I recently brought my car a 2012 Ford Focus into Team Ford to have it checked for not starting. The Fleet Manager Brian McPhee arranged to have it diagnosed. Brian introduced me to Louise Pisani who took my car in and notified me that I needed a new starter. The starter was installed and a rear brake light was replaced the next day. Brian arrange for a Team Ford loaner so I could get my son to hockey. I would like to personally thank Brian MacPhee and Team Ford for their excellent service. In the future I will be bringing my vehicle to Team Ford.

I purchased a new Ford Fusion in 2013 from a dealership in Red Deer, AB. When purchasing this vehicle they offered me "Pre-Paid Maintenance," which allowed me to take my vehicle to ANY Ford dealer for all maintenance within the first 100,000 km.

I recently moved to Edmonton, so I called the Team Ford location and informed them that I have this service and I was looking to bring my car in on a Saturday morning. I was told that it would be first come, first serve and for me to be there at 8 AM to ensure a spot in their service department that day. I was leaving for vacation early the following Tuesday and would not have time between those days other than the Saturday to have this completed.

I arranged for a ride to pick me up and I arrived at the Team Ford location at 8 AM. When I arrived I was then told by Leo that they are taking appointments only, and since I didn't have an appointment, I am not able to be helped that day. To be noted, this is a Quick Lane facility, which means its a no appointment necessary facility, you show up, you get the service you request. When I explain how I called ahead and was informed that it was a first come, first serve basis as the person on the phone explained to me prior to me coming in, the associate who helped me on Saturday asked the person's name that told me this. When I said I don't remember, he shrugged it off and pretty much said, "Well, nothing we can do," and then remarked, and I quote, "Did she sound Canadian?"

He then explained he will do a quick oil change for me later in the day; however, all the remaining service in my Pre-Paid Maintenance would not be completed and I would have to come back another time. Which means that I would have to pay out of pocket for the additional service even though it is built into my original package plan. I confirmed this with the associate and he agreed. He then remarked that if I was not satisfied with that that I leave and try another dealership, and maybe they can help me. No offer was made to schedule me in either, possibly when I return from my vacation.

While I am clearly speaking about the service department, and the misinformation that I received from them, I cannot give an opinion of their sales team. A service department is the essential backbone for customer support across the entire dealership, and it clearly needs stronger communication and to back the policies that the Quick Lane brand stands for.

Even though this is the closest facility to my home, I will look to go further away next time just so I can receive the service that I have already paid for.

Excellent service center I took my 2018 F 150 in to get a wheel alignment after lowering it. Service guru Jeff was very helpful he went thru the recalls on my truck and brought it up to date as well as the alignment. They also gave me a discount on the fact that I was a member of #trucksofcanada facebook page. I forgot one side of my camber adjustment kit and informed me then order the part to have my truck ready for the next day. I will be taking my truck back to #teamford for futher service.

We started our vehicle shopping a few weeks ago and Team Ford had by far the best price, best customer service and a great vehicle salesperson by the name of Corey Goodine. Our first meeting was with Jamie Jasman, then he hooked us up with Mitch Ogorman. Mitch then hooked us up with Corey. Corey was very personable and professional and always met us at the door and ensured all of our needs were met and our vehicle purchase experience was a positive one. Corey came in to work on his day off for the delivery of our vehicle. He walked us through all the vehicle options and even set up both my husband and my cell phone on blue tooth!

We did go to a few other dealerships prior to Team Ford and are very pleased we chose Team Ford. I will highly recommend Corey /Team Ford to my friends and co-workers that might be vehicle shopping.

Vehicle shopping can be very time consuming and stressful, but our experience was very positive. Way to go Corey!

Guy needs to learn something else other than aggressive arguments. Had to walk out eventually. This review below was written about a year and I half ago. I writing a new review based on the recent events that happened since I tried trading my vehicle back in November and the recent findings that lead up in the last week or so is why I'm writing this to let people know that the sales team and service department are awesome here at Team Ford. My issue was my findings I found out this week. Have a buyers beware when you are purchasing warranty package from the finance team here at Team Ford.

At the time of my last purchase of a new F-150 about a year and a half ago I was sold a maintenance package that was sold to me at 5500.00 only to find out from the third party maintenance company and another Ford dealership that this package was valued at 3200.00 and this was sold to me at the above price of 5500.00 not 3200. Upon selling my F-150 over the weekend at another Ford dealership and trying to cancel this package and now I'm on the hook for paying the remaining balance on something that I don't even have on a truck that I don't own anymore.

Please be aware on buying maintenance packages and make sure you double check on what the price you are paying for. Don't want anyone to go through what I'm going through.

Have such a great experience with Team Ford AB (Abhinav Kajrolkar)was such an amazing sales person who went above and beyond on getting me the Ford F-150 with the budget that we had had to work with also Tyler and Tim went also above and beyond to get me the approval. In all it was an awesome experience. I would recommend anyone looking to get a new vehicle to go and see AB(Abhinav Kajrolkar) Tyler and Tim they are honest and they will work hard for your needs. Recently bought a F150 XLT sport. Very nice truck. Smoothest truck ever driven on the highway. I am always a bit leery walking into a car dealership like many. My salesman was Tanner Denis. Young man, but he knew his cars and trucks and made me feel very much at home and relaxed, and in the end I purchased the truck...No push sales, and Tanner was able to answer my questions. Was very courteous and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Tanner to anyone looking.

Sara was very accommodating of adding my last minute concerns to the work order as well as clarifying how Ford s warranty works when aftermarket parts are installed. This is by far the worst and most dishonest car dealership, you are likely to encounter. The sales staff will blatantly lie to your face, and the managers are even worse. You may think you are receiving a lower price at this dealership, but you are not, they will lie to you about everything from the factory discounts to the financing rate until you sign the agreement and put down your deposit. If you need help suing this dealership please contact me directly I will assist you (no charge).

Understandably the salesman was upset when we took our deposit back to purchase something else but it all came down to the vehicle that made the most sense to us.

We recently bought a new truck from Team Ford and our sales person was Brooklyn Erickson. We cannot say enough about her fabulous service. She was very knowledgeable and made sure we were happy with our truck. Brooklyn worked with my husband over the phone to get the deal started as he was out of town. She really went over and above to make the deal flow smoothly and completed the purchase very quickly.

I would highly recommend Brooklyn Erickson and Team Ford to anyone who may be looking to purchase . I know I will be going to see her when I purchase a new car for myself.

We previously had purchased a 2006 Ford Mustang in February 2012 from Imi at Go Auto Direct South. That location is not their any longer and Team Ford now uses that location as their finance offices. In October my Fiance and I changed jobs. I started working for First Canadian and I deal with life and disability policies that dealerships sell to cover car loans so I talk to dealerships on an everyday basis. Team Ford called one day and I knew the location Imi was at no longer existed and wanted to know which location he was at. To my surprise his response was "he's here". We had kept in touch with Imi over the course of the year and I knew changes were happening to the location he was at and Imi was not sure which location he was going to be at the last time I had spoke with him. So I was very happy to know he was at Team Ford. Our Mustang was a convertible with 20" wheels and was not ideal for Alberta Winter driving. So off we went to find Imi to see if there was anything he could do for us to get us in a truck. We knew it was going to be a difficult process because we had only both had two months with our current employers. So on paper we are not ideal candidates. Allyson and Henry in the finance office were amazing. They went above and beyond to get us approved and into something we wanted. As much as we loved our mustang it was not practical for our current situation and everyone at Team Ford understood our needs and worked so hard to fit not only our needs but our wants.

IMI pulled off another great customer service experience and when we are ready to buy again we will be going back to him!!!!!

Unreliable Service. Brought in to get level kit installed and they forgot to adjust headlights. On my next scheduled maintenance I asked them to adjust headlights accordingly. Left shop after service and had everyone flashing high beams at me... they made them worse. When I called to complain they said I had to re-schedule another appointment and leave it there another day. I waited till my next scheduled maintenance and told them I need a budget rental for the day as I have errands to run. Service rep told me it would be 'no problem' as Budget was right in the service bay. I took my truck there this morning at 7:30am and am told they no longer give out courtesy vehicles and that the Team advisor who booked me in was wrong. Sorry Team, tired of dealing with your BS. Educate your service reps and technicians. Tired of you wasting my time. Hope the cost of giving a loaner for the day was worth losing a long time customer over.

On April 20, 2015 I booked a service appointment for my Ford Edge and at that same time (in person) I booked a service loaner vehicle. Upon my arrival to Team Ford on April 29th at 1000 hours I was told there wasn't a loaner vehicle for me and nor had one been booked for me on April 20th.
I informed 2 staff members in the service dept. that I had to be somewhere by 1100 hours and the guy told me that my car was going in right away and would only take half an hour to do. Therefore I figured I would wait it out in their waiting area. My car was returned to me at 1120 hours. I was not impressed! Also I was also told by the service guy that just because you book a service loaner...it doesn't guarantee you a service loaner on the day of. So what's really the point of booking a service loaner??? I was told upon my purchase day of my Ford Edge that because I paid for my servicing at the time of purchase that I could book and receive a service loaner each time if I needed one. So....needless to say...I'm not happy with Team Ford at this time.

Service department and their scheduling is terrible. I asked to book an appointment about a week ago. They scheduled me the appointment for this morning at 8am, saying that my truck needed to be in early in the morning to get the work done.

I call back at 2pm to check up , and am told that they haven't even looked at my truck and they will "probably" get to it tomorrow. I don't see the point of making appointments, if they arent even going to look at it until the next day.

If you are from out of town like me, be very wary of their service scheduling

JPG8X I just moved to the province and had only just started my new job when, on a lark, I decided I should look at getting a new2me truck for the winter. I was browsing online and saw something that interested me, not thinking that there was any way I was going to be approved, I filled out the online form just to find out how quickly the 'No' would come through. To my absolute shock, Kameel sent me a text within 20 minutes to let me know that he would probably be able to help me out... did I mention that this was 930 PM on a Sunday! I told Kameel what I was looking for and he found me the exact truck! Not only that, He was able to secure me an incredible interest rate and $0 down. I'm still shocked! He kept in touch with me outside office hours all the time. Went above and beyond to ensure that I had the easiest experience I think I could have had. The was one small delay when there turned out to be a problem with my pre-sale inspection, but I'm happier that they found and fixed the problem more than anything. I got all new brakes and brand new tires at no extra cost as well! When I found out that my truck had to be in Edmonton for an extra week, I asked Kameel if he could look into a command start for me as well... next thing I know, the starter is being installed and, because of Kameel's forethought, it didn't even change the payments for my financing! All in all, I don't think there is any way that Kameel or the GoFord team could have made me any happier :) P.S. Evan... it's RECOMMEND, not the other thing you said :P

I have purchased two trucks over the years from Team Ford with ease. When it comes to service I feel always taken care of and the employees are extremely nice and easy to talk to. It is apparent they are focused on customer service. I will no doubt purchase my next vehicle from them!
