I dealt with Matthew Henderson while shopping for my new truck. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend him and Team Ford to my family and friends in a heartbeat.

I took my 2010 Sport Trak 4x4 in for a compete tune up including a 99 pt inspection complaining it was running rough. It has 57000km and is driven 7 minutes a day to work. Original owner. I had bought a new trailer and we had reservations for summer camping. I didn't want any issues. I said I wanted the truck running like it was new. $4400 later and some preventative maintenance on seals, they missed work and the truck had to be brought back. Less than 2 weeks later its at another dealership getting another $4000 work on the timing chain. I wont get the truck back in time and we had to cancel our summer plans. My question...what good is their 99 pt inspection and why didn't their techs didn't pick this up? If this had happened another week later, Id be stranded on the highway.

Im not mad about the work done or work that had to be done. Work performed was done to acceptable standards. Staff was courteous and friendly to deal with. Im not mad that you lost my truck and it took 3 people to find it. Im not mad that because you missed the additional work it cancelled our summer camping plans.

I'm mad that a lightly driven truck with 57000 km fell part this badly being used only as a commuter vehicle and that Team Ford didn't pick this up when I brought it in for the original tune up and inspection in the first place. I really like the Sport Trac. But Im left with questions about their 99 pt inspection.

UPDATE: They noted the additional $4000 worth of work should have been noticed during the initial inspection done by Team Ford. Team Ford simply missed too much for me to trust their work. So Im questioning everything they did and they don't like it, yet it's their own fault.

Maybe your experience with them will be better. They did fix what they found. But Im not going to recommend them.

Matthew Henderson, Ryan Hoffman, and David Vieira were amazing. They told me to say that and I went there for a recall and the park assist wasn't working good so they check it out and said it will cost me 130 dollars to fix because I spilled coffee on it when you spend $80000.00 dollars on a vehicle you would think they have better service never again Ford's

Bought a new $60k 2017 Explorer. Unit is beautiful. Unfortunately the buying experience was not what we expected. We won't be going back ever. They pretend to be your friend and once deal is done customer service disappears. Especially when not local to Edmonton. Typical car salesman mentality, when they state they are above the norm.

I had the privledge of having Trace as my salesperson who was down to earth, customer service oriented, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get me the truck to my specifications, he listened to me and was patient and transparent. The entire experience was very positive++++
As well the finance manager, Jeff was very professional, open and honest. He walked me through the services and gave me options which I appreciated. He made the transaction seamless.

I had an amazing experience working with Abhinav "AB" Kajrolkar. He was knowledgeable in the Union made car we bought. Other than that, my only complaint was the management. After receiving an online quote, they would not offer it because they made a calculation error. I highly doubt that but only reason I decided to buy the car was because Abhinav's quality service.

Buying a Ford F-150 on the last day of employee pricing showed to be a little tricky, but christian worked hard to get me the vehicle that I wanted.finace department explained all the detail until we had the price that I could work with.both were very knowledgeable answering all my questions and concerns. Very satisfied with my new shiny F 150.

Are you in the mood to grind your teeth to dust with frustration? Look no further. I would rather get another wisdom tooth taken out. At least I learned that I have masochistic tendencies. Cannot recommend this place less. Try Zendor or DK instead.

I just recently purchased a F 150 pickup from Matt at team ford. I got a great price on the truck with more options than I bargained for. The general manager Drew and the manger David were great to work with. The new management exceeded all my expectations. Janie in finance was wonderful and brought the payments in $20.00 cheaper per month than I thought. Great truck and excellent dealership. Good work Guy's!!

Booked my service in for 8:15am - called 6 times at 4pm to find out the status of my vehicle. Was put on hold for over 30 minutes. When I finally got an answer I found out that my vehicle was just going in now. All I booked was an Oil Change. I never got my car back until 11:30 am the following day.

Reason for 3 stars - the service staff is very friendly and welcoming. They set me up with a loaner vehicle at enterprise at no charge. So at least I had a vehicle to drive

Kenworth in the service department was awesome. Helped me out immensely and made the process of having to get an inspection easy and stress free. She went over and above to help get the answers I needed and it was overall a great experience.

Good service most of the time, a lot better than any of the other Ford dealerships in town. They even wash my car sometimes, which is an excellent perk.

Opened to head height and closed with button.
After work was done took almost a month,
Now the door doesn't open at all can hear it unlock and button to close doesn't work.

Treated with utmost respect and honesty. Mark was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. We even had a few laughs. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

First day had major oil leak
Thank goodness they repaired it
Said if it were another day or 2 I would have had to pay
Was in shop for 4 days
Got it back and in 2 days holy hell had another problem
Had to take it to another dealer
Was in the shop for another 4 days
So out of 12 days since buying it I was walking for 8

Finally I got my Ford Mustang from Team Ford.I was indecisive before buying, but they cleared all my confusions.Piyush helped me in all possible ways.All in all it was the best experience buying from Team Ford.

Honestly the best brand car dealership I've ever dealt with. We brought our 2012 fiesta to the parts and service shop and they did a good job with maintenance.They are very very fair with their prices. When they had to keep the car they gave us a nice truck for a rental for free. Very understanding of situations and never made us feel stuck when not having a car. Thanks team ford for the great customer service.

Absolutely AWFUL service department. Always avoiding your calls, flat out LYING to customers about price, time, etc. We will NEVER bring our Ford here again. This last time was the final straw. Kept the vehicle three days longer than we were told, hid additional costs from us until the final bill came. Then they called us, said the vehicle was ready, we picked it up, paid and they called an hour after we left telling us they needed to charge more onto our credit card due to a billing mistake they had made. When we said no the woman at the pickup desk was incredibly rude and told us we were "ripping her off" and that she "had our credit card." The worst experience we have EVER HAD AT ANY DEALERSHIP. DO NOT GO HERE.

We have had our Ford vehicles serviced at Team Ford for 20 years. I just had a service done today. Team Ford has the best service department I have ever experienced. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and cooperative. The technicians must be top notch because any issue we have ever had they were able to resolve. Soon it will be time to purchase my 4th vehicle from Team Ford. I am expecting another pleasant experience. Way to go!

I moved from Quebec. I bought my F150 in aoril 2014. Before buying my p/u, I had it inspected in a Ford dealer back there and exept for a little thing, everything was ok. Before I make the trip to Edmonton, I had my p/u inspected again to make sure that everything was all right. After I arrived in Edmonton, I brought my p/u to team ford for the interprovincial inspection. The call me saying that I had over 7000$ worth of repairs. The list was long. They wanted to rehaul the transmission, changed all the brakes, ect... The were charging me 75$ to change the litttle lightbulb on the side of the license plate!!! I told them to not touch anything and take my vehicle outta there. After, I brought my p/u to a friend of mine and he told me that It could cost me around 1200$ fixing the list they made. BUT he showed me that they unplugged all the wire for my rear brakes and left that unattached!!! THIS PLACE IS TO AVOID AT ALL COST. NOT ONLY THEY WANT TO STEAL YOU BUT THEY ARE DANGEROUS

Even though I never bought a truck from team Ford, salesman Aron was awesome, he spent tons of time trying to find what I wanted and never gave up, will definantly shop here again

Vic Kim from Team Ford did a great job finding my the ride I was looking for. Once he did, he was honest with the vehicle history and price point. No pressure tactics either. He went over and above keeping me updated with the inspection and detailing of the vehicle. He ensured the transaction was smooth and the vehicle was well detailed. I bussed from Calgary to pick up the ride and he was nice enough to pick up up from the depot as well.

Not very happy with the way I was treated!
Scott Hawke sales rep called me for a trade in from 2016 to 2018 Ford F-150 (my third truck from team ford), said he has a good deal up to $10,000 off with no negative equity or very slim! So I gave it a shot went in to see him! He said since my maintenance package is expired on my 2016 that a good idea to trade in would be to restart the maintenance package and warranty! Plus I get a new truck! I insisted I didn t want higher payments and I didn t want a higher interest rate, so they called me after the first meeting said I was approved and all that and I asked over the phone well what s the interest rate, they said just come in we will talk about it! I sit down in Tyler Sendickis office he is in finance, and we go through paper work which is a higher interest rate and also a higher payment! I didn t agree and said I ll pass! Then they offered $500 cash! So me being excited (stupid me) about a new truck I went for it!
Later on doing the paper work I asked if I had the maintenance package, they went through the paper work said oh ya it s right here your good! (That ended up being the extended warranty package) ! They lied to me ! They conned me into higher payments and a higher interest rate with no maintenance package! I called finance no answer, left messages and no reply! Very disappointed with the way the deal went down and the service! Will not be coming back to this dealership! Also I ended up paying $68,000 for the truck, there s no deal in that, the sticker price said $61,000!
