Kelly Zack was my sales person. He went over and beyond to get me what I wanted. He had me test drive 5 ford vehicles, but my heart was set on a Ralliart Lancer. When he knew that nothing else would do, he found me a Lancer. After negotiations and a fair trade in for my previous car. He made it happen and I couldn t be happier.

I just purchased a Ford Edge from Team Ford and was dealing with Mr. Victor Kim. I live in Grande Prairie so I dealt with Victor over the phone and by emails all throughout. Victor was extremely professional and honest as to what shape the vehicle was in and he promptly returned all phone calls and emails in such a timely manner. Team Ford was able to out price any other dealership that I came for and they provide service to such a high standard.

Our salesman Dale Willimus was exceptional in his value to have a good relationship with us as clients and treated us proffesional. He represented Ford well! The whole team is awesome!!! Corey my Sales guy was good, my boyfriend use to work here so maybe I got better treatment but even then my patients for the stubbornness of the single manager could ruin everything. Team Ford- choose your managers wisely because one man has ruined a lot of your sales for you. The lack of communication and disrespect among each other is ridiculous, I won't go back because if they weren't dealing with you directly they have no intention of helping. The only good part was the sales guy corey was patient and kind.

By far the worst dealership I've ever been too. Virtually every employee was not wearing a mask, had sloppy clothes and a sloppy attitude. Just so unprofessional all around.

In response to Ford's comments.

All of the employees were wearing masks (indicating they are not exempt) but they were wearing them below their nose or under their chin (I.e. breathing openly on everything). I simply cannot understand how businesses continue to disrespect the bylaw and the public's safety.

Also, a casual dress day is not the same thing as looking completely sloppy....

I just want to say what great service we received at Team Ford when buying our 2011 Ford Flex. Our salesman was Aaron Boyce and he made us feel like family and gave us his undivided attention. We felt as though he really appreciated our business. Well on your way to becoming a rare salesman Aaron Boyce. I say rare because if he keeps up with this level of customer service there is no stopping him. Good Job!!

Sara Cross and is an excellent service consultant, I have being dealing with herself for just over a year since my truck was new. Thank you for the prompt service by herself and the technician (engines are no easy task). She was able to keep me updated either by phone or email during my catastrophic engine failure on my vehicle. Even got me a rental vehicle the next day which I was in for just about 3 weeks. Very impressed with the technician going above and beyond seeing that my custom wheels where cleaned off seeing that oil had coated pretty much everything. Highly recommend Team ford to friends and family!

Brought in my car for recall work for the airbag inflator. When I got my car back, I had junk inside leftover from the job along with a bolt left in front of the gas pedal.

I'm assuming whoever that worked on it got sensitive when I told the service advisor that I won't be continuing with the passenger airbag light work. This is why I do the work on my car by myself since dealerships don't have any respect and integrity.

I bought used Hyundai Santa Fe 2016 from team ford on last Friday almost $23000. And next day I found front tire side wall damaged and it is very dangerous on roads. And I took this car back to Team ford to check this tire side wall damaged. I have been there for this issue 3 times on 3 different days. First day sales manager George checked and ask me to wait for his call next day but i did not receive any calls from Team ford about this complaint. And then next day i went to dealership again and met Sales manager Darpan and he checked again and gave statement to come any time and told me that they going to replaced damaged tires for me. I went to dealership today again and now they refused to replaced damaged tire for me which was already damaged before i bought. Manager Jeff said as per inspection report tire was not damaged before. It was very bad experience from Team ford as they are very bad on used car inspection. I would not recommend Team ford to buy used car. Very disappointed as they agree to change tire before and they are refusing now.

As Team for bad inspection now i am ending up changing my all four tires on my car which cost extra $800.

I ll give this dealership credit where credit is due when they made the purchase happen where I was about to walk away. Sukhi was a persistent individual and nice to work with but mistakenly veered me away from the vehicle that I wanted in the first place. We are out of town so we made an appointment with finance to print receipt and hand over check. We waited hours past appointment time to finally see someone. Was not at all impressed with being out of town to how we were treated that day. All in all Mitch the sales manager made the deal happen and acknowledged most of my concerns. Thanks team ford

We got our 2017 Ford Escape towards the end of Nov...

We got our 2017 Ford Escape towards the end of November 2016. It was MK who assisted us and with the help of DC the sale was made. They were very nice, answered all our questions, didn't rush us and MK even showed us a model to get the "feel" of the new Ford Escape, as we had an older 2014 Ford Escape before.

They did run into a mix-up, as apparently the vehicle we purchased was not even available, so they had to order one (we had called our insurance at this point!) and when we picked it up a week after, we were then told that the vehicle that came from another dealership sat on a tree where it collected sap for some time. It was dark when we brought it home and the day after, we realized the vehicle was not in good shape and don't look like a brand new vehicle - full of sap, swirl marks, more sap and peeling! Needless to say, we had to bring it back. At this point, we were told that they only need an hour to fix this (as said by Mitchel O'Gorman). Knowing the severity of the situation, we had to call DC and explained the situation. At this point, it was the middle of December already! DC was kind enough to provide us a loaner. In short, 7 more days after we brought it in (they did update us day after day to let us know what they were doing - be it power polish, wet sand, etc) it was finally done.

In summary, we bought it end of November and only got the vehicle Dec. 22, which was wayyyyyyyyyy tooooooooo longgggggg to actually enjoy it. But MK did his job (we understand it's his first sale) and DC was helpful. Even Jason, the finance guy was friendly and thorough when we asked him about the breakdown of the sale. we were frustrated by the situation but the GM (Jamie) was understanding and made us feel at home.

All in all, we were satisfied with how they handled things and righted it. Everybody was helpful and made us feel welcome.

Jessica Kronemann is an excellent service advisor....

Jessica Kronemann is an excellent service advisor. She is able to update via phone, text, or email. She communicated with us steadily during the work we had done to our car, and even arranged a rental car while work was being performed. The issue on our vehicle was a little under a month outside of warranty, but was a known issue to Ford, so Jessica plead our case to the warranty department and was able to get it 85% covered! Jessica is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, always keeping the customer informed!

I came at ford to get car 2013 Dodge Dart .

It is used car and I found some problems in that car ,the sales person is nice to me ,his name is abhinv . I told them to fix that things so I can get this car but they did not fix that problems until third day of my visit because manager did not get them approval to fix that problems in car, car remote key is not working ,lots of other problems , because I did not take warranty for that vehicle but I never say yes to car warranty for first day too I went to manager , he was rude ,I am handling everything alone there as I am international this was whole new bad experience for me . By lot of argument he said ok we will give you go card but it s third month I did not get anything ,I don t want to post this thing but now I am thinking how they are working without satisfying the customers problem. I am planning to get experience from this vehicle to buy new vehicle from here but I will never suggest to anyone . I have email also for the application for go card but I am just waiting please b kind for your customers and respect their time too. Another thing, they are forcing me to get warranty for that vehicle my car price is 8000online by warranty everything they made the price is 13000 so how can I say yes to warranty with this much price why could not get new vehicle , please if someone is nice with you guys respect them and listen to customers budget also not just put the papers and say ok Mam please sign try to explain them .

My service on buying my new 2015 f150 we exceptional, from the moment I started talking to Corey he listen to everything I needed and found the perfect truck me, the experience was actually enjoyable.

I also can't say enough about Ricardo he also listen to what I needed he actually made signing over my life and money enjoyable we laughed and joked the whole time it was great.

I would recommend team ford edmonton to anyone looking at buying new or used vehicles, the team and staff really know what the buying experience should be.

To recap. At the end of October we leased a 2007 J...

To recap. At the end of October we leased a 2007 Jeep Liberty Sport AWD from Team Ford. It took some time and it was frustrating. However we got it done. Shortly afterwards though, the vehicle started showing signs of problems. The windshield washer fluid didn't come out the front, and various other issues. The biggest one was that on Dec 22nd, the Jeep died. It hugely put a damper on our Christmas, our first Christmas here in Edmonton.

We got the vehicle finally in for a servicing on Jan 4th, as most Go Auto dealerships were closed during the holiday time. When we brought it in for servicing we needed a Service Loaner, but the service dept said none were available. They told us to speak to our sales reps so we went looking for Kameel and/or Nick. Unfortunately both of them were in a meeting, instead Curtis came to talk to us. We told him the Jeep woes and he instantly was on ball with us getting rid of the Jeep and getting a new vehicle. He also helped us by sending us to Enterprise Car Rentals to pick up a rental vehicle, on Team Fords tab. They did this a total of three times for us, as we were getting out of the jeep and into our new vehicle.

We visited the dealership multiple times between Jan 4th to Jan 11th. We talked numerous times to all three sales reps: Curtis, Nick & Kameel. They helped us fill out the lease application again as well as listened to our desires when it came to the new vehicle. This time we chose to go with a four door sedan, specifically the Ford Fusion.

In the end we found out we got approved with financing through my own bank, which meant less interest and a better payment rate. They also took all the money we initially paid on the Jeep and transferred it over as a down payment. We were also told they found a 2011 Ford Fusion SE for us over on another Go Auto dealerships lot. It had some minor damage that was done while on lot, but their companies insurance was going to pay for it.

We dealt with the insurance, registration and all matters that the Financing Dept needed us to deal with. However when we went to pick it up Nick approached us and told us that the minor damage hadn't been properly fixed. He asked us for a day so that the service department could fix it up right for us. We agreed because in all honesty, what was one more day?

Then on the 11th while at work my phone blew up with text and voice messages. Turns out the 2011 Ford Fusion SE was in pieces in their service department. There was apparently more things wrong with it, other than just a dinged bumper.

What came next, I did not expect. I was told that the general manager of the dealership was made aware of our issues (jeep died, this new car issue). So to fix the matter he slashed the price on a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL, so that it was in our price bracket!!!!!!!

We test drove this vehicle a couple days before and loved it. We even asked if we could just take that one, but was told we couldn't afford it. So believe me when I say we were OVER THE MOON HAPPY with Team Ford, especially Kameel, Nick and Curtis (the internet sales dept). Great guys and a great dealership!

Very disappointing, worst service I have ever received! I had an appointment with Francis, as my husband and I were coming from out of town, to view a 2012 Dodge Journey another dealer in Red Deer had shown me online. When we got there we sat with Francis and he said he had to go to another lot to get the vehicle so we could view it, which I thought should have been done before our arrival but it was fine. He came back and said he had bad news as the Dodge we driven an hour and half to look at was taken apart under inspection and he was unaware and there were no mechanics to put the wheels back on. He never apologized and asked if we wanted to look at some other vehicles. I said no, as we were particular in that one and thanked him for his time anyways. After we were about to walk out only then he got up and came and told us he was calling in a mechanic to put the wheels back on so we could test drive it and it would be about 30 minutes. So my husband and I left for a few hours to give them time and I called ahead to make sure it was ready to view before we drove back. He said no it wasn t and they were getting it ready for tomorrow, which I told him before didn t work cause we re from out of town, and he didn t have my number to call me only my email address... he again never apologized and when I checked my email he didn t even send me an email! Not only unprofessional but very inconsiderate of our personal time. Just not the way to treat people, as we were very nice and understanding.

Just purchased a new F-150 diesel truck from Team Ford. I spent a ton of time reseaching the best truck out there and Ford had all the features I was looking for. Great gas mileage, 10,000 + towing capability and a sweet double sunroof. I had spent 3 days around the dealership, test driving a number of trucks, going over all the lease vs finance options and finally trading in my old vehilce and picking up my new one. Service is good but very disappointed that they stopped supplying loaners for same day service, especially since I was there for a recall and had to come back because they didn't have the part the last time I was in. This was one of the reasons I purchased my last several vehicles here. May need a change in dealership for the next one.

EDIT In response to reply: I am aware of Budget looking after it now but service informed me that Ford will no longer pay for rentals when service will be completed same day because they were 680K over budget last year on loaners. Sounds like a Ford issue to me rather than a customer issue. Go Auto is definitely losing a lot of their benefits. I drive in 110 km to deal at Team. Time to look closer to home.

Was exploring the option of getting a new vehicle. Unfortunately the salesman we dealt with was more concerned with pushing what they had rather than helping us find what we wanted. The vehicle they had was missing a few key features we wanted and instead of trying to find such a vehicle the salesman indicated those options were not available on the category of vehicle we were looking at. (Ford Edge Titanium) Obviously this seemed weird and we discovered the salesman outright lied. We haven't gone back.
