complementary cleaned. Kelly even bought us breakfast. What service!

I recently bought a car with team ford, it was my 3rd vehicle with this dealership, l did not have a good experience with the sales team or anyone on the management team after the sale was done, there was also an issue l had noticed with the bumper after l had already taken it home, l brought it back, nobody was overly interested in talking to me about it and l was starting to feel like l was going to have to sink more money into this car to get a bumper replaced. This is where l came into contact with Krystal Hawke, this lady was an absolute gem, she listened to my issues, she made my feel like l was being heard as a customer, she wanted to try and find solutions,l can't say enough good things about her, she's a complete rockstar. l hope Team Ford realizes they are lucky to have her, she got the ball rolling to get the bumper fixed, not only did it fixed it looks better then it did before. ld give the sales and management team zero stars, but because Krystal fought for me I'm leaving 5 stars,Thank you Krystal!!!

I bought my vehicle at Team Ford over 6 years ago. Service express has always given be great service and quality work. Any time I had to take my vehicle to the full service department they either did the work wrong, or didn't do it at all, even with an appointment, then laughed to my face about it. Worst service department I have ever seen.

I bought a F-150 XLT here. The price was exactly as per what I was promised on the phone. When I went in first time they were a bit busy. I did all negotiations on the phone. But after that everything was exactly as per what I had talked about. No BS no hard pressure selling and exactly as per what was promised. Had great buying experience. Jay even came in early to work with us without notice. Keep it up guys.

Me and my wife went to this dealer to do our test drive. The sales represnetative is kind enough to show us the vechicle and answer our questions. We have no problem with him.

While the sales manager is of a totally different character. You better tell him you are ready to buy, otherwise you are "NOTHING" to them. Not even worth to talk to you. I never see a sales manager sitting comfortablely sitting in his chair talking to customer standing in front.

My suggestion is that, if you are not ready to buy at Team Ford, better not humiliate yourself there.

This place is a joke. Pulled into the parking lot and didn t even get out of my car before a sales guy actually comes up to me asking me what I need. They were pushy from the beginning and then wouldn t let me buy a car discriminating me cause I m Chinese thinking I would export it to China. Just cause I m from China doesn t mean I don t wanna buy a car to use here. They wouldn t let me pay cash for a car and were pushing for me to finance it. Like come on it s A Ford. They were. A little over there Head. The sales guy who helped me was a Lebanese guy don t know his name. Won t be coming here ever again. Went to freedom ford and they were much better. We re not pushy and let me pay cash.

Went there to se what they would give me for my trade in value. 15k less than other dealerships in town and since they don't have price on their new Trucks they also over priced a few Ford I was willing to buy by 10k. I guess I was to white on my skin colour to get treated with respect and dignity.
Never again set my foot in this dealership.

We bought a used Kia Optima from this dealership. They are very good at adding extra charges without disclosing anything to costumer. Ended up paying extra from what we agreed with salesperson, and the manager said everything was on bill they don t have to tell everything .
Please if you are buying anything from them make sure you check all the details by your self. Do not trust what they say.

Team Ford was willing to negotiate even though I wasn't wiggling much on my price. They were nothing but respectful of me not wanting to move on my price. Ended up buying the car.
